Sandi explained me the process and timing clearly and everything was professionally done in an hour including running diagnostics on another phone of mine. What a great place! Called around yesterday trying to find a charging port for my Samsung Galaxy 4S Active phone. Found 4Cell Fix and they were wonderful! Fixed my phone in no time and were half of the price of any the box type stores that have added cell phone repair to their line of services. Anyone who lives or works on the East side of the airport (on Hillsborough around Benjamin/Hoover/Lois, etc) should go to this company for cell phone repairs and services. I toyed with the idea of getting a new phone...but I love my phone...why buy a new one when they can fix it right?

Had small cracks on my note 8. Sandy said no problem and the price was so much better than mailing it back to Samsung. Very comfortable atmosphere and the staff seemed more knowledgeable than most technicians working directly for Samsung. Amazing experience. 10/10 would recommend again. Seriously, its worth going out of your way. Not one 5 star review is fake. The one star lady who said the place was closed clearly had a bad experience but Im sure if she tried once more, shed see what the buzz is about and change her mind.

If it was possible to not give a star at all I would. Ill keep it short. I brought it in just for glass repair guy said no problem. Give them a day theyre busy so I waited and received no phone call the next day. So I had my girlfriend go in and pick up the phone for me. She calls to tell me the screen is cracked. The lady gets on the phone with me and was absolutely rude and said it was like that. I said why would I get glass replaced over a crack screen? That doesnt make sense. After the lady continues to argue with me and my girlfriend tells me they do the best of their abilities and they dont do glass repair and saying the guy told me that. I said you advertise glass repair and that the guy never said anything. I have never been treated so rudely and handled so poorly. Plus not to mention they broke my lcd. I have tried contacting customer service and havent received a response. This was a nightmare and wouldnt recommend anyone to go here. They will break your screen try and say you did it and then do nothing about it. What a shame. This is just not good business. I will be looking to pursue this further. They shouldnt be able to get away with breaking the screen and ignorant behavior.Please take it somewhere else.

Left my phone at this store for LCD replacement with the promise of being fixed that same day, and it took 3 days to have it fixed.... every day was almost done, but it was not... a discount is always offered against a 5 star review, which I declined since it was not an honest review.. THIS IS A TRUE AND ACCURATE REVIEW, NOT A PAID ADVERTISE.

Took my phone x in for a bad lcd and locked home button. Diagnostic was $5 and supposed to take one day. Got a call the next day and they told me it was $150 to fix it. I agreed. Next day I got the call to pick it up but the home button was not fixed and it was going to be an extra charge even though the $150 original price was supposed to be for both lcd and button as it was already written on the paperwork. They agreed to fix it but took them an extra day. Got the call again the next day and went to pick it up, took it home and realized the screen was lose! Frustrated at this point I go back Sunday morning and they were closed even though google and the schedule on their door says they are open all day Sunday. Went back Monday to give them the phone so they can get it fixed the right way and unlock the security from Apple after changing an lcd screen. It was ready that same day at almost 7pm. When I picked it up it was fixed but all the information was lost. Something they did not tell me first before choosing to have them unlock it. On top of everything, the manager was not supportive and understanding of the terrible situation and customer service they provided. I see lots of good reviews here but this was my experience. If it happened to me, it could happen to you. Bad customer service. Bad business. I’d recommend you to go somewhere else.

I shattered the screen on my iPad Air 2, and those who have went through this know that the screens on these are a pain in the *** because of the way theyre built.. anyway, after calling all around town and being quoted everywhere from $180 to $250, 4 Cell Fix offered a glass replacement for $150. Their timing was true to their quote and the lady was very helpful in explaining why it was expensive and slow of a process. Would recommend 4Cell Fix 10/10.

Go somewhere else. They don’t guarantee their work. They replaced the screen on my phone but it still had multiple “imperfections” as they called it. They told me that this is what I agreed to when I signed their form and that there was nothing they could do about it. I should have just paid the $150 and gone to Apple. You get what you pay for.

I cant give a negative star or I would.... I brought my phone in on Friday, cracked screen. Ordered part to replace on Monday. Whet to pick up my phone and they told me that while the person was fixing my phone they must have made something come lose, as it had to be sent to another place to have it fix as the part is very tiny. Called me on Tuesday told me it should be ready, when to pick it up, was told that they have rebuild my phone now because every time they put on a new screen my phone heats up and messes up the LCD screen so it wont work.After much argument and speaking with corporate I was told that they would fix my phone and refund me my money... in the end they never refunded my money and I asked on multiple occasions, my phone came back like new, with the exception of it heating up so hot that it burns my face. And one phone call and my battery dies... oh did I mention my iPhone was less than a year old.Bad service all the way around... including the manager....Avoid if you can!!!!!And while I was in the store another lady was there because they broke her phone to where it would not turn on..... after fixing the cracked screen.....

I got my lcd fixed and the phone sensor didnt work and when I went back to get it fixed over the phone she said we will have it fixed she started arguing with me that its not their fault and tried to charge me for another replacement. This place is a scam and theyll tell you you have a 30 day warranty...not true! Katya is dishonest, dont believe a word she says! Go anywhere but here

Just a week ago my daughter spent almost $200 customizing her phone. She bought the I phone 6 back yesterday after having it for just only one week after customizing it. The reason why she brought it back was because it was malfunctioning. One of the techs informed her that her iPhone 6 was fake or refurbished and that the problem she was having was due to the fact that the phone was refurbished. Insult number 1. Mind you, this establishment had the phone in their possession a week earlier. How insulting. We got the phone at the Apple store itself. I did not appreciate the comment about the phone being fake.Furthermore, Bobby da tech agreed to look at the phone or at least his bright coworker did . My daughter told them that the volume controls were not working and that the phone was flashing when she touched the screen. She trustingly left the phone in their care after being told to return an hour later; we returned an hour and a half later only to hear the woman co-worker..who sits behind the counter... and who does the paper work for the company (?) state rather loudly that that the purple girl who grinds coffee all day, got her phone wet.My daughter got the backing done in purple. (??) Insult number 2. I dont appreciate the bad mouthing of customers from this establishment. We paid for the phone to be fixed by them. We paid with hard earned money. When we did return to the shop, we were not greeted or acknowledged that we were there. AND we did overhear the discussion that was going on in the background. Namely the woman badmouthing my daughter .KATYA. TATIANA.. Ms.miserable,whatever her name is, needs empathy training or do what TRUMP says and just FIRE HER. Customers are very important to this establishment. You do not ever bad mouth a customer no matter what. Customers make or break your business. The bottom line is that we were ripped off . This company opened the phone and we have no idea what they did when it was opened the last time and this time around. My daughter works very hard for her money, attends college, and at age 19 she gets her income legally. She wanted to get her phone customized to pay herself back for all her hard work and all she got afterwards from entering this store was hateful criticism. I will never go back to this store . YOU can take your chances. Absolutely..DISS-appointed. Overall rating POOR.
