Great place with fair pricing. Every time my brother comes for a visit one of the first things he wants to do is go here. I always find something to take home and add to my collection. You can tell the owner loves this stuff as much as us collectors do, and its always a good time talking with him about the different vintage stuff. A great locally owned business by one of the good guys that deserves our support and patronage!

Its rare for me to give a 5* review. A company has to really wow me in all areas. Red has achieved that and then some. As a collector and toy enthusiast myself, when you first walk in, you will be in awe. You can immediately tell his passion is legit and not just a business. Great Store. I bought a sealed figure and when I opened the fig it had damaged leg so couldn’t stand right. I took back to store and even though I could not exchange or return they put me in contact with toy company. Toy company sent me replacement at no charge. I will definitely visit this store again next time I’m in town🤘🏻Great people.

I went here to buy a graded comic for my son. The customer service was AMAZING. He answered all of my questions and gave me a better understanding on the grading process and what it means. He also answered all of my 5 year old sons questions.Thanks

Bought a figure from them recently that was faulty. Leg wouldn’t bend. Asked not even for a refund, but to just switch out the figures, and he said “go to hasbro.” I understand it wasn’t the fault of the owner, however what a horrible way to do business. Shouldn’t matter whether you are a large corporation or not. Treating others with compassion and understanding one of the most important parts of business. I would have loved to have comeback and been a regular customer, however, I will not be going back to be treated that way. I’ll go ahead and email hasbro to get a replacement, if they ever respond.

Stopped in while on vacation from kansas city to see the comic collection. Owner and wife were great, wonderful comic books and toy collection. Ended up buying some comics and a transformer. Will visit again next time Im in the area, just a great place.

Over priced can get most of these things cheaper online. Also glued amiibo characters onto a base and called it “custom statues” for 40$ and upwelling funko pops that are dirty and out of the box they clearly don’t know much.

Usually a great place to go for comics. However, when I showed up today they were closed by 5:40, even though it says they were scheduled until 6. It was just a bit inconvenient. I wouldve understood more if I had showed up at 5:55 or some time similar.

All I can say is, if you are into collecting vintage toys, you need to see Big Red’s inventory. I have had the pleasure of seeing toys, that I have never seen or even heard of. In addition, I am able to see toys that I had, as a kid, and still have in my collection today. Big Red is cool dude, with a great sense of humor. I highly recommend a visit, to this shop. Well the guy was really nice. Lots if stuff from the 80s and yes some process see high because you are looking at old toys.Just wish I had more money but it was a nice visit worth it to me. He has gobots command center and more.Very cool

This is my 13 y/o daughters favorite store. I deeply appreciate that Ive been able to send her in since she was 12 and have the staff be sensitive to her needs, guide her to the wholesome comics, and engage respectfully with her sharing her passion. Her father and I shopped here for her today and the staff was so helpful and friendly. If one is into comics and vintage toys, this place is a treasure.

When you walk in the door you feel like you have taken a trip back in time. Looking at all of the inventory is like visiting a toy museum, the display cases are filled with rare & hard to find pieces from around the world. Vintage & Modern toys are everywhere and at great prices!! Red is friendly, knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help answer any questions you may have.

Fantastic collection of toys...at retail plus approximately 20% mark-up. Comic books follow the same pattern. If theyre on the wall, youre looking at Overstreet plus about 20%. Long boxes need tidying up. The shop has such potential, but its not for the impecunious or even the casual buyer.
