I would highly recommend anyone to take Dustin class! I took the Womens only gun class and I loved every minute of it. Not only did he make me comfortable with handling a gun properly, I walked out of that class feeling confident. When we started practicing I was missing the the targets, Dustin came over made me feel comfortable and would not give up on me until I finally started to get better.. I will for sure be taking a one on one class with him!!! If you want to go somewhere I highly recommend Dustin he is very knowledgeable, experienced, patient!!

I had a private lesson with Dustin. Having never even held a gun before I was a little intimidated but he taught me the fundamentals and all the safety protocols before I even picked up the gun. By the end of the lesson I felt very comfortable using the firearm and left with tons of new knowledge. I would recommend anyone who is new to firearms to take a lesson with Dustin!

I had been searching for Basic Handgun Courses for a while and decided to reach out to a few local sources. Dustin at Armor Firearms was the ONLY one who responded to me and I am extremely glad he did. Of course, he wasnt teaching full classes due to the pandemic we were experiencing at the time but he kindly made an exception to train me and a friend of mine together. We had no prior experience and a book full of questions when we arrived and we left feeling the most confident and educated weve ever felt about handguns. He even went the extra mile for us, making sure all of our doubts were erased and showing us how other guns feel and operate. The class was only two hours and the prices were extremely reasonable. He provided everything and even gave us unbiased advice and suggestions on gear, weapons, and other things we were curious about. Dustin was very personable and professional. Hes a real down to earth guy with a stellar pedigree. He knows what hes doing and most importantly he LOVES what hes doing and it shows. I highly recommend Dustin at Armor Firearms. I searched the internet because I was very interested in learning about firearms. I sent a text message via Armor Firearms website and Dustin reached out to me almost immediately. Although he wasn’t teaching full classes due to the pandemic, I attended a beginner private session and was very impressed. Dustin was extremely thorough in all aspects of teaching me about guns and it’s proper use. I appreciated the time and effort he gave in visual effects as well as firing a gun. I took the basic course a couple of weeks ago. I have previous firearms experience and training; this course was an excellent refresher course for me..... I learned new stuff! I strongly recommend Dustin to anyone looking for good training.....

Went to take my concealed weapons class today and had a really good time. I was absolutely terrified before going but feel much better now that I have taken the class! Dustin was very patient with me and took time to make me feel comfortable. I live alone and wanted to make sure I could protect myself in case something ever happens. I now have the knowledge to protect myself and my property. The class was small and we each got the individual attention each person needed, some needed more (me) and some needed less (the more experienced). I will soon be taking a private lesson with Dustin to better my skills. I would recommend him to anyone with basic or extensive knowledge.

My girlfriend and I went to the basic cwp class, class size was small and personal. They gave attention where it was needed without being patronizing or pressuring, which is a rare skill for firearms instructors. Dustin is clearly an asset to his community with his youth mentorship, bringing the shooting sports to the school where he serves as resource officer! His protege Mason was a great, mature guy, and certainly competent at the sport.

My wife and I really enjoyed our CWP class with Armor Firearms & Training. Dustin and Mason are really knowledgeable and did a great job demonstrating proper gun safety and shooting technique. The class was also priced well compared to other CWP training classes in Tallahassee. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking to get their CWP or to just learn about handgun safety and shooting.
