Rachael Francis, who works at the Gandy Store, personally selected a twin Temper Pedic adjustable bed for my elderly mother on a Saturday. By Tuesday the bed was delivered to my mothers ALF and she is now able to live there comfortably. Rachael delivered outstanding service and guidance under the circumstances. I would recommend Mattress Firm and Rachael to anyone who needs superior knowledge and outstanding service in purchasing a bed.

Excellent customer service provided by Alexis at this location. I didnt even end up purchasing anything but she still took the time to give recommendations. She was professional and very friendly and although Mattress Firm did not have the mattress I was looking for, I would purchase all of my other bedding items from here just because of the wonderful service from Alexis.

My experience was fantastic. I had already found what I wanted on line but went into the store to see the options in person.Alexis was simply the best! Wow! We walked in about thirty minutes before the store closed, and immediately were greeted by a friendly worker. I told her (Rachael) what type of mattress I wanted, and she directed us to several styles. She said she had been in the business of mattresses for about 10 years, and we could tell. Rachael knew all the details and other options (such as pillows and bases) that would be good too. The whole process was a great experience, despite it being near closing time. We ended up getting a queen mattress and an adjustable base. She also helped with setting up delivery to a time that was convenient for us. Rachael made it so easy to finish up everything, and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who is mattress shopping.

Christian was exceptionally helpful from the first step in the door. He was patient and helpful in guiding us in finding a bed. We didn’t know how to connect what we felt to what the bed specs needed to be - he translated perfectly and allowed us to “bracket” beds as we tested them at our pace. I had a amazing experience with Robert and Christian at the store over the past couple days. I was hesitant to come in at first and when I started talking to Robert he was extremely helpful answering questions and not pressuring me towards any particular mattress but offering me information and details so that I could make an informed decision about my mattress. Christian was able to help me on the day I purchased and answered all my final questions and was willing to help demo and explain differences in mattresses and bases. Also being able to have my mattress delivered the next day after purchase is awesome.

David was a wonderful salesman and truly did his utmost to ensure we purchased a mattress that suited our needs. He was very attentive but not pushy like a lot of salespeople can be (especially the ones at Macy’s). He made sure our questions were answered but for the most part left us to our own devices which is what we really enjoyed during our shopping experience. He was kind and full of humor and really may this experience enjoyable. We left with a mattress, box spring, frame and a store we will definitely come back to should we ever need another mattress.

I’ve been to multiple mattress firm stores over the years but I’m so happy I found this location. I spoke with Christian on the phone earlier about the sales that day. When I got to the store he immediately remembered our phone conversation. Went in for a mattress for our guest room but didn’t want something cheap and uncomfortable. Miguel did a great job finding the perfect mattress that was within my budget. He was very knowledgeable about springs, coils, memory foam, etc.this was my second time buying from them.

We are new to the Tampa area and were in need of a new mattress. The associate at this location, Robert Jackson, was the person who helped us with purchasing and setting up delivery for our mattress. It was going to take 2 weeks to get our mattress which we thought was a long time but worth the wait... 2 weeks went by and we received an email from Mr. Jackson informing us that the frame we originally ordered could not be shipped to us and that our mattress wouldn be delivered late as well, weve been sleeping on an air mattress this whole time so we called the store to see what our options were, heres where things got weird. I called the store and told the associate who answered what was going on and they said sorry theres no Robert who works here what?? No one in that store, including the manager Christian knew who this Robert Jackson guy was! And they didnt care either! How do you not know who is working in your store? We were terrified and confused but most importantly we felt like we got ripped off and this store had NO interest in helping us or finding out an explanation for this odd situation. We went into a different Mattress Firm location closer to us and thankfully had a someone from higher up in this region help us! We got a better price and he couldnt believe how we were treated at the Gandy location. This review is souly based on our experience at the Gandy location, not mattress firm as a whole, but I do NOT recommend going to this particular location!

Great experience! Anyone who has shopped for a mattress knows how difficult it can be. We tried several different places before stopping here. Dee, the store manager, is very friendly and knowledgeable, and will do what it takes to make sure you are happy. I found the bed I wanted for a bit cheaper somewhere else, but I wanted to go through Mattress Firm because they have a great 100 day warranty period that most other places dont offer. Luckily they stand by their price match guarantee, and we got a great deal. Not only that, we had our mattress delivered that very evening! Definitely recommend these guys for their customer service and professionalism!
