Gave my deposit in Sep 2020, it is now approaching June 2021 & they still have not provided service. They said they had issues obtaining a permit for my home, which is understandable & not their fault. However, I had to constantly follow up and request updates due to ignored emails & lack of customer service on their end to provide updates. It’s been weeks since it’s been determined they cannot obtain the appropriate permit, and I haven’t heard anything about the return of my deposit since they are unable to provide the service. Last I heard, “the manager is trying to figure out how much of the deposit should be returned.” Again, this was weeks ago!

Paid a deposit in March 2021. In June are screen insulated panels were installed. The contractors who did the installation did an excellent jobThe customer service from this company is very poor. This made are experience unacceptable.

Great Company to work with. They were a vendor on a pool reno. Great to work with, timely and even met with us to make sure we were fully happy with the product.

They never bothered to respond to my multiple calls and voicemails. They must only want big jobs.

A perfect location and they have what I need at the time. Unfortunately the person who took my order by the phone was rude and not professional at all. She got mad because according to her she didnt understand my English and force me to speak in Spanish to make my payment. I own a company and most of my costumers do not speak Spanish and I never had and issue in the last 13+ years running my business. There are a lot of ways to make a point without make people feel uncomfortable. I hope the management in this establishment take care of this issue for future costumers.

My home has a very large outdoor area with pool. This was a big job for any company. First, Fred showed up. He is very knowledgeable about what would work and what would not. This was important as what we needed was not your everyday sub division type lanai. Then came the quote to do this project. I was expecting to be hit hard on the cost. To my delight and savings to the pocket the price was very reasonable. Now having said that I did not say Cheap Work or Cheap Materials. This was a quality job done by some of the most friendly workers whom really cared how this was going to come out. Clean job site and people that know how to do this right. If that is what you want and are looking for then these folks are whom you should call. By the way ask Fred to show you a picture of his nice old school hot rod.

Terrible customer service. I asked for a quote for some materials to replace a patio roof. Was told quote would be ready by end of next day. I called back twice to check on progress of quote was told the same thing, will be ready by end of next day. 2 weeks later still no call or quote. Keep looking, there are better options. Alumoflow in St. Pete had me a quote and ordered material within 1 day of request.

1/29/2020: I had my old pool enclosure removed and replaced with a brand-new enclosure by Tampa Screens & Aluminum. They did an outstanding job and my wife and I could not be happier with the final product. The tear down by Mike and Abraham went very smoothly and the build out by Jeff and Glenn, aided by Ronnie and Glenn Jr, was performed on schedule and with expert craftsmanship. They worked like they were building the enclosure for their own home. Chris was my sales person and he was knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend Tampa Screens & Aluminum. Tampa Screens and Aluminum does amazing work at a great price point. I had called several companies for quotes on a new pool enclosure. To even get someone out for an estimate was a 2-3 week wait. I called Tampa screens and spoke to Chris. Chris didnt make me wait longer than 2 hours to give me an estimate. My wife and I were in a rush to get the new enclosure up and everywhere I called told me 3-4 months wait. Chris and his team promised me 2 weeks max and stuck to that time frame. The price was unbeatable and the quality of work was excellent. I would highly recommend anyone needing a new screen enclosure to contact Tampa Screens and Aluminum. My wife and I couldnt be happier with the work they did and are loving our new enclosure!

Great company, impeccable workmanship. My cage looks amazing. Had a slight leak in the roof seem. They came out immediately to fix it. They definitely stand behind their work. Tampa Screens did an excellent job re screening the worn out screens on my lanai. The crew was punctual, professional, and clean. The pricing was fair and the craftsmanship top notch. I consider it a great value. The only problem is my new screens look so good I had to amp up the ambiance of my lanai.I will definitely use them again.

I recently hired Tampa Screens and Aluminum to install a screen room for me and they did an excellent job. I have been in some form of construction for most of my life and I usually don’t hire many things out. These guys not only put my mind at ease with their customer service but backed it up with their quality workmanship. With the way a lot of construction has moved to prefabbed or factory made, it’s nice to see there is still companies out there that have the knowledge and skill to own their craft. Fred Muth showed us several design options and explained the advantages of each one. Fred was genuine and up front with pricing and has years of experience designing. We had several estimates from other pool enclosure companies but went with Tampa Screens and Aluminum. They did an excellent job. We now have a beautiful pool enclosure. I highly recommended them and definitely ask for Fred.

The same thought as the other 1 stars here. I called once, spoke to Diana, she told me to email my measurement info to [email protected]. Email was sent on 5/22/2020. I called back about 3 weeks later and was told that the email was received and that she would “talk to the owner about it” as soon as possible. Of course never heard back. They are understaffed, lazy, inconsiderate, or some weird combination of the three. That’s all.TC

