Well never cracking your over 1 grand phone is never a great experience. They made the process less painful and let me know how much everything was going to be and had my phone fixed in a couple hours. Robbie was extremely professional and if I end up needed another repair I would go back to this location.

Professional, Courteous, Accommodating, Helpful, Reassuring, Quick and Trustworthy... While I found the Toll-free Call Center to definitely be lacking in that the Rep booked my appointment when my screen was not in stock and he misquoted the Samsung controlled/mandated pricing, the store personnel (Corey and Jay) were absolutely fabulous... They both went above and beyond to mitigate the errors that the call center created for them... Corey went so far as to immediately overnight-order my replacement screen AND he drove to the St Pete store to pick up my new screen on his way to work the next morning just in case the overnight delivery was late - - all of which after he took the time to find 3 other stores in the general area that did have my screen just in case I really wanted to drive there for an immediate repair... I arrived the next morning at opening and was met by Jay who took my phone and fast-tracked my repair... They both explained the detailed security and integrity steps that are employed to safeguard any sensitive personal information on the phone while they are working on it....My repair was explained in detail and the phone actually seems better than new!!!...I am VERY glad that I returned for A1+ amazing service...Corey and Jays customer service were exemplary!!! True assets to that store and the franchise... So good, that I felt obligated to return the next day with 2 boxes of Crispy Creme donuts as a Thank You for their job-very-well-done!!! Wow! What great and speedy service at the store on 4023 West Kennedy Blvd. in Tampa on Tuesday. The SIM card in my phone was jammed and not working. Brendon greeted me at the front desk area, listened to my problem, took the phone to the repair area and returned just minutes later with the phone fixed. Im impressed.

Corey, the store manager, was great, he honored the price that was was quoted to me over the phone, which was $20 less than what he wanted to charge for the replacement of the screen panel on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. I wasnt sure if my charger port was bad or the cable that I used was causing a bad connection. Corey tested it with 3 different chargers and it appeared that I didnt need to replace the charging port. He could of told me whatever, but he was fair & honest. The repair was done quickly, in about 2.5 hours, using genuine Samsung parts. I couldnt be happier! I can highly recommend Corey, Alex and uBreakiFix. Way to go guys! Thank you for your honesty, integrity and for your hard work.
