I really had a fruitful experience in this store. Thomas sold me what I needed. He was honest, friendly, and persuasive. Thomas even taught me how to take care of my phone. Jason was also there who was helpful, kind and attentive showing me he cares for others. I was really impressed by these young men. I pray the Lord will bless and prosper them in their lives. Most of all I pray they will come to know, love, and trust the Lord Christ Jesus who is the best, best blessings of all.

Super friendly and knowledge staff. Also very honest staff. Told me it would be cheaper to replace my phone, than have it repaired. I appreciate that kind of honest approach. They could have tried to get the screen fixed anyways, but instead explained how phone needed to be repaired, in spite of bringing a new screen, the lcd (or something like that) sheet under the screen also wouldve needed to be replaced as well.So living with my cracked screen a while longer.Thanks for being honest instead of going for the sale.

The folks here are very friendly and informative. My Samsung had a swollen battery so they ordered a replacement and fixed it within the week, even letting me know the best time to come in and get my device.They help with a variety of cell phone issues that usually can be done fairly quickly. And what do you know, they are located at the food court in the mall! Grab a snack or do some shopping. You wont have to sit around and wait!My phone is running great again. No longer does this galaxy overheat in my hand. I have already recommended their service to family and if I run into anymore issues I know where to go! 👍

I will never take my phone anywhere else. Brian was extremely professional and helpful. I thought I had to buy a brand new iPhone but he was able to fix my issue in less than 5 mins. I had a piece of rice stuck deep in the lightning port of my iPhone 11 Pro and he was able to take it out. He then tested to make sure the charging port was working before handing it back to me. I got my phone fixed 2 days prior to august 4th for a cracked phone screen with blacked out damage. The cost to get the screen fixed was $165. Two days later the phone screen went black but the phone still works. Went into the store to address the problem and wanted to get it fixed free of charged because there is no damage to the phone but the screen the company put in two days ago wasnt working. The manager i believe said i could of “bumped” the phone the wrong way for it to break. The worker wouldn’t even take a look at the phone he was to worried about eating his egg burrito. This place was completely incompetent.

Walked in store started up conversation with phone and the situation was. After thinking about it for a few minutes went back inside and started the process for a new screen. While he was taking it apart we started up a conversation on school and his passion for phones and working. Honesty at its finest. Went in as the microphone on my IPhone 7 Plus stopped working. Apparently, a common ailment on all IPhone 6 and 7’s. Was advised not to fix/repair my phone as it was not recommended and not worth it. Very knowledgeable in all areas of cell phones, IPad and other electronics. Much appreciative of their knowledge and honesty. Gained a customer for life.

I took it to the shop. turns out it was not broken because we put a screen protector on there thankfully. the guys were very professional and pleasant. one said other shop would have taken it to the back and charges me like they fixed it, but glad they did not. iPad is old so had to order another screen protector off amazon

I had used iFix for a couple of fixes and they were definitely suffice but after a critical mistake they made, I had to go and see if someone else could fix it so I was led to ubreakifix- and it was less expensive. Their responsiveness, quality AND value far, far outweighs this place! Granted the iFix store is conveniently placed right there in the mall, but if youre looking for a MUCH better informed staff that can save you money, its ubreakifix!

Went In For A New Screen Protector And To Clean My Speakers Out, Both Employees Were Professional And Quick To Get The Work Done, Was In And Out Within 5 Minutes, And Also Very Affordable!!

This place is great they are completely upfront and knowledgeable about the products they repair. They also fixed our iPad pro correctly when they replaced the screen, including using an OEM part which allows you to use TouchID, unlike their competitors who charge the same amount but use a China manufactured generic part which is not compatible with security and so the home button no longer works for TouchID and you also continue to get a pop-up every 2 minutes telling you that touch ID is not currently available with no way to ever stop the pop-ups from occurring. They dont tell you any of this is going to happen until after theyve completed the repair and then they tell you well thats normal for this kind of part and then give you the option to spend $400 more to have an authorized part installed instead. Ill choose iFixandRepair over the so-called iHospital every time from now on!

Breaking your phone is no fun, having someone that is professional, reasonable and does great quality work, makes it much easier to deal with. These guys are amazing, I hope to never break a phone again, but if I do, this is the only place I’ll go to have it repaired.

In and out in less than 30mins, extremely useful if you’re traveling and have damage your phone. Apple care is almost useless with how long it takes! Apple store couldn’t see me for five plus hours just to talk to me!

I have a friend in town whos Iphone 6+ stopped charging. I called and talked to Bryan about the price to replace it. He was honest and said probably just needs a cleaning, not a new port. He said $70-$80 if she needed a port. We brought it to him and he cleaned the port, charged it, and tested the battery which was at 86% life and told us there was no charge. So the least I could do was leave a review to tell you when I need cell phone repair Ill be going back here! I had a bad experience at cell fix years ago and Bryan restored my faith in honest phone repair techs! Thanks again brother!!!
