These guys took good care of me when I needed a new screen for my Galaxy S7 recently. It turned out to need more than they originally anticipated, and they had to get the part from China (an extra 7-10 days of waiting), but not only did they *not* charge me more for the additional work, they gave me two phone cases for free. Im very pleased with my experience.

Very customer focused. Traveled 45 miles because of great recommendations. Fixed my i11 screen for $50 cheaper than the chain guys in Ann Arbor. Jail broke an older phone to sell also. Any issues just talk to JR and he will straighten out. Fix while you wait.

The staff was extremely nice an helpful with getn my Phone fixed quickly with a great price. Very clean store and enjoyed the experience. I will definitely be back. This will be my new cell store for phones, repairs, and accessories.

I have only been in a few time but my experience overall was good. They were nice, kinda slow but nice. Ive only bought accessories for my phone and the prices were relatively cheap. I would continue to buy accessories but I dont think I would feel comfortable buying phones from him.

This place definitely deserves zero stars. I purchased a phone in September of 2015. The phone was an iPhone 6plus and It was through AT&T. I was told to wait 7 days for the phone to be unlocked before I was able to get it activated. I waited and the phone was still locked. I went back and was told oh no you should have waited 10days so I waited another 4 days just to be safe, it still was on. I was told something else regarding waited longer until I finally was just like I want a refund.I then had to wait for the manager to come in who was out of time at the time. When he got back I came to the store receipt in hand and ready to go. I was taken through a fake refund process in which I never received my money back. This was over 800 dollars. I finally noticed that I never received it then I wads told to wait for a check to come in to the store. Now we are into the new year. I received a letter in the mail notifying me that the check that they sent me bounced. I was instructed to go to the issuing bank that told me that account has been closed. Im here today to get the check that they owe me, however I still dont know if I will get my money 🙄. Do yourself a favor and just stay far far away. Theyre very shady. Im not sure how his employees choose to work for someone like him.

This place is horrible, I dropped my phone off at 5 he said it would be ready in 2 hours. He then told me they offer a free delivery service so when I waited at home,7 came and went no one showed up. After I called one guy (very helpfully) said my phone hadn’t been touched yet! The guy frank (the reason my visit was so bad) said it would be done by 8:15. Again, 8:15 came and went no phone. After I called 10x he said it would be done AGAIN by 8:50. When no one showed up at 11:30 I was pissed. The next morning when I went to pick up my phone it hadn’t even been touched at all! And the other worker said they don’t even offer delivery services. I did get my money back but the guy frank stole my case and they other worker had to give me a new one.

HATED it? What an understatement. Wish I had looked at all the reviews before doing business with this place. Frank, the owner...oh, hes good, I fell for his line of BS...and then I got my bill. Nothing was as they said it would be, and then it was just problem after problem, and trying to get them to fix it...well, you have to get in line behind all the other people theyve screwed

SCAM-- Consumer BEWARE. This guy is just trying to rip off hard working Americans while he sits back and makes money off of scamming people. THEY ARE NOT A CERTIFIED APPLE REPAIR STORE although they claim to be. Paid 60 to get my iphone repaired was told it had a 90 day warranty didnt even have the phone back for an hour and the screen started cracking. Took it back and the guy is trying to say I physically damaged the screen and that its not covered under the 90 repair warranty but he will cut me a good deal and will change the screen for half the price of the original screen. Ha hes pretty funny. SCAMY SCAMMING SCAMER. Hopefully you arent ready this review after its too late.....dont make the same mistake I did.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. They promised my phone would be fixed at 2 the next day and when i called to check on it, they didn’t even touch it!! Not to mention, they gave me a LOCKED loaner phone (stolen) and I went back up there (same day) to get another loaner phone and that one was also LOCKED. By the time i noticed the 2nd one was locked, i was already at home and they were closed so i was without a phone. And my phone was never fixed on, I had to get a refund

Terrible, Ive had my girlfriends phone fixed there about 5 times. Each time they didnt fix the screen the right way.. If anything they ruined her screen. The second time,I went to get a crack screen fixed now her phone doesnt work at all. Waste of time and money.

