Well.. After having a bad experience at Cellphone MD on Busch, had them check my phone. The tech here told me within 30 seconds of testing the phone that its 1 of the 2 things .. connector or the motherboard but it would take diagnostics to confirm. Came back to pick it up and the owner did not charge me anything as he said he would rather have folks paying for getting things fixed. Now thats stand up. Great Tech and better customer service and no overcharging. They have a customer for life.

Very nice people, but not very knowledgeable. Gave them 3 chances to fix my computer. Then told me the motherboard and cpu i brought in to have installed was not compatible. Even though it was clear on the motherboard box it works with that cpu. Got a 2nd opinion. Needed two memory cards. Added second card works fine. But they were fair and never charged me.

Brought an IPad and a IPod in for a cracked screen and a broken headphone jack. While putting a new screen on the iPad, they broke my home button and forgot to fix the headphone jack. I brought it back to them three more times after they fixed the screen to be given excuse after excuse. I finally gave up, iPad is still broken.

They lied about what was wrong with my laptop and tried to convince me to change the motherboard. I got a second opinion and was told that the problem was a simple battery issue and was fixed within minutes.
