We arrived right when they opened on a Saturday to purchase a new phone and have been here for over 2 hours. ONE employee has been here trying to handle several customers at once, and doing the best he can. Not until a few minutes did anyone else show up. Oh yeah, even with the long wait, we are not able to use the restrooms here, but they kindly offered up the Taco Bell across the street😬. Avoid this location
Drew was a great help. He was knowledgeable and insightful about the products. As a life long droid user I made the switch to iPhone thanks to this man. This store is well kept, they are very professional and helpful. No high pressure sales situation. They present the information, and let you decide.
Mike and Evan were so incredibly helpful. Mike had helped my boyfriend and I workout what would best help accommodate what we were looking to get done! He got us set up with an updated plan upgraded device and two new devices and made sure we saved as much as possible while maximizing our benefits. Evan helped get my phone set up and they both made sure our accounts and devices transferred everything and set up everything correctly. They made the process so easy and were super friendly. Would definitely recommend this verizon to anyone looking for great information and help! (They even hooked us up with some great local restaurant spots!)
When I went to the Verizon store across from Busch I knew I wanted a new phone. I wasnt going to be difficult to sell to but I definitely wanted the phone store experience. You know the one, where somebody tells you what phones are good, what phones are bad, gives you a bit of back and fourth banter along the way. Well let me tell you, I thoroughly enjoyed my interactions with Dirty Dan (the resident phone expert) and (the man with the plan) Zach. These dudes knew exactly what I was looking for in a phone buying experience and got me the hookup.Go see um.

Brian, the store manager assisted me with my needs. He was kind and courteous. Told me options I wasnt aware of, but wasnt pushy about my decisions. Overall a stellar experience. He is even calling me from home on his day off because I have a follow up question. I call that great customer service.***Correction, the store SAID Brian would call me from home within 20 minutes. They lied. If there is one thing I I cannot handle in the world of customer service, its lying.Therefore after being blown off by the store, I went online and used VZWireless chat. THEY resolved my issue in just a few minutes. So the remaining 3 stars are for my contact exclusively with Brian. The rest of the store isnt worth even one star.Sorry Brian, your store deserved 5, but your employees refusal to assist me, and choice to lie about you calling me back, cost you two!
The guy that works there seems to be helpful and assures youll save a lot of money but you end up overpaying for services. Feel scammed and disappointed with Verizon

The rep. Mike Ugalde was exceptional. He acknowledged me soons I came in the door. He was very professional, funny, energetic, and he explained everything to me with patience. I forgot I was stressed because I didnt have a phone and I needed one so I could better communicate with my customers. He really made me feel comfortable about my phone purchase. I didnt feel swindled after leaving like some other Verizon stores. He was so convincing and helpful after I left to go home I went back to make the purchase with ease. The other gentlman /employee working with him was one who helped me in the past and was patient and knowledgeable than. They both have similar business ethics with customers. Thank you both and I am enjoying my phone with simplicity and accuracy.

Im glad I went to this Verizon retailer. Michael provided an excellent service. He was very knowledgeable. Bought new phone he explained everything in laymans term of the customers expectations. He also wrote things down of what I need to do when I get home such as setting up auto pay. Overall, it was a happy experience!But the best thing was Verizon was having the current promo buy one get one free phone plus $100 credit coupon of phone accessories in store. It was such a good deal I couldnt pass up.

Very poorly run store. I called and was on hold when I walked into the building. Both the associates were standing around talking to each other while I waited on hold. I walked up to the counter and asked why I was on hold. The associate quickly picked up the phone and ended the call. Plus, after Verizon updated my Kyrocera Im getting unsolicited ads from Google Chrome. This is a business phone and some of the ads are sexual in nature. Which could cause me great professional harm in my line of work...If the ads dont stop, I WILL change carriers...
Its strange my previous review was deleted.I paid more than $1,000 for my Samsung S9 plus phone about a year ago. Now this location tells me that it has a bad USB port that has worn out. They said it would cost $150 to fix but they could show me a new phone with a great discount. They also said that it is a known problem with that phone. Thats not right.

