Not only did Brazzeal actually have the tires I needed, there was virtually no wait which was important as I was traveling at the time. The staff was most helpful, offering whatever drink I wanted while the work was being done and a very clean and comfortable customer area to read or work on my computer. I was also struck by the number of customers that showed up with which they obviously had a very long term relationship with and their knowledge about them asking after relatives. In fact, they were so efficient that, in the short time I was there, none of the 6 or 8 other customers had to use the seating area at all! Courteous and kind, great prices, and efficient - what more could you want?

We were losing air on our tire and went 15 min prior to closing. They were very friendly and helpful. Showed us the nail in a previous patch in the tire and got a very good price for a replacement tire. I thought I needed to change both tires but the salesperson told us that I only need one since the tread on the other tire was good. My wife will now use them as our preferred choice for our auto needs.

All the workers that I interacted with were super kind, helpful, and caring. They stayed after their closing time to assist me when I had a road side emergency. They went above and beyond to help me and my family. The drop box made my unexpected overnight situation a breeze. The service was done quickly and efficiently. I wish I lived closer so that I could use their services regularly.

My son had a tire blowout while he was leaving Tampa to head to college. We stopped in at Brazzeal’s near closing time on Friday and they could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Possibly the best service shop in Tampa Bay. You get what you pay for and it’s done perfect every time. The communication with the shop, email, pictures they send, in depth inspection of your car to the work completed is fantastic. It’s not an upscale, it’s work needed to be done. Great place to get your car done. I wish I could give them 0 stars so you won’t go there and I would have no wait but they need to stay in business and expand to meet the demand.

My alternator shorted out causing it to catch fire. I was on my way to work so I was far from my house and didnt have any tools with me so had to get it towed there. It was the closest with good reviews. They mentioned that my battery was bad so I had to buy a new battery as well and pay for the install which I wasnt expecting because my other battery was starting my vehicle before this incident however they sent me a picture with my receipt showing battery being tested bad, making me feel better. End result, to get a reconditioned alternator and a brand new battery with a 3 year warranty came to $1,026 out the door which All in All is fair. I did ask for a little discount or help as this came unannounced like everything in life and wasnt expecting to shell out 1k right now but such is life. I didnt get a discount but service from start to finish was great. I would definitely refer them, they did a great job 👍

This was my first time at this mechanic and my car had a ton of issues coming in. Other mechanics I felt like did not do as good of a job on it. Both me and my boyfriend agree that I drove off the lot with almost a different car! It runs so smoothly and has never run this well before. They were very thorough and patient with explaining every fix that I needed. I will definitely be back

A couple of people in my office have used Brazzeals before and liked their service so I took my car there when it needed a new tire. The service was stellar, the price was decent (not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive, especially since it was urgently needed), but the best part is they didnt try to upsell me. Paying was a breeze with their payment link so all I had to do was get my key and drive off once it was ready. Speaking of which, even though their parking lot and bays were FULL when I got there at 9am, they had my car ready before lunch time!Will definitely keep them in mind when I next need anything!

Our tire blew out on veterans Expressway and I thought that the tire would have to be replaced for sure. I got the car over to Brazzeal’s Parking lot and left it there and left a message on their voicemail. They were able to repair the tire and did it fast! So, I didn’t have to buy a brand new expensive tire and I was driving it the next day.I pick the car up after hours so I never interacted with anyone in person. Everyone on the phone was professional and they have systems in place for you to pick your car up after hours.

I have been using Brazzeal for years. They are responsive, honest, and always do great work. I went in there in my early 20s, requesting a $100+ service (I had googled and self diagnosed what I needed), and they told me that I only needed a $30 service. They could have easily taken advantage, but they were honest with me and I will never forget that. Always a great place to do business with!

Brazzeal always does a good job on my car. I brought it in to get my brakes done because they were feeling kind of gravelly. They started using a text service to give you updates and send pictures which is really helpful. They got the work done pretty quick from the time I approved it and I was back on the road.

I had a flat tire coming over the Howard Franklin Bridge. They were the first tire place I came to as my tire was now at 4 psi. They were able to order me new tires and install them in just a few hours. I was on my way to a meeting and they let me use a loaner vehicle at no charge. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing new tires. Price was cheaper than what my dealership quoted at my last service visit. Professional and friendly. The shop has a large clean waiting area.

The folks at Brazzeal have always been trustworthy. One time I had an issue and Brazzeal looked up the issue found there was a warranty coverage and printed paperwork as proof to take to Honda for free service. They did this as a courtesy and said just use us in the future.They care about building relationships and I have never felt taken advantage of. If there is extra things recommended for the car when I take it in for service it is handled via text and web where you dont have to have an awkward conversation if you dont want to. Just say yes/no/or call with questions.I write this review because I trust them.

Ive been going here for years, ever since I moved to the Tampa Bay area. They have always been very honest and fair. I started going here because they were convenient to my work, but since working from home due to the pandemic, I now take the time to travel across the bay from St. Pete. I dont really want to find somewhere else.

Low oil light lit up on my rental car while in Tampa. Stopped in to have it checked. The oil was 2 qt low and the washer fluid near empty. They fixed me up with both and got me on my way. Super fast, friendly, and professional!! I would definitely use these guys for my car needs if I lived in the area.

