Worst place ever, took my phone there to get my cracked screen fixed. Got taxed almost 200$, screen was blurry, and lasted 5 days before completely going black. Phone is charged and vibrating from texts messages screen is boof!!! Going back today and demanding money back DO NOT GO HERE! All 5 star reviews are fake

I love this place! Had a broken charging port and noticed their sign, asked the guy how much and he gave me a very good price and had it fixed in ten minutes. Came back for a broken screen and again was met with great value and service. This place is the best cell phone repair place I’ve ever been to. If you have a broken phone don’t waste your time and money at the phone store, this place is way better!

Brought my phone in for a new screen. Put screen on, immediately noticed it wasn’t right. Delayed response, really really pixled and tons of lines across the screen. Brought it right back, was told wait a few days. Also realized when we left that their system automatically pushes you to a gratuity page which he didn’t realize and we ended up tipping them $75. Went back to say hey, honest mistake and if they could reverse the tip. We’d gladly give them the tip they deserved I the 10 minutes they held my phone. They said no. Waited and it got worse. At night couldn’t even barely see the screen through the pixilated lines. Brought it back with my husband and they argued and finally fixed it now my phone doesn’t work. It and just goes to a green screen. I will NEVER take my phone there for service. They are supposed to open at 10 and 11 and we’re an hour late and kept telling my husband “we’re in the mall, we will be there” awful service, unprofessional owners and employees and not worth the money.

Tried around 1:30 pm to look at phone cases. No one else at kiosk but he would not stop repairing to help me. Now 3:45 pm, I am back. Nobody there. Called phone number, not taking calls. 4 pm. He’s back but meditating. I said excuse me 7 times/very loud. No response. How can you run a business like this??

Worked with Sam and he did a great job. He told me hed have me up and running in 30 minutes and his estimate was spot on. My phone is good as new now. I got both a screen replacement and a new battery and both the quality and workmanship were excellent. I wont hesitate to return here next time I need some work done on my phones. Highly recommended.

If you take a look at the reviews, youll find out that all the 5 stars are under Turkish names which are the owner friends.in reality, they offer very bad quality cases and screens. very rude and unprofessional staff .WATCH OUT PEOPLE !!

The screen on my iPad Mini 2 was absolutely destroyed. I brought it in, they quoted me a very reasonable price and told me that it would take 3 hours to complete due to them being busy. Completely understandable, so I was cool with that. Not an hour and a half later, I got a text saying that the repair was done. Very professional, great service, quality work. Highest recommendation

Broke my iPhone 6s Plus that I use for work. Could not get appointment with apple for 2 days. Happened to walk by them on my way out and talked to them for a bit. Very professional gentleman fixed my phone in about 20 minutes. Work as good as new. Excellent customer service! Thanks guys!

I had my case 1 week and did not drop it or use it in any abnormal way and it is broken in 2 places already. They were not only rude and very questioning, but also did not replace my case that cost $16 to me and probably costs them pennies. Terrible customer service.

I would give this place a zero if I could. The manager was not only RUDE but wasted my time from the start. I give him 40 bucks to fix my screen ( had to do a down payment ) and about a week passes.( all together was suppose to be 80 bucks ) Doesnt call me, no follow up. So I called him. Doesnt pick up the phone. Kept calling then finally picks up. I asked when my screen is coming in? Literally kept giving me different answers. Told me over the phone to come in. So he ends up giving me my money back but complete Waste of time. I will never come back. Literallly the WORST service I ever had. And this guy is the manager? Also lied to me about being open on sunday. This guy is a SCAMMER. Has zero skills in customer service. What a joke! Completely unprofessional. Wouldnt recommend.

I want to give this guy more than 5 stars! I checked like 5 places, including the Apple store, to see if someone could look at my Mackbook without me having to wait several DAYS. The repair man here opened it up right in front of me and fixed it in under 10 minutes. I asked him if I could give him a tip or more money because he was a lifesaver, I really appriciated, they said they are new at this location but i feel they have great experience, its on the Food Court Celldoc

This place is terrible. Went to get cracked I Pad screen replaced for $138 for and they misaligned the new screen, causing button to get jammed. Had to go back for them to fix and they charged $30 for their own mistake, but needed ipad so didnt want to argue. Just happened second time!. Called them and they refused to return money or accept responsibility. To add, very rude service man and he then hung up on me. Told me its my problem. Does not understand customer service. I will place complaint with credit card company and file complaint with mall and consumer affairs.
