Recently found myself pulling into this location unexpectedly, as I was driving nearby and something in the underbelly/front of my car was coming apart. Two people in the service department we’re extremely helpful and neither batted an eye at my sudden entrance and immediate need. Steve, the service manager, and one of his techs named DJ quickly found the large piece of plastic that was dragging and making loud noises and proceeded to temporarily secure it giving me time to schedule an appointment at a later day and permanently have the repair completed. This location appears Extremely busy but neither gentleman gave a second thought to my sudden entrance and immediate need. I was soon sent on my way and extremely appreciative for their time and attention, thank you!
One of the most honest and friendly sales people Ive ever encountered! Ive been looking for a new vehicle for sometime. Called them up, originally spoke to Gabby and she gave me all the information I needed to know about the car. Then I came in the afternoon and she was busy with another customer and led me to Shannon that helped with getting a test drive then finishing the purchasing process on my 2016 Nissan Sentra.I would absolutely recommend everyone to come by and check them out!
Another outstanding job at the Auto Service Center during my second complimentary service to my 2020 Toyota Highlander on August 9, 2021.This time, I had the pleasure of being attended by the service consultant Miss. Miyonna Castro who explained in detail the service that my vehicle was going to receive and the time window in which such service was to be performed. As promised, the work was completed smoothly and earlier than the specified time. Once the work was finished, they sent a video to my phone explaining and showing what was done and then, personally, Miss M.C. kindly went over the MPI with me.Driving back home was something pleasant both for the quality of the service provided to the vehicle as well as for the personalized attention received.I will surely continue to return to serve my Highlander in this service department at Toyota of Tampa Bay.Jhon Galvis did an outstanding job on my first visit to the Service Department for the 2020 Highlander complementary service. I am so grateful for his promptness, professionalism and communication skills. He was able to do his job while keeping me updated on the progress of the service via SMS while I was in the waiting room. Additionally, the status of the service provided can be followed on one of the screens located in the premises.I want to emphasize that the service provided by Jhon was completed in less than an hour and he went over MPI (the inspection report) with me. Another important piece of information to note is that while I was there, I was able to observe that the CDCs health and safety guidelines are being followed regarding COVID-19.This was my pleasant experience today February 8, 2021 in the Toyota Of Tampa Bay Service Department. I will return and without a doubt I recommend this place and, especially, Jhon Galvis to family and friends.

During Their INSPECTION I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT I HAD A NAIL IN ONE OF THE TORES. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MAN WAS VERY COURTEOUS BUT THE SERVICE GUYS NOT HE HAD GO AND FIND OUT IF MY CAR WAS WHICH IT WAS FOR WHILE AND WAS NOT INFORM AND PROBABLY HE WASNT EITHER

Theyre very thorough and even send a video explaining what they did and what recommendations they have. Plus the free carwash with every service helps too. Theyre very busy so the wait times can be long but we dont mind that since they are so thorough.

Great place good pricing. Service a little slow.It took 3.5 hrs to get rear brakes changed and a carwash with vacuum. My service advisor David Theodore was very helpful, friendly, and above all kept me up to date every 30 min.

Had to have my hybrid batter replace in my Camry. Staff worked with me to contact Toyota and work out a deal since the battery was only a few miles outside of the warranty.Took them less than a day to get the battery ordered and installed. Of course you will pay more at a dealership, but Ive always had good work done. I recommend getting a warranty on your vehicle and always take it to those who can do the best work. As it stands, the best work Ive had done is here.

Refused to change my oil after I proved that they didnt change it. Said that some oil looks really dark, even though 0w20 looks very light in color.
Nice place but I gotten a 2018 nissan versa from them a month or two ago, they were supposed to give my mom her hundred bucks because she referred me never received it. They called and said they were going to mail her 150 instead for the inconvenience and still didnt receive anything now I message the salesperson who did and and he said he no longer works there he went to Honda are you serious. I get its a hundred bucks its the principle and I cant wait until I turn my car over to a different dealer ship

This was my first visit to the service dept. with my 2010 Prius. Clare was my service advisor. She was very efficient. They did the services that I requested and did not try to sell me other services. They did give me a list to consider for future. I’ll be definitely taking my car back for future services.

Stay away from this place. My husband took his Toyota 2011 4-runner there for service and cleaning. They did a poor job on the cleaning and said they would re-do it when I bring it back next time for service.They decided this time to charge me for the rental car that was included in the prior service. They also would not quote a front windshield preplacement or rear window weather-strip unless we brought the car in.Not a trustworthy dealership. Will not be going back.