Went to Brazzeal for the 1st time not knowing anyone and they treated me great!! I had a large repair bill but was expected, they fixed all my issues and kept me up to date the entire process! Had a small issue a few days later, not their fault, and they still fixed the issue and didn’t charge me! They did not have to do that but they did, tells you everything you need to know! Will be going here for any future repairs and would recommend to anyone!!

It all started the day my wife was driving my Jeep. The low tire pressure light came so she pulled in the shop fully expecting to pay for a service call. The quickly checked the pressure in all five tires, added air where it was needed, and reset the sensor. All without charging her a dime.This kind gesture lead to my wife surprising me on our anniversary with the growl I had been talking about adding to my stock Jeep. She worked directly with the shop manager Chris to figure out what was needed and ordering it.We could have done the ordering online, and then tried to find someone to do the install, but Chris took care of everything and got a better price than we could find anywhere else. I pulled up to Brazzeal just see if I could get my tire pressure checked and a little air thrown in since I was nearby, the gentleman helping me noticed some other things he recommended I have done pretty soon(by no means in a pushy way at all), things I was thankful he saw like my tire almost to the threads, I drive on the interstate daily so it could’ve been an easy accident. I had some concerns with my headlights as well and they cleaned up the casings and I was very impressed with the end result on them, have never seen them that clean before. After parts and labor for two tires and the cleanings, I spent less than 400$ in all which for me was awesome compared to having spend half that or more in the passed for used tires with labor. These guys were kind and insightful. Hopefully your experiences here leave you with a smile on your face

Went for an alignment on Thursday. Saturday i tried to park on curb. Im in construction. This isnt new to me or the truck. It made a loud noise and now the steering wheel is crooked. My guess is they didnt tighten something. When i went in the shop the mechanic said everything was tight without taking another look and the manager was clearly going to let the mechanic call the shot. He didnt say a word. Not even when i said Id take it somewhere else. If you want a place that stands behind their work go somewhere else.

Did a great job replacing my tires. They are professional, work fast and wont waste your time, honest, easy to make an appointment.Had a nail damage my tire and unable to get it repaired due to nail located near the sidewall of the tire, 2 different places came to the same conclusion. I chose to get 2 tires replaced at Brazzeals since they had the same brand (Michelin) as my other tires and my friend always comes here and she highly recommends this place. For the initial appointment to get the tire checked out to figure why it kept going flat, Brazzeals took only about 20min (compared to the other place I went to, they took 50min!). To get 2 new tires replaced and tires rotated it took less than 1 hour in and out.

They fix what needs to be fixed, dont up sell, educates you on issues that may be wrong with your vehicle and explains whether its something that needs immediate attention or that you can fix it if bothers you (issue is not dire and will not lead to costly repairs if not corrected. They are not out scam money out of you. They are in business to help and educate. They’ve retained me as a loyal customer.

Their use of technology is very nice, too. You get to see photos of the problem, sent by text, that provides clear communication. Also, its a great location for S. Tampa people. Our family has been depending on Brazzeals for years!! When our daughter was moving to California and driving her car, I was comforted knowing they checked it out and prepared her car for a cross country trip. They have taken care of our normal routine maintenance, oil changes, tires etc.When our friends moved here from Spokane Washington, just as we had done, they took great care of their cars as well. Recently, south Tampa had a horrible flash flood. Our daughters car got caught up in it. It took 2 days to get the car to them.Chis, explained that our car insurance may potentially pay for the damages. The motor was blown. Our car insurance company was not easy to deal with. Chris refused to them them rattle him or short change us regarding what it was that we needed. He is kept us informed every step of the way over the 7 week process!!! Chris is a rock star and even drove the car home to be sure it was 100%!! Everyone at Brazzeals are amazing and we are beyond grateful for their integrity, honesty and commitment to amazing service!!!

Quick service. Got an alignment, a rotation, and two new tires. Everyone wore a mask inside and there’s plexiglass panels at the front desk. Excellent assortment of beverages. Good price on tires.

These guys go the extra mile. I was replacing my rims and they mentioned that the tire pressure monitors may not fit the new rims, which would call for a replacement for each. It was around $30 each rim if they did not fit. This is a perfect example of where a repair shop has complete control, they can easily say “they didn’t fit” and collect the extra $120. When I went to pick up the car they told me they fit and there was no need to replace. That’s Brazzeal’s for you. Come here if you don’t want to get hosed for unnecessary work. Not to mention they are quick!

Rick was so humble and sweet. All the guys there were. I got all new tires and alignment and was a great deal. I won’t trust my Jeep with anyone else. Also they are right across the street from the mall so that’s a plus you can get in some shopping while they take care of your vehicle.

Rick and Chris are phenomenal with their smiling customer service! They happily changed my battery quickly and got me out and on the road safely! I was here 3 years ago in a pinch when my alternator died, and they got me all fixed up with a new one and new battery. This time my battery still had some warranty and they prorated me, and the cost was VERY reasonable!! I would recommend them to anyone.

My sons car had mechanical difficulties which resulted in having to be towed to Brazzeals Tire & Service for repair. This is the second time I have used them.
