I have used quick change many times. It’s on my way home and close to home. I needed an oil change and my husband took the car somewhere else. Big mistake. My oil filter was not put on correctly and all the oil had drained from my car . Quick change thought their might be other damage. They got everything taken care of before I had major damage. I went in several years prior and thought I needed four new tires. They told me two of the tires were fine. They rotated them and I got the two new tires I needed.. it would have been very easy to sell me four new tires. They are an honest business, it’s clean and the wait area in comfortable. Definitely five stars.

From the customer waiting area at Quick Lane of Citrus Park, I could observe the work being done on my car. Thats a very different experience from the Toyota dealership disappearing out of sight with my car. I am happy with the quality service I received from Quick Lane of Citrus Park!

Went in because my car was not starting, they said the issue was my ground wires weren’t grounded right, they fixed 8 of them charged me $260. Went out after i paid to try and start it and my car wouldn’t start (still at the shop). Refused to refund me, they then looked “more into it” then came back with a bill of $1,300 of multiple things and said that’s why it’s not starting. Went to a different shop and they said it was my fuel pump and my ECU. NONE of which was on the list that these people provided for me. Recommend if you go here to get a second opinion.

Always a busy place. Some rate it highly. I calculated their labor rate at $145 / hour (just labor).Why so much, when most auto repair shops charge $60-$80 an hour? Because people will pay it. Most people dont care and dont know what a fair rate is.

Jenny White provides some absolutely amazing service. The team was professional and worked with me to solve a wobbly tire on my new used car! The car was was also a nice touch!

Ive been using them mostly for oil changes. When it came to repairs, they tried to overcharge me for repairs even though they said theyre giving me a discount on some services. When I finally came to pick up the car, the guy at the counter showed me a bill for $500 more than was quoted to me that I agreed with. I had to show him the email showing what the quote was. A couple days later the car wouldnt start, the original reason I had them fix it in the first place. My car wouldnt even hold a charge even after jumping the car, worse than when I brought them the car to get it fixed. I had to call them and complain for them to pick up the car and finally fix it the right way which took a few days. For my wifes car, I asked them to fix several bulbs that were burnt out. They said they replaced the bulbs when I picked up the car. Well I found out that wasnt the case. Im never going to bring my cars there again.

I needed my hubcaps installed. Tire kingdom across the street refused to do it. So i went here.This guy named Jed (or Jeb) did them on the spot and tried to do it FOR FREE.I am not used to receiving such incredible service. They just earned my business for a very long time.

Harris and the manager TJ helped my wife and I get our Pilot serviced @ Bill Currie quick lube on Gunn Hwy in Tampa. They did the oil change, front tires and filters in a timely manner, and the prices are very competitive. Great customer service and helpful team!

I honestly cant understand how thos place has one star reviews. I took my truck here for an issue with oil on the spark plugs. First, they noticed my address and said I got a discount - something I didnt know and they certainly didnt have to tell me about. Then, as all mechanics do, they told me about a few other issues they found along the way. But I in no way felt pressured. They just gave me a quote so I knew how much it would be.I went back to get the other work done. In addition to the other discount, they called me to let me know of an add on Facebook. All I had to do was like it and I got another discount. Again, I would have had no idea and they were certainly under no obligation to tell me. On top of all this, the staff was courteous (specifically, it was Josue that helped me) and the work was high quality.In summary, not only did they have great customer service and did great work, but the way they approached me to get me all the discounts shows to me that they are more concerned with satisfied customers than they are making a few extra bucks.

I always take my Ford to the dealership for oil changes and such, but nevermore!!! This place is a gem. The lounge is clean, there is an area for small kids, tv, coffee, clean bathrooms, quiet desk space if you need to work!! And they wash your car after service!! I went in and Frank was awesome, honest, and patient! The lobby staff was so nice and welcoming too! This is my new go-to place for my beautiful fusion. Sorry, Veterans Ford.