Take your business elsewhere.I brought my phone here to be serviced because they were the only ones who would touch it. They initially told me it would take one day for the service I needed. It took me 3 days to get my phone back, the 2nd day they said it should have been there but they will home deliver it me and took my address down. They never showed up and when I went back they said my address didnt exist in their GPS. That is complete bullcrap. When I finally got my phone back on the 3rd day, the service was complete and correct but I could not get any signal (which had nothing to do with the service I required). They kept trying to throw free stuff in my face to get me to shut up and leave. I called my service provider and they did everything they could to get my phone to receive signal again, but there was nothing they could do. There was something physically wrong with the phone. I think it was the repair shop that broke it.My phone worked and had signal before I dropped it off to them;it did not and would never work again (according to my service provider) when I got it back. So I gave back the free crap (a couple of CHEAP chargers) and got my money back with little argument or conniving from the manager.Manager talks too fast and tries to charm his way into your good graces. If you dare to bring your phone in here for repairs, take whatever he tells you with a Jupiter-sized grain of salt. The rest of the staff seemed more like furniture than useful employees.P.S. Just because Im a woman doesnt mean I dont know what soldering is; at least I know it doesnt need to dry so says the B.S. manager.

The good reviews here must be fake as this place is definitely a scam. Took my phone in for a broken SIM reader and it took 42 days of getting screwed around for them to finally provide a solution (a refurbished S5, because they actually broke my phone even more), which they only did because I started recording my visits to the store. They never once contacted me about the status of my repair, and each time I contacted them I would get false/conflicting information about the work being done, when it would be ready for pickup (After not being ready on the original day: If its not ready by Monday itll be free! It wasnt.), the actual location of the phone (they send it to Sterling Heights), etc.During one visit, after dealing with this shadiness for weeks, another customer and I began talking while waiting and I mentioned the terrible service I had been getting. Frank, of course, was not happy about this and threatened to call the police on me for harassing his customers, all while calling me a motherf***er and telling me to go ahead and call the Better Business Bureau while claiming he has Mayor Sollars in his pocket. I did call the City of Taylor about this comment.During the last week or so of this ridiculous experience, Frank (portraying this as some sort of favor) said his partner Ace contacted Motorola for a replacement since they broke my phone to the point where it didnt power on. At the store the next day, Ace was working and had no idea what I was talking about.Listen to all the bad reviews and dont waste your time getting conned. I may have gotten a (refurbished) replacement, but it took nearly 2 months of dealing with that greasy liar and showing him I wouldnt relent, as well as losing everything stored on my phone.EDIT: So I never actually used the S5 he gave me (went so long without my phone I had to make other arrangements) until a few days ago, my wife decided to upgrade from her flip phone. The rear speaker does not work, so we cannot hear it ring, or hear any audio through the phone except for calls.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I went in the store only to look into getting my screen fixed and was told the screen could not be fixed at all. Than I asked about a phone ( bad mistake). I was approved with their leasing service for $800. So I got a iphone 7 plus 128gb that JUNIOR said was worth $1200 but hell give it to me for $800 which I thought was a good price. I shouldve know he was shady because he said hell give me a case and a Bluetooth speaker for free if I get the phone. I did not get a copy of my contract, I did not even sign it, and he claimed the phone was new but I didnt even see him crack the seal on it. So the next day I went to the leasing people website and saw that my phone was not $864 but $980. I called the leasing people and told them that this was not the price i agreed to and was told that JUNIOR should of told me that its an extra %20 on the phone. So I told the leasing people that I wanted a refund abd they said just take the phone back to the business because there is a 7 day refund and I only had the phone for 1 day. When I got there JUNIOR told me I had to pay them $218 for a restocking fee of the phone so basically I had to pay them $218 to receive a refund even though I only had the phone for one day. Im going to go back to get the phone today only because I dont want to lose our on money. Im going to pay it off and NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!

THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD WITH ANY STORE.My experience is the same as most of every other pepole. I agree thatFrank is a THIEF and LIER.I brought my LG G2 in to have the screen fixed and he said OK 2 days, Than he told it could not be fix and he would have to swap the phone on the forth day. Frank said he got approved from LG to give me a new LG G4. When i finally got my phone I got my G2 back and Frank Kept (STOLE) the G4.I will tell everyone and anyone NOT to go to United Wireless on Eureka in Taylor. Unless you want to be lied to or ripped off!!!