After waiting 25 minutes sales person came to me to ask what I needed... She said she didnt know pixel phones that well so she asked me to wait for the guy who knows more about pixel. When he finished he walked over to new customer who walked in after me and she got service before me! I asked him why did you not help me first Ive been here waiting before the new customer even arrived at store! He came over looked at phone and said he doesnt know pixel phones that well! Really? I bought it at this store!!! So after waiting and talking to this guy I was left with no one to help me and what I would consider terrible customer service!!! Even thought I bought 2 phones last year from this store I would not recommend ever again!!!!

Personally, I’d rate the service here a 14 out of 10! I was treated very well, and all of my issues were efficiently addressed. Justin was very informative, but not too pushy. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location in the future!

Mike welcomed us and proved to be very knowledgeable. He answered all the questions we had regarding switching to Verizon. We wanted to review his info and take a day or two to study. He texted us his info so if we had questions we could readily reach him. Researched online and confirmed his info as 100 per cent accuracy. Today we switched our three lines to Verizon and purchased two new iPhone 11.
I had very bad experience with a seller in that store. They verified me the credit to see if I could take a few telephones and they approved me for 1500 dollars but I told the seller that I was going to think and possibly return but to my surprise when I left the seller put a line without my consent and even sign for me. 5 days later I found out I had a 2-year-old contract with them without me having a concentrate. They falsified my signature and even a PIN they put for me without me to know. I found out thanks to a bill to my house. I do not recommend anyone to go to that place. Although I do not have the name of the seller I went to talk to the manager and apparently I canceled the account but I spent one of the most inconvenience experiences in my life.
I would drive 500 miles before i ever use this Verizon store again. BRIAN told me that the “bundle” for in stock iphones was mandatory ($144) total, for a case, screen protector, charger, and cleaning kit. Yes, I am naive for believing this, however I don’t enjoy being taken advantage of, which i doubt any of you do either. So therefor I would encourage anyone who uses this store to start using a different one.
Amanda is simply amazing. She’s friendly and knowledgeable; she was helpful and pleasant to work with. My husband and I entered happy and left even more excited because of Amanda. While we were there, other customers entered the store and she handled each of us in a decent amount of time. As well as with professionalism.
Today I purchased a Samsung s20 from Justin at the fowler Verizon and he was one of the most pleasant sales rep for a phone company that I personally have worked with. Justin is very knowledgeable and help you get the most out of what your paying for. Thank you again for the advice 🙂

Guy was cool and friendly but didnt tell me I couldnt pay a prepaid account with debit card. Never even asked me what type of account I had. Then he had to ask me for my number 5 time like he had a troubled memory. Verizon still rules though
The team there at the E Fowler store is AMAZING! Everyone there is friendly and ready to help. In particular, John was very helpful and professional! We switched from Sprint after 15 years and John made everything simple and smooth. I loved that he didnt sell me. This is a private owned place, we brought items from here only to find out they were after market items, Verizon’s Official store would not except these items that we brought thinking they were legit from a Verizon store do not go to the store it’s an aftermarket overseas on store

When to the store with excellent quality customer service Will was a great help in helping me transition to Verizon from metro pcs. Highly recommend going to this location and dealing with the employees there have great customer service and people skills.
I came in here a few times and each time was pleasant. Alex, Sam and Ahmad all helped me on each of the three times I came in. I was locked out of my phone and they each took their time to help me. They all went above and beyond to take care of me. I went to a different Verizon store and I was told I couldn’t be helped and that this isn’t something that is possible to be fixed. Luckily I came in here where they are friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Well trained staff.