Over a thousand dollars of work on my truck and they wanted to do another $2000 worth of work for a check engine light. I took it to another shop and a $15 sensor was bad. They had my car almost a full week and couldnt figure out a bad sensor another mechanic took 15 minutes to figure out.

This place really takes advantage of people- I highly recommend not to go here. They wanted to charge me 1,200 and said I needed things that my car did not... The dealership I went to today charged me 256.00. I gave them the sheet and showed them the bill they gave me and said they were definitely trying to take advantage of me since I was a girl. It’s really sad that they’re taking advantage of people like this and are not honest people. Save your time and most importantly your money go somewhere else... they only see dollar signs

I literally drive out of my way from another city to come to this Quick Lane auto repair shop. Here are a few reasons:(1) They are incredibly transparent. This is one of the few auto repair shops Ive ever been to that actually encourages customers to walk into the garage and talk to the mechanics (within the safety rails obviously).(2) Honesty and integrity are the defining features of the way this place is run. I consider that the most indispensable quality in an auto repair shop.(3) They have never tried to up-sell me with unnecessary repairs in the times Ive taken my car to them.(4) They are always straightforward about what work needs to be done and not done, and even try to talk me out of doing repairs when they arent cost effective.(5) When an auto repair shop says, We could do this job for you, but we know someone else who could do it for less... that speaks volumes about their interest in the customers well-being.In short, if you want an auto repair shop that will be straight with you, this is the one to go to. They may not be the cheapest, but they will never lie to you or mislead you, and thats something I dont think anyone can put a price on.

Just had my oil changed. Took ~30 minutes. Technician and front desk customer service guys are down to earth, honest, nice guys. As woman its challenging to find a mechanic shop who has decent employees who treat you with respect and dont try to trick you into buying extremely expensive stuff. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants Amazing Customer experience/service.

Have visited twice - and Ive had a positive experience both times. Fair price, friendly, informative AND they didnt try to sell me something that I didnt need. My only quibble is grease on the interior.

I have been with Qiucklane with 4 generations of cars. When you find an honest garage you stick with them. They will tell you if they see something that needs attention before it breaks and a mostly their predictions come true if I neglect to have the preventive measures done. Their diagnostics are pretty spot on the occasions that I have compared it to what the dealer service discovered.

I always get my car done there.

I called at 5:30 to see if they could squeeze me in for an oil change and tire rotation and the representative said come on down. I arrived and the representative was very friendly and the technician was ready to take my vehicle. The Oil Change and Tire Rotation was completed very efficiently. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. They have definitely earned a return visit from me.

Completely absurd business outlook. I have never heard of nor had a company constantly turn down business. I am new to the area and received a coupon for an oil change and car wash for $14.99 and have tried to schedule an appointment, show up during their slow times, and even called ahead and was told there was no waiting - All of which failed to get anything accomplished. The employees have created the funniest excuses as to why they could not give me an oil change but did offer to get a woman an oil change who was wearing short shorts and a low cut shirt while I was in there. Pretty funny to say the least and its a reflection of Quick Lane and Bill Currie Ford, who owns this location.

We were travelling from Missouri and had a mishap where a semi truck blew a tire on the interstate and knocked off our undershield on our car. The shield had no damage to it. We arrived, they got us right in, and reattached it for us without fee. I would highly recommend this service center for everyone locally and travelling like we were. There was one morning that I went to this location as they were opening. One of my vehicles had a nail in the tire. The technician informed me that a patch was not possible, however, he did have a spare slightly used tire (tread was still really good) and installed and only charged for labor. Very thankful! The staff and technicians were friendly and treated you like a human being.

Great place for convenience and prices are reasonable. Only one draw back.... tried to push adittional service on me but Im auto smart and declined the add on service.

Great price and good service on a set of 4 tires on my Chevy 2500.