About 1 year ago, we had Tampa Screens out to build a HUGE screen enclosure and additional concrete slab extending from our covered lanai. It was a very big job. Fred was our salesperson and he was very nice and patient in answering all of our questions. This is our first home and we are not from Florida so screen enclosures are new to us. The concrete was poured by Bill Conner. Bill and his team were very friendly and also patient with all my questions. Unfortunately, it started to rain while they were finishing pouring the concrete and then continued to rain heavily for the next 20+hours - word of advice - dont pour concrete or start your enclosure project in the summer in Florida! While I was told the rain is good because it will harden the concrete more, the surface of the entire slab was destroyed and in many places pebbles from within the concrete mixture came to the surface as well as thousands of fibers everywhere! The slab was ruined aesthetically, we couldnt walk barefoot on it without poking our feet on hard fibers and our girls tripped several times on the protruding pebbles. We spent A LOT of money on this enclosure due to its huge size and it was unacceptable the way the concrete ended up. TAMPA SCREENS (DIANA and FRED) and BILL CONNOR stepped up and CORRECTED the issue by hiring a 3rd party to come put a textured overlay on the slab. That is EXCELLENT customer service. Also, immediately after the cage was completed, we noticed 2 leaks in the gutter that Tampa Screens installed. VIRGIL, from Tampa Screens, was amazing. He came out several times and told me hes not giving up until he gets the leak sealed up! Its been about a year now and the cage looks great. Its so nice to sit out there (when the weather is cooler) and just take in the nice weather and beautiful scenery. Its comforting knowing we have a 2 year warranty because there are some places where the water isnt draining out properly (like in almost every enclosure in Florida!) so knowing I can easily reach out to them again and have them fix the issue puts my mind at ease. I know they will stand behind their work, as they did when they the job was completed. I highly recommend them! Thanks so much Tampa Screens and Aluminum.

I called and left voice mail i called back after week and finally they answered they told me to email them my information and what i need it took them week to get back with me and thats after i called and emailed them for quote. its been 2 days since they sent me the email and no one followed up with me to make sure i got the right information or if i have any questions about the quote they sent me. think about it if they took that long to give me what i asked for what kind of service i am going to get from them if i said to the quote they sent me. i dont recommend them at all..

Beware. They quoted me 28% more than other 2 companies. This people will quote you as if they were building you gold plated enclosures instead of aluminum. Also, I dont think they like veterans. No vetetan discount whatsoever . Dont waste your time, with them unless you want to piss your money away. Youd be better off donating it to St. Jude Childrens hospital. All these people that gave them a 5 star must be all family members or friends of the owner or simply just like throwing their $ away. If you were a happy customer, then youve been had.

It is clear to me that they do not need business or dont care about their customers. I called on 5/8/2020 to get a price, I was told I had to call back in 1/2 and talk to Diana. I called an hour later, Diana answered, I told her what I was looking for, she said she would get a price and call me back shortly. Friday came and went, Saturday came and went, on Monday around 1pm I called and Diana answered, I reminder her about our conversation from Friday, she said she was ordering parts and would call me back in about 1/2 hour. Never heard from her, so I called another company, they gave me price right then on the phone, and I told them to proceed with repairs. I then called back and to Tampa Screens to tell them do not bother looking up a price for me I had another company already doing what I wanted. It so unprofessional to make a commitment to a customer and never follow thru with that commitment. Bottom line your loss is someone elses gain

They extended my lanai and built an aluminum enclosure for us and were very professional. Sales guy Fred was very knowledgable and their customer service was great.

Richard came out and gave me a very fair estimate and as soon as the pool deck was done, his team showed up and built my enclosure - they worked in strong winds, but fought through and got the enclosure up in great time! They did fantastic detail work and were professional and pleasant. I cant wait to see the house gutter job next!!! Thanks guys!

Beware of this company for your aluminum screen enclosure! We have had nothing but roof leaks that have ruined our interior drywall from their poor quality installation. They will put a “bandaid” on it one time then refuse to complete the job and fix the actual problem. Terrible customer service as well.

Needed to replace a 36 yr.old pool enclosure. Tampa Screen did an excellent job at a very good price. Their crew were professional and courteous. Was very impressed. Dont settle for anything less than the best. Now I am going to let them do my soffits.

Worst company to deal with. They never get back to you for quotes. Really irresponsible company and the sale person in charge is worst. Avoid them.

Horrible customer service, been dealing with this company to screen in a deck for over a week and still no answer to whether they will, can, or cannot do. A contractor called me and asked to send him pictures of the proposed job and he replied would not do the job only dealt in new construction and to recontact tampa screens to get a quote from them. I did this and was asked to send pictures of deck to them which I did and did not receive a return call so once again I called and spoke with Dana and she stated only the owner of company could say yes or no on the project. She told me he would be in the office and would have an answer later in the day. Really????? Also everytime you call the office you get a different person and have to explain the situation over again, although I must say Dana was helpful but after my 3rd call she seemed to get irritated. This is quite sad since I only want to screen in this area so my 90 year old mother can sit outside and not get eaten up alive by bugs since she is so sensitive and has horrible reaction to bug bites. So if anyone out there know s of someone who can screen in a deck please post.

Horrible customer service & scheduling. Ive attempted to have someone come out since June 7th to take some measurements and provide an estimate for a screen enclosure. Never got a call back, and come to find out the sales rep that was supposed to schedule us went on vacation without telling anyone. And the person that took over for his territory fell ill, but yet this was not communicated to us within the last 2 weeks. I cancelled our request for a bid because I cannot rely on a company that wont communicate. Poor way of handling customers in my opinion.
