CUSA told me no job ticket was open until this AM by Dan Ash.I have contacted Cannon Financial Services as well as my Sale Rep James Anson.We want this press immediately replaced with a BRAND-NEW Press or it will be returned.I can’t express my disappointed with Cannon and will be personally reviewing you online for your Complete Failure for your customer service.I will also be requesting your resignation, after all the social media posts are shared. This is has worked very successfully for me in the past to remove unqualified employees such as yourself.