First problem I had was when I came into get my 3rd oil change which was supposed to be free. Apparently they were not running that special anymore but there was no expiration date on the voucher. I was put off because they refused to honor it, even though I was returning to their business. I again, returned because I liked the mechanic who worked on my car. They sent me a coupon in the mail for a discount on an oil change. The second issue I had was when I was turned away because they were booked, even though they dont take reservations. I thought that was odd. I came back the following week, and the same excuse was given by the same guy. This place needs more help, or needs to stop promoting deals they cant honor. Wont be back, and thats a shame because I liked my mechanic a lot.

Everyone was very friendly and my service was finished a timely manner. They also have a clean waiting area for both adults and children, yup they have a play area! I spoke with the new store manager TJ and he is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to, which explains the awesome atmosphere of the buisness/shop. I will be returning!

If you ever wanted to feel secure in knowing that only the work being done is what is necessary; then this is the place. I must say Ive come to know them in another light so to speak. Just take my word on it, that several of the gentlemen that work the front desk and those in Garage area must answer every day to someone higher then those who write their check. Came in to have these guys patch a flat tire from a 2017 Hyundai elantra. They patched it and scratched the rim like crazy.Edit: Gary and I talked about the situation weve ruled out the possibility of the tire machine doing the damage but there are still a few other variables that could have caused the damage. Regardless this man Gary was really nice to me and professional we calmly talked and came to an agreement to get the rim fixed. I highly recommend this place these men and woman working here are very nice.

At first this place was just the nearest shop for me to get my oil changed and tires rotated. However, after a recent traffic incident spilled out from the road in front of the shop and caused some collateral damage to my car while it was parked in the lot, manager Gary Phillips did such a great job taking care of me and being sure to maintain my business that this is now my go-to place for auto service. This place is awesome! I am a single mom so I am a bit hestitant when I go to a garage. But, first of all, my sons Sunday school teacher is the mechanic. I had no clue he worked there! They did me right and did not suggest anything I didnt need. I am definitely going back!

Completely agree with previous review from J on customer is not king here. Should have known better. They use cheaper aftermarket parts and this one failed. Stick with a certified dealer on repairs. Theyre more expensive but much more reliable. Lesson learned. No more quick stops at Quick Lane.

Avoid if possible and never sent a woman there as they will trry to sell fuel injector cleaning and all kinds of transmission flushes on there FIRST oil change. Seriously. 4,000 miles on a new Ford and they recommended all these add - ons. These guys will take advantage of a woman, the elderly, and probably you if you do not watch outAlso DO NOT ask to have tire pressure checked either. Left rear tire was at 16 pounds, right front 16 pounds, left front 42 pounds and right rear was at 38 pounds when all should be at 35 pounds.A one star rating is generous here. AVOID or be there constantly watching them

Just for inspection for engine warning light on they charged me $ 101. The quoted me around $ 700+ (Oppppss...Really?) for the work. I googled for another A+ rated (5 star) service center and get this fixed by $100 (inspection and changing the coil) in 30 mins !!!

Came here today for an oil change after calling first to assure they had time. Said we would be there within the hour. Sat in traffic for 45 minutes due to construction to get there and then the guy tells us he cant do it because they are too booked. What a waste of 1.5 hours of my day! Absolutely awful customer service and will NOT be returning! Theres way too many of these places to treat customers like this! I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

I drive from Largo for every maintenance issue I have. I trust these guys at their word. Last time I was in there, they were finalizing fixing a mistake they had made. Every shop/store/professional makes mistakes. You know how good a repair shop is by how they handle their mistakes. They went over the top to make sure that woman would be a repeat customer. They will not try to up-sale you into unwarranted services.

Quicklane is a great place for oil changes or repairs. Theyre honest and fair. I have good knowledge about automotive repairs and maintenance, I just dont have the tools or space available to make the repairs myself. Even though they are affiliated with Bill Currie Ford, dont be afraid to bring in non-Ford vehicles. These guys maintain my 1991 Mazda Miata no problem. I drive past 20 places to get to Quicklane, they dont really accept appointments, but I always just get up early to ensure Im one of the first vehicles serviced. And disregard all the 1-Star ratings on here, people get salty about vehicle repair costs, not everything can be solved by using a coupon for a half-off oil change. Most people dont spend the money to properly maintain their vehicles, so repair bills tend to be higher.

