My IPad has been stolen out of my truck so I turned on find my iPad and saw that it went straight to this store. Informed the staff that my stolen IPad was at this location which was even confirmed when he showed it to me. He said I had two options which were buy it back from him for the amount he paid the person who stole it or call the police. Why would I buy something which is already mine. Not to mention the iPad was still locked with my password and thumbprint as well as still linked to my phone so why would they buy any electronics that are still locked from anyone who doesn’t know the password and can’t unlock it.

I purchased an “unlocked” iPhone here at this location. I gave it to a friend of mine in a different country, long story short come to find out the device couldn’t be “unlocked” because the original owner of the phone still owed on installment plan he had. Smdh they should investigate if the phones are paid off before taking them in as trades or purchasing off other people.

Went here to get a phone, the guy was really nice everything went well, i was financing the phone so he said that he wont charge me taxes or anything to just make the first payment which i did, then i get home and got an email from the leasing company charging me over 200 dollars more, i am never again going to go to this place

Had lots of issues with my phone, took a month to get what I needed, not very professional and the guy asked if he could look through my pictures, I told him no and he was smiling kept insuring he was going to look anyways so I grabbed my phone and left but not before I made sure I got what I needed done, bought a note 8 and had to lease it through progressive leasing, the intrest for them is ridiculous and seems sketchy but its all paid off and now my phone is free of them

They force you to give them 5?star reviews to give you a free case. I had purchased an unlocked iPhone that I was using with metro PCs. After setting up my phone they tell me if you want to change services come back. Excuse me why do have to come back to you. However a little less than a year later I decided to switch services when I took the SIM card out to change my service the phone no longer worked. Someone at the metro PCs store the phone was not unlocked. I went back to the store and was told it’s nothing they can do and they can buy it back from me for 120! Wth my phone was worth wayyyy more than that.this place is a scam phones are not unlocked they will buy it back to resell it smh
