This store is terribly understaffed and the customer service is suffering because of it. Pearle Vision has been around for years, years!!!! The staff needs to learn to be more courteous and respectful to their customers.

Nicole and her team were amazing when I came in for glasses and contacts. Everyone was super nice and Nicole went above and beyond to help me since I had two different insurances and was trying to get the best coverage from each one. Everyone was helpful and very patient. My husband is very picky about his glasses and everyone was great about letting him try on every pair.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Nicole and April as well as the Dr himself have been TOP NOTCH! From getting me a same day appointment, to fitting me and working with my insurance to get me every discount I could, to still adjusting my glasses a month later, these two women have gone above and beyond! They worked with my busy schedule, called to follow up, and both my glasses and contacts came in QUICK! I will definitely be returning and will highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful experience here with the Dr and the ladies that work here. They have been great with our whole family. They worked very good with our son and trying to get him contacts. Ive been going here for about 10+ years. Ive had excellent service every single time. Especially my last visit in November, was amazing. I love the doctor. They even have me free sunglasses and 3 extra bottles of lens cleaner because of a special they were having. Thank you ladies!

Weve been customers for about 10 years, since they were in Southland Mall. Nicole the manager is wonderful and very friendly. Shes been very helpful over the years with billing and coverage and she even remembers our names. Cyndee is new, but she was very helpful and patient with us on our recent visit this past week. We changed our mind and she had to re-do all the paper work as we decided to buy a different pair of glasses at the last minute. It was a major inconvenience billing wise, but she never let on and was happy to accommodate us. If thats not enough, then Dr. Smith alone should bring you in the door. Hes WONDERFUL! My daughter had serious eye issues and he was super thorough and friendly. Even though she sees a specialist for her medical issues, he was very careful and patient doing he eye glass testing for her new script. Hes an asset to the company! Hes new and this was our fist time with him so I was skeptical, but hes great. Highly recommend this location!

Good customer service. Would have given them a higher rating but someone automatically added protection plan to my new frames without asking me if I wanted it. I kind of feel scammed, and happy that I noticed it because I dont need the plan. Now Im thinking that someone gets a bonus for additions so if you visit, make sure you check your receipt!

Apparently they don’t have the right staff to adjust glasses to my face. In my experience I have been to this location over 15 times to get adjustments. I get big red bumps behind my ears multiple of times, which resulted in me getting headaches. I spent so much time and gas driving to this location for this to happen repeatedly. Now I am dealing with my glasses falling off my face because it’s better than huge red bumps. The employees claimed its the frame and should choose a different or smaller frame next time. I would not recommend this company, with unqualified employees. How can you not correctly fit a pair of lenses to a customers satisfaction. This has been such an inconvenience and they issued me the wrong prescription. No remeburisement for improperly may have damage my eye sight. The manager Nicole also wanted me to return some free sunglasses, which they can keep. Very unprofessional and want others to be aware so they don’t experience similar problems.

The doctor and staff were super helpful! I was indecisive on the frames I wanted, so they gave me my prescription and measurements so I could try the “trendy Warby Parker” glasses but ultimately came back a week later to order the same glasses I initially tried on. They looked into all the best offers I was eligible for in additional to what my insurance was already covering. I would definitely recommend them!

I truly enjoyed my experience working with Cyndee and Dr. Humes. I felt comfortable from the time I walked in until I walked out. Because this was my first time I had a lot of questions and each one answered. I truly appreciated their patience. I enjoyed my experience so much I brought my husband back to have his eye exam completed. We both walked away happy customers.

Was not happy with the selection of glasses but wife and daughter decided to get glasses because they really needed them but once got home decided they really didnt like frames that were picked so wanted to refund appointment was on Saturday evening so i called first thing Monday morning I was told no refunds custom lenses but it can exchange for totally new lenses and frames doesnt make any sense

First off the doctor didnt wash his hands or clean the machines or wear gloves while touching all over my eyes!!Went in there and asked 3 times if they could fix my glasses as i got a contact eye exam(my glasses were not covered they dont take my insurance). Was told yes at the end. Well i couldnt get my contacts due to dry eyes. So i was told iwould have to pay for an eye glass exam. So they charged me and all the girl girls standing at the front counter laughing and gossiping never gave me my perscription (I just paid for!)nor did they fix my glasses that i asked to be adjusted three times! What a waste of my time and money! Will never return for our familys glasses/contacts. Weve been going there for years but this new staff is ridiculous.

This Pearle Vision will be my only choice for my eyes! Dr. Kelly did a very thorough exam and the prices of frames and lenses are very reasonable. The staff is professional and also very caring.

I love this place. They have a larger variety of styles and my out of pocket cost was cheaper.

Very little stock to choose from. Very expensive. Poor communication. Was told I would get a call when glasses come in. Its been almost a month. I will not be returning except to get my overpriced glasses when and if they ever come in.After told they would call, I went in check on glasses. Put them on and see double. Told them they tried to adjust twice, checked their measurement said they were right and I would have to get use to it. I said I shouldnt have to get used to seeing double. Or tuck my chin to my chest to be able to see. They said they would call me after checking with the dr. A week with no call I went back after they said Dr checked script and it was right but if I wanted he could check it again. Id have to schedule an appt. I am handicapped and it is very painful to walk. At this point i just wanted my glasses and to go home. Now I get home and read they will do whatever they can up to 30 days. It was over 30 days before I even got them! Poor customer service. I told them it often takes numerous attempts to get the glasses right because one ear is lower then the other. But she was only willing to try twice before giving up and telling me shes right and I have to get used to seeing double.