I have been a Verizon customer since their first day. I have had the same cell number for more than 20 years. I just went in and purchased a JBL speaker. Great speaker. Their associates always make sure you have a great experience and their customer service is excellent. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.One thing that I have issue with is the fee I have to pay to pay my bill. RIDICULOUS. Whats up with that?
Friendly staff and informative about Verizon plan options. I was switching from Android to iPhone and got all the information I needed to make the switch. The phone was activated for me and I got a great case for the price using my employee discount. Everything was handled professionally and I saved some money in the end. Have been back to get my screen cover, through their subscription program. That only took me 3 minutes to complete. All in all, I would purchase from them again.

He even stayed 30 minutes past closing time without any sign of annoyance to make sure we were happy and all-set with any questions answered and all our items working.Walked out happy customers with a brand new S8 and a tablet to boot. First of all I just want to say you can either have a 1 star experience or a 5 star experience. It all depends on who’s there. I came in to order an Apple Watch and I was told there wasn’t any in stock. Not such a big deal since there are multiple options I was expecting that. But I asked the rep a few questions and he would just “ummm hold up”. I was completely clueless on what was going on. I guess he was just excited for a sale or something. I come in to pick up my watch and things are different. The girl I worked with was nice and patient. And she told me about the promotion I was getting where the watch isn’t charged to my account for 3 months. That’s where I was caught off guard because I didn’t know I was being charged a monthly line or service. The rep I dealt with when I ordered it didn’t mention anything about that. I was ready to cancel the whole order because of how upset I was. The girl rep helped explain everything and spent more time with me activating the watch and going over the bill than the guy who seemed like I was bothering him when I came in to order. He was constantly on his phone and rude. I’m guessing this is his first time working in customer service but I hope I never deal with him again. The store is only getting a 3 and not a 1 or 5 because I’m basing it off of 2 trips.

Stopped in on a Sunday to pay my bill. There were 2 employees helping customers and 2 customers ahead of me.After waiting 40 minutes they were still with the same customers and I still had 2 people in front of me so I left.I understand the sales game but there has to be a better way for customers wanting to pay their bill.
I was grateful to be greeted by Verizon representative John Howell at Verizon, located on East Fowler this past week. John helped me find a better fit for my needs and suggested accessories that would be useful with my daily usage. John made me feel confident in my purchases as I left the store. John ended our visit with his number for any questions/complications that may arise. He was sincere, professional and kind-I am thankful the customer service i recieved here at this location.

This place is a joke. I came in to pay a bill and had a fee! I don’t get why I need to pay a fee to pay my bill. What makes it worse is the customer service. The guy I dealt with was rude, loud, and clueless and had headphones in his ear. He yelled across the room, checked to see if my 10’s 5’s and 1’s were real, and gave me a hard time for no reason. The other guy in the back was making calls to customers asking them if they’re happy with Verizon and wanted to upgrade their phones. Could you imagine getting a call around 10:00 AM for a sale! Honestly just going to go back to metro pcs. I’d rather have decent cell service and better customer service than great service and terrible customer service. AP

Went in yesterday in major need of a new phone, since mine was 2 years old and apparently just decided to quit working completely and out of nowhere. A gentleman by the name of Anthony helped me with everything and in less than an hour I was out the door with an early upgrade, brand new Galaxy S7 Edge! I definitely recommend these guys at this store. Every single one of them were incredibly helpful.

I came in and the store was super busy. I was greeted right away and waited about 2 mins. Ahmed came right up to me and told me he is going to help me today and promised I would leave happy. I came in because my bill was too high and I thought of leaving. He lowered my billed, got me unlimited data, and had the new iPhone X in stock. He took his time to transfer everything too. Best part, while the store was busy, he still managed to help his co workers when they needed help. I think this store has a great team. Very well organized. I plan on coming in soon to port over my sister from sprint. The parking isn’t great and the store needs a remodel so I’m giving it a 4/5. Also be careful when you walk in... some guy stares at you and yells “hello” from the corner lol

This place is the used car lot of cell phone stores. Since they are not a corporate store their profit comes from pushing highly over priced, older generation or refurbished phones and tablets onto the customer. The sales people are commission based, so expect high pressure sales tactics. Word to the wise seek out a corporate store or buy online directly from verizon.
