I have had terrible experiences with furniture companies since moving to Tampa. The worst service I got was from Ashley Furniture. I purchased a love seat from this company and was appalled by how much more professional the delivery staff was and how my furniture arrived undamaged and with same day delivery as promised. I am very pleased with this furniture store and staff.

I bought a reclining sofa and reclining loveseat last year. The sales rep/ owner, she told me that the warranty covered mechanical issues as well as any leather issues. ( gel leather)Well, not only is one recliner listing, it’s peeling like bonded leather does. The warranty company will NOT cover any of it!!!!! What the heck did I pay for? Why was I lies to? The furniture should last and if there is an issue they should fix it! I’m irate!!! I will NEVER purchase anything from these people again!

Jeff is the best salesman I’ve ever met. He explained the process and took his time to make sure that I was comfortable with my purchase. This furniture buying experience was amazing. So excited when we bought this Ibiza Sectional for the price. But definitely you get what you paid for. Not even 3 years and the furniture is totally peeled. By that time they did not offer any warranty. I will recommend you spend $200 more and buy a sectional in other store. I dont even think the warranty they sell now for $100 really worth it. The worst thing is that they not even try to give a solution to keep the customers... So we just lost the money!

The worst experience ever!! Spend the extra money and go to a professional establishment. They DO NOT have same say delivery. Customer service is non-existing at the facility and the warranty company is completely useless. The only worker who handles claims for this facility took 9 months to process our claim and is now informing us that we cannot get the damaged sections fixed. This place and companies that are associated are all trash.

I got the couch this afternoon. Very comfortable and it was a good price. The salesperson was very helpful and she was not a high pressure salesperson. The delivery guys came earlier than the time frame I was given, which was good because I did not want to wait all night for them. They quickly assembled the couch and took away the packaging. Very friendly and nice guys.I am happy with my purchase, and I hope to enjoy this couch for many years.

Purchased a bed room set from the Tampa location & absolutely love it! Took my cousin with me (who took several Carpenter classes) and he confirmed the quality of the furniture is Top of the line. He immediately stated this is no cheap stuff. Showed it to my mom (who only buys Top of the line furniture) and she said it’s better than her Top notch bed rm set. Very, very satisfied customer. Oh yeah Excellent customer service. No pushy sales reps. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for furniture to check out this facility.

Stay away from this store. I worked in the Orlando store inside Florida Mall for one week. The owner Victoria got upset when i told her another Furniture store had offered me a better salary and if she would consider offering something else. Her answer was turn in your key we dont like when they ask us for more money. Well guess what i turned there key. Very unprofessional only cares about her making money on account of her employees.So if you are looking for a Sales Associate position this is not the place to work. It shows her ways when she didnt even have the courage to show her face to me. Hiding in the back. 4 days ago my wife and I bought a recliner at their Brandon mall location. Despite same day delivery being posted all over the store we were told delivery “might” be available Friday (6 days later). Apparently they’re having difficulty hiring and keeping delivery people. When we explained that we both work that day we we’re informed we could pick up from their warehouse, so we agreed I would pick it up today (Wednesday). An hour ago I called the store to find out where I’m going to pick it up only to be told they won’t let me pick it up unless my wife is with me. He then informed me the warehouse is only open mon-fri 1-5pm. My wife works 830-5 Monday to Friday meaning she can’t go with me. So now we’re stuck without a recliner and out a few hundred dollars. We’re giving them till the end of today to refund our money before initiating a chargeback though the credit card company.

My furniture was supposed to be delivered on three separate occasions and wasnt. They guaranteed me delivery before 4PM each time, then tried to charge me double for delivery days later. Paying more to have it delivered before 4pm was never discussed when I purchased the furniture. I was told that they can do it with no problem. No extra charge was mentioned. Andrea in the warehouse seemed helpful and guaranteed they would correct the error they made, but they did not. Ive now been without a couch for a week longer than I should have been to start with. Very poor service from the sales floor to the warehouse. They also called my secondary contact instead of me to tell me it wasnt going to be delivered. I cancelled my order. I called multiple times to do so, but no one answered after the phone ringing continuously for minutes. I called from my work phone because to see if they would answer. They picked up right away when I called from the number they didnt know. Worst furniture purchase (or lack thereof) Ive EVER HAD

Received my recliner sofas and bed set when I moved in my new apt June 2020 and got them installed by their services (dont recommend) when they installed my furniture they screwed my dresser knobs over the furniture tags also installed recliner back wrong so when it was reclined it broke the wood in the back immediately. Terrible quality furniture and lousy warranty. When my bed was installed they broke the support at the bottom. Can never get through to delivery service to report issue as it is a separate company and has awful customer service. Wish I hadnt spent nearly $4,000 on this furniture and went elsewhere.

Just bought a sectional from them in February they give you a paper with there warranty and tell you that if anything happens to it you can file a claim and get it fixed or replaced I happen to call in to file a claim and they did not do anything said that they could not fix it and could not do any for me, they need to stop giving false information when purchasing and give exact Description of what and how it is covered. Very disappointed!!!

