I was out of town and needed my phone fixed quickly. While it took a couple of days for my parts to get in, once I dropped off my phone it was fixed within 2 hours. Within 24 hours I noticed there was a desensitized part of the screen, I brought it back in, explained my experience, and my screen was replaced again within an hour, as well as the screen protector and case I purchased. Outstanding service and I wish we had a company and professionals like this where I live.

Accidents happen, and our Microsoft Surface Pro ended up with a shattered screen. It still worked, but it was shedding shards of glass. After calling around, CPR was the only repair spot that was willing to repair the Surface Pro screen. They repair these frequently and were confident in their ability to fix it. Though they ran into some issues specific to my device, they didn’t give up and I’m happy to say we have a good-as-new surface pro back in play just in time for school to start. Seriously, couldn’t be happier with their attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to explain the issues they found and the steps needed to fix them. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a screen repair.

Bought screen protector for my new I phone, it had lifetime warranty. This business is listed as one of the places I can go to get it replaced. Showed up on Saturday morning at 10 am and waited ten minutes, business supposed to open at 10 am. No one ever showed up.

This place was recommended on my Motorola website as a walk in shop. Very satisfied and surprised with its good service. For $45 (labor), they cleaned my phone and fixed it, fast (2 hours).

I took a Nintendo switch for repair that was intermittently failing to charge/work on the dock. In two weeks I had the device back, working correctly, for $85. The only reason Im giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because they never contacted me. I called three times to find out (1) they hadnt gotten to it yet, (2) they were still diagnosing it and (3) weve been testing it, but yeah, its fixed and you can come pick it up. The customer service in person and on the phone was great, I just wish they had reached out to me at all during the two weeks they had it. Im a little curious how long it was fixed before I called the third time. BUT its fixed and Im very pleased with the result and price.

Fast service. Cheapest pricing but they do not use genuine Apple parts. As a result part of my screen is no longer responsive. But at least my screen looks pretty.

Went in to CELL SPECIALISTS to have the screen replaced on my LG G6. After a short inspection, Jonathan removed the tempered glass screen protector and POOF! the cracked screen was repaired! It was only the screen protector that was cracked. No charge! He earned my trust by not taking advantage of my ignorance. When the phone does need a repair, Ill go back and get an honest appraisal of the work that needs to be done from an honest merchant.

Good things: Diagnosis and treatment correct - the charging port was corroded and now it charges rapidly again. Price was reasonable, and the $10 credit for finding you through Yelp or Facebook was appreciated. Repair done quickly - one hour.Suggestion for improvement: After I received it back, I asked whether the battery had been tested. It is a 2-year old phone, and I believe that your shop can determine by the number of charge cycles, or some other method, how much battery life remains. If you had done that in the troubleshooting phase and told me that the battery might be replaced during the repair for the charging port more inexpensively, because the phone is open, I would have considered it as an option. Bottom line, you did what I asked you to do well. You might have missed an opportunity to also replace a battery if it needed it. The technician said that I probably dont need to replace the battery unless I play a lot of games or stream a lot, but I would have preferred a more evidence-based answer.

Johnny Moreno was a life saver. My work phone quit getting a signal, the Network store couldnt get the phone working and my companies IT department would take a couple of days to get me a replacement. Not having that phone for a couple days would have crippled my work as Im a salesperson on the road and thats how my customers contact me. Johnny found me a phone I could purchase, load my data and apps onto and use my sim card in and get back to work as if nothing happened. Quite expensive and didnt really fixed my iPhone8, only the screen and the frame. My phone is now shutting down even at 70% and my microphone does not work. Make sure you call them quite consistently for current status of your item.

I was twice given the same price to fix screen on my iPhone. Once on the phone and once Saturday. I waited 30 minutes until they opened this morning and the price went up ten dollars. The guy lied and told me that he never quoted the other price! Bad bad business!

Visited CPR Cell Phone Repair early August and spoke to representative Jonathan. Discussed possible reasons for battery failure after just one year of use. Called back that night to order OEM part, since I was comfortable with Mr. Delgados replacement cost and turnaround time. Unfortunately, battery came in a few days later than expected, but delay was not caused by CPR Cell Repair. Brought phone back to shop and within an hour and a half had working phone! P.S. Jonathan was very courteous and professional during my calls and visits!

