I called to ask about a signed book and the man who answered the phone asked me to stop talking! I wasnt sure about whos signature was on it... He told me if I didnt know if it was a superstar, he wasnt interested. Rudest phone call Ive ever experienced. This guy shouldnt be in business.

Got tired of repeating myself! Guy needs to have someone handle the phones. Not the sharpest knife in the drawer!!