Went in for a wheel alignment for a Lincoln Towncar (this place is suppose to know Ford products) what a joke. Told the advisor wheel was pulling to right check steering components. When I left car still pulling to right and now my steering wheel was cocked to left. Called the mis-advisor and informed him that I checked right outer tie rod and it was bad - he stated outer tie rod end cannot cause car to pull right. We all know that a bad outer tie rod end can make a car pull to one side.Also we know you should not align a vehicle with a bad front end component. Brought car to another shop for a wheel alignment - they could not believe how out of specification the alignment was - now car runs straight and steering wheel is straight. Quick Lane Price $94.00 - Other Shop $40.00.Lesson is that if you want a wheel alignment do not go to Quick Lane at Citrus Park.

I found this place by accident and decided to check them out. Was impressed at first thinking I had found a different shop. Well, it all changed when I purchased 2 Firestone tires that included alignment etc. It was a good price. When I drove the car - this is my wifes car - I noticed it was drifting to the right. I changed lanes, drove it on the freeway, driftring right.Went back to Quick Lane, told the guy at the front desk and he said he had nobody to work the issue. I thought hmmm ok. 2 days later I went back, the same guy, told me it was a normal thing the car drifting to the side. He did not even say, ok we are going to check it out, the first thing was it is normal. The truth is that they did not want to do the service, not even check the vehicle.My wife went back today and this time, Nicole took the car in to check. She showed my wife that the alignment equipment is showing that it is all correct, there was nothing wrong. The mechanic drove the car, its all good.After my wife left the shop and told me, I called Nicole and asked her about the drifting, same explanation. I asked her if she had at least checked the tire pressure to see if it was losing pressure. She said yes, the tires are 35 now, its all good.So I asked her: Was the tire low on pressure?, her answer was I DONT KNOW. She doesnt know because when they do the service they dont really care anymore. She didnt even bother to ask the guy if the tires were low on pressure. So, after 3 attempts, I still dont know whats causing the car to drift right.They got the tires back to 35 and they are done!If the tires are losing pressure - the tires service was performed less than 2 weeks ago - that is your problem dear customer. They have more important things to do than to take care of a customer who already paid for the service.So Quick Lane will do the job. If you are lucky and the job works fine GREAT. If there is an issue like mine: YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!!!Good luck with these guys. My rate Quick Lane is ZERO STAR.

I took my car there today for an oil change, the front desk was very polite, he smiled and even made sure to speak to those behind me waiting in line. Service was prompt, the mechanic came in to tell me about a few problems w my car (other than needing an oil change) i do know a bit about cars and was curious to see if they were just trying to upsell me but the potential repairs they said i needed were trully something i did need. I kindly declined the repair and was surprised to see that he didnt pressure me into fixing it. He simply told me to be careful when driving and went back to the oil change. My overall experience was great and i recommend them.

Quality place to get good service on your car

Staff was rude, refused to show me what was wrong with my vehicle after diagnosing it and asking for just under $2,000 in repairs. Service manager later returned a phone call and verbally attacked me over the phone in regards to a prior visit in which he had no knowledge of because he was not even there at the time. Would not let me speak, or tell my side of the story. My vehicle was being repaired and paid for by another Ford dealership and he ultimately told me to take my vehicle elsewhere. The old adage the customer is king certainly doesnt apply to this place. The staff was unprofessional, the service manager is a COMPLETE JOKE and I will never refer anyone to this business nor will I use them for my two personal Ford vehicles or my business fleet of 21 Ford vehicles. I hope Tom Banaszak reads this and makes some staffing changes at QuickLane before they run off all of your customers. Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel gladly did the repairs and Im sure appreciates your unprofessionalism which led me to take my vehicle there instead.