I thought this was a professional establishment until I had to come back a day later to get my phone fixed AGAIN because my phone experienced glitches and one of the workers by the name of JOHN forgot to put back the screws on my phone which made my phone more susceptible to damage. During that time, after paying over $100 to fix my phone-screen I had to pay for ANOTHER screen protector to secure my phone a SECOND time even though I was not at fault for my phone needing repair. Believe it or not, my phone was still not working the same for the THIRD TIME, so I just decided to go to ORANGE PHONE CARE and they took care of everything for me and took the time to educate me on how my phone was poorly repaired; I have not had issues ever since. If JOHN still works there, please do not waste your time or money. I tried speaking to a manager but he wasn’t much help with that either. On top of that, he had poor customer service and did not take accountability for ANY of his actions.

I called around and CPR offered the best price. Fixed the broken glass on my screen on the same day. Very pleased.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! They will steal your money and do a terrible job!!I went to this place about two months ago to replace my cracked phone screen. They charged me $375, which I accepted to pay since I did not have insurance (my bad, I accept). That was not the problem.About one month later my phone shows up a purple thick line on the middle of the screen, so I decided to take it back to the same place to have it fixed, since I was still under the warranty period. They tell me that this is due to some pressure that was put on the phone and that it was not covered by the warranty. I have to say that since the screen of my phone was replaced two months ago I have been EXTREMELY cautious with my phone since it was painful to pay almost 400 dollars to fix it! So my phone has not been under pressure of any kind!! The store guy couldnt even look to my face when he was making up all the excuses and kept looking down.I asked to speak with the manager and the store guy gives him a call. The Manager basically says the same thing and that they were willing to fix the phone again, at FULL PRICE!! And that the only thing they could do is to avoid the taxes (24 dollars charge)... what a joke.Please do not go to this place. There are plenty of other places in the Bay area.

Extremely helpful with reasonable price! I got my iPhone 6 plus screen replaced together with a screen protector and a phone case for just less than $200. Friendly and kind, they even gave me a cold water bottle because I walked there. I cant express how much I like my first time experience here!

Somehow the back glass on the rear camera of my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus cracked. I called around and nobody had the parts in stock but the Cell Specialists did. From the time I arrived and I handed them my phone it took no more than 20 minutes for the repair. Excellent service! Thanks guys. I will not hesitate to have any of our phones serviced by The Cell Specialists if they need repair for any reason in the future.

Best place ive been so far. Ive already fixed my phone 5 times in apple stores and it always leave a sign of damage, i took it to the apple store for a last time and they were trying to sell me a new phone after not being able to do anything with mine, i took it to The Cell Specialists and in less than an hour it was all fixed and with no signs of damage, like new. So id really recommend this place.

These guys are great. Fixed the screen on my Samsung Tab S 10.5. I hit it with my fist and cracked it last year (when Ive only had it 7 Mos). I was 😡 because sending it to Samsung would kill it with that wipe and reset policy . These guys fixed the screen, so now its like knew.

Wouldnt guarantee same water resistance after repair as manufacturers - re: Didnt have reqd glue.. They sell phones at a great price, but SUCK at customer communication. I had my phone sent off for a repair and waited the estimated 2 week time span like they said for my phone to be sent back to the store. I called maybe 16 days later because I never got a phone call or email about my phone being sent back and when I did for sure my phone had been sitting there for days. Then once again my phone needed fixing for the same problem they were suppose to fix the first time. I sent my phone off personally and gave them my home address to send the phone back. Nevertheless Im waiting and waiting on my phone. I gave them 2 weeks and no response so I called to get an update. They stated my phone was sent off and delivered 2 days before my phone call. I was unaware because it wasnt sent to my house it was sent back to the store. No one even bothered to call to tell me I got a package in and not only that thats not where I asked my phone to go. So I call the store and they were closed due to a recent hurricane we were suppose to get. I thought their phone could possibly be down so I drive to the store and for sure they were closed and locked up. So now its like where tffffff is my phone ughhhh....
