I was very impressed with the knowledge Daniel had on the Konica copier, he had it up and running in 30 minutes and he also fixed an issue that we were having with our Xerox machine.

Weve been using Bay Copy & Data for several years now at our company (Reds Team Sports) and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Whenever we have an issue it is fixed in a timely fashion and their rates are very reasonable. It definitely makes operation a commercial printer affordable and effective for our company.

I leased a HP Copier machine from Bay Copy and Data. I could not be happier. I called and spoke to someone by the name of Rob. He offered a quote comparison of 3 different plans. The proposal was easy to read and understand. I ended up leasing one for $68 a month with a $10 service plan that includes toner, parts and labor. Such a great company and good to know they have been in business in Tampa for over 25 years.

I called Bay Copy & Data desperate for help with a printer problem that was impacting my business revenue. They were my fifth call, following four very unhelpful service providers. Stephanie immediately tried to troubleshoot over the phone to SAVE us the money of a service call. She even followed up with Google research which she sent by email. They offered the lowest hourly rate of all five I called ... even before Stephanie was kind enough to identify the problem for free. Makes you just want to be a paying client of someone with that caliber of service and integrity.

I bought a business class Xerox 7835 Copier from Bay Copy & Data. We chose a service plan which includes toner, free service repair for a very low monthy price. They also cleaned and serviced our Hp Designjet at our Clearwater location. Very Professional and very fast and efficient. We will start buying all of our toner from Bay Copy from now on.