I had a completely opposite experience. I walked in pretty nervous because of the reviews to buy a ipad mini 4 for $100+ less then everywhere else for my son. Even more it was a hour away... anyways as soon as I walked in I was greeted with big smiles from all the staff and JR was the one who helped me.. he tried to sell me everything under the blue moon but thats his job and he wasnt to pushy and very friendly. The store had great deals which seemed to good to be true and with the reviews I was still skeptical. So I bought the Ipad, it was new in the packaging, ran to the van, got apple chat on and turned it on and connected to wifi and the apple lafy said I was good to go, there were no flags and it was new. Im thrilled with my experience and even more excited to give my kid a present that otherwise I couldnt afford or find.

SCAM. My experience was just like many others who posted. If you drop off your phone for repair, dont expect to get it back and dont expect Frank/JR to follow through on any sort of solution he offers. If you buy a phone there, its probably one he was supposed to repair for someone else and kept after giving them the runaround, or stolen. Definitely a shady operation going on here. If you simply Google united wireless you will find only a few links down a court document (PDF)-- Sprint v. FMJ Wireless, Inc. - Stop Cell Phone Trafficking and it does list the Taylor location. Then I found Franks MDOC public probation profile for his second domestic violence offense. Google wont let me post a link or screenshots but search Frank Manni Michigan and youll find a link to the state offender tracking system. Even has his work shirt on in his mugshot.

Fast and super helpful

I went there looking for a pay as you go plan, and spoke to Frank, he told me about a page plus pre pay plan and a phone deal that I was considering, because it was so much cheaper than the other plans, but before talking to him I switched to straight talk, which I had poor service with, many dropped calls and no service many times, so I was leary of Page Plus, He told me he uses it. I went home and researched it and saw all these bad reviews, so I went in and confronted Frank with my concerns, about all the bad reviews, but gave him the benefit of doubt about what I read. and I think some of the reviews were from his competitors, Because I had good service and really good coverage with page plus, just like verizon.

Terrible SCAMMING store. Went in tried getting a phone, had to put $180 up front. After I paid oh we dont have that phone in stock, it will be here tomorrow and then the run around began. I came back the next day and was fed more lies, anything you ask you will be LIED to. Every single thing FRANK/JR says is a LIE. He is a very compulsive liar and he is going to be in prison for the crimes he has been committing.Anyway, long story short he gave my son a plastic toy phone and me an otterbox and then said i would get my $180 refund in a week, never got it. I contacted my bank who stopped the payment, but then frank provided some sort of false proof that I left the store with a phone and otterbox case (the phone was plastic and the otterbox was because of the hassle) and the bank gave the money back to Frank.I contacted Rob Wolchek about this guy, and i got a response so hopefully he is looking into Frank.Like everyone else said, dont go here. You will be scammed in one form or another. It may be a stolen phone, broken phone, your identity, or your money.

Never go to this store! Everyone I know has had a bad experience here. I went up there to see if my HTC Amaze could be fixed, and he told me he could get me a new phone for $50, and that it would arrive in 3-4 days. Two weeks later, after still not receiving my phone I called and he told me they dont make those phones anymore. He said I could get a refund, and two weeks later I am still waiting.

I gave this place one star because you cant leave any less. The manager was an arrogant man and when I called them because they shipped my phone to the wrong address 45 minutes away from where I live the manager repeatedly told me that they did their job by shipping out the phone and that he didnt understand why I was mad because their store does millions of dollars in business per month. So, I was out the $150 I paid to replace the phone and still have no phone and had to report it to the police and go through that entire situation. The funny thing is my husband updated our address with the same man 5 minutes before we filed to replace the phone so the fact that he sent it to the wrong address proves how reliable they are. Also, when you call Sprint to figure out the status of your new phone, they will tell you that the store is not a representation of Sprint and you should not do business there. The store managers excuse for Sprint telling me that he never filed my insurance claim was that Sprint cant get into the records of the store so they dont know what they are talking about. This store is the most stressful place I have ever been and I have two boys under the age of ten, so I know what stress is. The manager is the most rude, arrogant person on the face of the planet and I advise everyone to take their business elsewhere.
