The shutters I purchased, look great on my house. However Im able to complete the project. The fasteners that were suppose to have 12 fasteners per bag, The bags werent open but only contain 10 to 11 in each bag .I sent the company photos of the bag of fasteners. So Im short fasteners. I called and emailed the company but still havent hear back from them. For a company that claims to be number in customer service, but they sure have along way to go to get my business again.

The Window shutters are great for the price! One of the pairs was missing the hardware which put the job on hold, but a set was sent by merely replying to an email from the seller. Will use this vendor again in the future if prices remain reasonable...

I placed an order two weeks ago, and was billed for my order immediately. I have yet to receive any shipping information (the order was in stock). I have sent them 3 emails, I have spoken with customer service twice, both times to very friendly representative who promised to have someone call me right back with a resolution. I am still waiting, no call back, no e mail reply. I filed a complaint with the BBB today. All I want is to cancel this order and get a refund and I can’t get any help from this company. It almost seems like a sham front that’s robbing people.

Easy to order, they make all sizes and my oddball dimensions were listed. Shipped within two days and got here a few days after. Color was spot on. Quality is equal to the ones you buy at big box stores for 3x as much.

HORRIBLE. AVOID!!!!!! NO COMMUNICATION. I have emailed three times and left multiple voicemails. This has been over a WEEK and no response. I originally ordered the wrong style and immediately placed 2nd order w/correct style. After NO RESPONSE I cancelled both orders less than 12 hrs after placing them. Website says you can received FULL refund if cancellation is prior to shipment. Just received a random shipment - 1/2 of of one of the orders. I dont even think anyone actually works in the office. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I never received a confirmation for my order. When my order finally arrived I did not need it anymore and I made several attempts to contact them to return my order to them.They do not answer calls or emails and I have been waiting for a month to get a return receipt since the manufacturer told me I would have to go through USA exteriors. I had to get the BBB involved in hopes of getting some help with this matter. Check the BBB history with this company before you go any further. I only gave it one star because I had to rate something or it would not have gotten the one star.

This size window shutters was difficult to find. But USA Exterior had exactly the right size ( the Big Box stores didn’t even carry that size) at a reasonable price compared to other mail order companies.

I just put up my new shutters over the weekend and I couldnt be happier. The ordering process was super easy. The shipping was super fast. They arrived earlier than expected. They installed easily as well. I highly recommend USA Exterior!

The shutters are nice enough, but USA Exteriors needs to work on their logistics and customer communication.My painters agreement included the installation of the shutters. The gutters could not be installed until afterwards. The aluminum awning that I ordered from another company had to be configured before it could be shipped to me. I ordered the awning several days after I ordered the shutters and it came in weeks before the shutters. It could not be installed on the house until the gutters were installed.When I ordered the shutters, they were listed as in stock and would ship in 2 to 4 weeks, maybe less.I did not receive the shutters for five and a half weeks, which held up all other work. When I talked to customer service, they sounded like this was routine. When I was notified that the shutters finally shipped, I received an email from USA Exteriors saying now that I had received my shutters, how did I like them. If they had looked at the tracking, they would have seen that I had not received them yet.

The louvered shutters were of very good quality. However, the color received was not the color I reviewed online. The company was great to deal with.

My husband and I ordered 9 pairs of Mid America Shutters from USA Exterior. Shutters were delivered on time and all but one shutter came in perfect condition. Costumer service went above and beyond to rush ship an extra pack of vinyl fasteners that I had requested at no additional cost to me. We would definitely order from this company again.

It has been 3 months since we placed an order for 3 sets of shutters and have not heard back at all on when we might expect delivery. Calls and emails have been placed and no return answers have been received. However, the money was paid right away for the shutters. Their really is no customer service at all.

I have tried to buy shutters for 5 months now. Two orders to Lowes were both cancelled by them after waiting 2 months on each order! Finally got fed up and ordered with USA. I didn’t like the color on the shutters that I received. Colors on the website not real accurate. Contacted the company and talked with Obie. He said he would work with me and he did. He sent me color samples and I found a color that was better for me. Called him back and he sent me the new shutters and UPS picked the return. It was quick and the service was great. Nice to deal with a responsible company. Highly recommend.

After one month, I have not received my products! I placed an order, the same day they charged my credit card. No correspondence other than a confirmation that they received my order. It states that the products will ship in 4-5 business days. I have emailed - no response. I have called only to be told that the shipping department will call me back. They have not. I told them that after this, I wanted to cancel my order and was again told that shipping would have to call me back to handle that. Their website and their phone recording talks about their great customer service. Customer service does not exist with this company. Every time I spoke with someone, they pulled up my order but could not tell me anything about it. I believe that I was actually talking to an answering service. Its difficult to rate the products when youve never received them!!! I definitely would not recommend this company!

It takes a very long time to get your order. Shutters seam to take forever.

Very dissatisfied with the paint ready shutters. They are made of very flimsy vinyl material and the paint will not adhere to the surface. Label indicates the product is paint ready. I first painted one with a very high quality Sherwin Williams exterior paint. Directions included with the shutters say to wait one to two weeks for paint to properly cure. After a week in 70-75 degree weather the paint began to bubble in a few places and easily peeled off. I tried using a high grade primer on others prior to paint. Those have not bubbled but the primer and paint EASILY scrapes off.These shutters are so flimsy they have begun to buckle in the middle under there own weight leaning at a slight angle against a wall while we wait the ridiculous recommended two weeks for the paint to cure. I would not recommend these shutters.

Good quality shutters at attractive price. I had to email with a question and they actually called me back to discuss my inquiry. They have not outsourced their customer service. How nice! I would buy from them again.

Needed new window shutters for home. We wanted ones to paint to match other items. Ordered one(1) pair to try. Arrived when promised were of better quality we expected. Will be ordering for remainder of house when it warms up and quits raining.Count us as satisfied customers.

Product looks great but been waiting on my order for 4 months. I was very understanding during COVID and production halted but now I’m just utterly baffled where my order is. Customer service number is just an operator who can’t actually help with any order questions, you have to wait for warehouse to call you back. Very disappointing experience so far.

Before placing my order their reps assured me that they had the shutters in stock. It has been weeks and I still have no shipping information. I need to know when to expect the shutters so that I can schedule the contractors that painted my house to come back but no one from USA Exteriors sends out any communication. No emails, no returned calls, nothing.

Great service. Shutters were carefully packed with sizes listed on package. Much heavier plastic than the ones I replaced. Extra hardware in case needed and good wood grain apppearance.

The composite wood shutters I received for my home were built solidly and looked beautiful. I needed the shutters earlier than the lead-time since my contractors accidently damaged my original aluminum shutters and the USA Exterior team worked with me. Very pleased