I bought my couch from here and the delivery this company provides is horrible! the bottom of my couch is damaged, the entire lining has been destroyed, I have a kitten that will go inside, when I called they were extremely rude and hung up on me!! Great prices on the furniture, but terrible customer service, my girlfriend purchased a sectional from this place and the price was awesome but the experience with the people here left a bad taste in our mouth, nice sales person but she looks like she is tired of dealing with people in general, which was fine because furniture sell its self so we didn’t really need her help, it was the delivery drivers and yes I understand their a 3rd party but who hires these guys??? We had 2 gentlemen that just wouldn’t stop complaining the whole entire delivery I spent some time in Jamaica on a business trip so I can decipher The dialect of patois they were upset it was a 2nd floor and that they had to put it together but I thought that was their job, that’s what we paid for, the delivery price was oddly cheap but we planned on tipping because of this yes they should be paid more but hey that’s the price we was charged, we won’t be purchasing from this place again due to customer service.

Im really upset about my experience with this company. I wanted to buy a sectional and was willing to pay for it on the spot and pick it up. The guy that I spoke to stated that they would be happy to sell it to me, but things did became more complicated when I advised I would be picking it up rather than having it delivered. He said the $4-hundred-something was barely worth his time, and that if I was not willing to pay extra to have it delivered, it is barely worth his warehouse guys time. I was advised that the people paying the ridiculous $80 delivery fee *setup not included* were priority and that they would be taking their time finding the furniture. I was also advised that they wouldnt even attempt to find the couch in the color I was wanting to make sure it was in stock until I paid for it. Granted, it did work out for me because I got a better couch within the same price range. I would definitely recommend visiting the Mattress and Furniture Super Center off of Adamo. I found the EXACT same couch there. It was a little bit more money, but way better quality. They also have no-credit-check financing options, 90 days same as cash. Just super disappointed in the Furniture Distribution Center and how they run their business. Attempting to threaten to get someone to pay extra will not work in your benefit, ever.

I must say after reading reviews I had second thoughts on my order. Well the bedroom set came tonight and a dresser for my sons room, and I am so pleased with the furniture. No it’s not top of the line, but it looks amazing and if we treat it well, it will last a while. I’m not crazy about the late delivery but they have so many orders, we are all the way in Sarasota. Not only did they set it up, but for a little extra they disassembled the set that was still in the room and carried it to the garage. I will definitely be ordering more from them. Now if the furniture breaks I may update this review but I don’t think I should have an issue. I’m going to order glass tops for all the dressers and end tables from a local glass company to preserve the furniture and protect it from stains.

We had our puppies chew the cord of our sofa, we went to the furniture and the customer service was exceptional. The lovely young ladies were attentive and on point. They want above and beyond, that along with the great prices will definitely keep me going back!!

If I could rate it less than one star I would. I thought this place was honest as it is owned by a husband and wife. They were very sweet when I quickly purchased a couch set. I was advised verbally and on my receipt, that I would receive my couches 1-2 weeks. It is now beyond the 2 weeks. I have been told daily that the couches are at the port and will be unloaded and delivered and they will call me. Communication is the key. If they needed extra time to get them to me, great - pick up the phone or email me and let me know that they need extra time.. but no one cared to do so. Instead the wife is very quick on the phone to continue stating that they will call when they are there. You should not make a promise on something that you cannot deliver. Its sad that I had to take the time out of my busy schedule to contact them to find out what the status is instead of them following up with me. Now I am told that it may be tomorrow or sometime shortly and they will deliver it when I am available. Thats wonderful and I appreciate that, however, I have been expecting this at a certain time.. be courteous - have respect for other peoples time and maybe you would not get such horrible reviews on here.

I stopped by this location this past Thursday 4/23 after seeing and ad on OfferUp, and purchased the Abentura Sectional and Ottoman (white).Its beautiful and sooo comfortable not only do I love my purchase but I have to shout out David who made the process so pleasant. All over Facebook they advertise the Madrid sectional for $999. Spoke to David on the phone and he confirmed if I put down $50 I would lock in this price and I specified that I wanted the gray. He tells me bo problem since they have plenty. I drive an hour to Tampa to find out they not only dont have any in stock but that the price is actually $1099. Wasted my time driving all the way to Tampa and lied about the sale price. No where on the post does it specify any colors. Very disappointed.

I LOVE THIS STORE!! Last night I received a beautiful new bedroom set and sofa set with free delivery. I was shocked at how fast my delivery was same day and how much money I saved shopping here. Lowest prices I found for new furniture and they offered easy financing. I was able to get approved for new furniture and only put down $40 in store.After I pay off my furniture I will come back and get a new mattress set pillow top here. The prices are amazing and friendly sales people made it so easy.

We shopped around for a while looking at different couches and dining tables. We found a sectional sofa that we both loved. Unfortunately it was at this company. I wish I had read the reviews closer.We did the 90 day same as cash option and we were excited about the same day delivery (that never happened) we didnt get our couch until the following day at 11:40pm and we only got part of it because they forgot a piece of the back of the couch. We were told it would be delivered the next day but its been almost 2 weeks (12 days) so far to be exact! The manager wont even return our calls! No one is giving us answers and we are out over $400 plus the $110 delivery fee and we have this eye sore in our living room!Im reporting the company to the BBB better business bureau and warning everyone I know not to do business with this shady company!
