Miguel was the most perceptive sales person I’ve dealt with in a very long time. First, he knows every detail about every product at Mattress Firm; and he can locate finer details quickly. He knows how to read customers and how to meet them where they are in regard to decision making about the purchase of a bed and frame. I purchased a bed on my first visit due to the respect he treated me with. Mattress Firm is a very favorable company because of employees like Miguel.

The manager at Hillsboro Ave branch was so considerate and understanding. He could handle an unexpected situation when a mattress for pickup was not being able to get checked out due to a system error while he was able to offer an alternative option to help with our need to pick the mattress immediately as he could find a comparative one in a close by branch, was able to run a manager special discount to adjust the price and met with us at the other branch to ensure the pickup as it was their closing time. Great handling plan for an unfortunate situation in the best customer interest. Thanks

Fernando at the location in Westchase was amazing! He took the time to make sure that I was absolutely happy with the bed that I chose. He made me feel comfortable and the process was easy. My bed was delivered two hours before my delivery window and the guys that dropped it off were great. My bed feels amazing and I’ve finally been able to get some rest without too much tossing and turning. Really happy with the whole experience!

Great purchase and so thankful for Antonio! No one likes going into mattress stores just like car dealerships, but Antonio was amazing from the beginning. Great mattress by far! However customer service is a pain. I called 3 times to get my movable bed frame replaced because the one given to me on the original delivery day did not work. I am still waiting on the replacement.

We went in looking to upgrade to a king, never even considered an adjustable bed. Well, we left with a king adjustable and could not be happier with the service. Scott is a great salesperson and spent almost 2 hours with us. There was no pressure or attempts to upsell. He honored a deal that had just expired and told us to call back over the next few weeks to take advantage of more sales. Yes, you can still get discounts after purchasing the bed. I took him up on it and called back. I spoke to Fernando. Fernando was awesome and was able to discount the bed even more! These two guys are an asset to the company. Id like to say well see them again but the beds have such a long lifespan and warranty, I am not sure that we will. Definitely referring friends and family. Dont ever think that you cannot afford an adjustable bed!

David did a fantastic job helping us through the whole process, nothing was rushed. He was not worried about making a sale at all. My girlfriend and I were in the store for close to two hours, but the process and how David handled everything was very smooth, it felt like we were in and out in under an hour. We got the bed we decided on for an incredible price we probably wouldnt get anywhere else. We will most definitely be returning as soon as the bed is paid off to upgrade our frame! I went to Mattress Firm, Westchase, after looking at mattresses at another store. Salesman at other store knew very little; just wanted to sell a Tempurpedic. Alejandro at Matress Firm greeted me and asked if I had any issues. Boy, do I! He asked many questions and suggested 3 or 4 different mattresses and pillows to go with each. He encouraged me to try then for at least 10, 15 minutes or more. He explained construction, pros & cons and why he suggested it. He brought numerous pillows as well. There was no pressure to buy immediately or Iwould have left. He explained warranty, exchange and deliver options. I came back today and purchased a Sealy hybrid from him. His knowledge of the products and of sleep concerns is amazing. Most importantly, he actually listens to the customer and tries to find the best product for them. I would highly, highly recommend Alejandro at Mattress Firm.

In the middle of our COVID pandemic, and facing corrective back surgery, I decided that I should get a new bed set so that my back can heal better on a new mattress. I have a Mattress Firm location close, so decided to don my mask and go in. I had been online and didnt feel safe making a choice that I would have to live with for the next ten years without trying them. David Fernandez, the Manager of this store, walked me thru the showroom, and I found what I think is my perfect fit. A new queen mattress and free adjustable base. The delivery was scheduled for 2 days after my surgery. I am typing this from my new set, and have to say that its worlds better than my old one! From the start, David was an excellent guide, he was professional, yet personal, we had some really good conversation. He offered me suggestions and did not strong arm me into going to the highest end product, making his suggestions in line with his observations and what I appeared to be looking at in my budget - a wise salesman.Delivery, which was done by two younger, very courteous and quick gentlemen, who were masked, gloved and very polite went seamlessly. I received ample notification, starting with days down to 3 hours, down to 30 minutes. All perfect!. I would highly recommend Mattress Firm!!

I went into the store on June 8 just to get some information because I’m starting research for a new mattress and David was working and I have to say he was very knowledgeable and friendly and not your typical sales person who is pushing you to buy some thing… He strongly encourages you to do your research try out all the beds and we had a lovely conversation and I just appreciated his customer service in my eyes he’s excellence!

Had a great experience with Scott over at Mattress Frim. I told him my experience at another place and was not quite happy with what they said. He exceeded my expectations forsure! Sleeping is a common experience that we all want to be the best it can be.Since the day we bought our tempura pedic mattress from mattress firm at the Bayport location we desire our own bed when traveling. The staff went beyond the sale to explain the best way to take care of our mattress. In a recent visit back to the store (not to purchase but just to ask questions) they took their time to answer how to store the mattress while our bedroom is being remodeled. Dustin Rodgers was the sales associate assisting me, and made the entire process SO quick and easy! No up-selling, led me to the perfect mattress the first time, and I was literally in and out in less than 10 minutes. I couldnt be happier with my purchase. The prices cant be beat for the mattress, box spring and frame. Delivery could have been within 24 hours, but I opted for the following day. Delivery was on time and professional.
