Was able to get a new phone, replacing my lost phone completely loaded with all the info from my old phone in minutes.

BEWARE when shopping here! My husband went to the Temecula location for a phone case. The girl working directed him to what she said was the proper case, my husband paid for the case, opened it in the store & it did not fit his phone. They refused to refund his money saying there is no refunds on accessories. Not one sign stating so is in the store, nor did she inform him when he was making his purchase. Not to mention SHE was the one who told him this was the proper case. She called the owner or manager who told her NOT to refund us. Be aware of this place!

Customer service was absolutely horrible. I was there as a guest with an existing account holder to get my phone switched over to Cricket. A male employee of Cricket rudely threatened to call security to have me removed because I pulled the mask below my nose as it fogged up my glasses to the point I could not see. I was not even near the counter and we were the only customers inside the store. The female employee then began to give a speech about her grandfather and covid precautions. When my partner spoke up in my defense the female helping us then said the process was going to take a long time and that it was not a simple process. It was apparent that they were going to prolong the process on purpose just because I lowered my mask to clear my glasses and they didnt like the feedback. We left and went to another cricket dealer where a nice guy got us all taken care of very quick and zero complaints or mention of below the nose masks.

Sold me the incorrect phone case for phone and refused to return my $ when they didnt have the proper one in stock. there is no way possible to return your money ( sure theres not). I hadnt even left the store when I realized they sold me the wrong case. I would not have bought anything had they had a sign stating no refunds. Enjoy my money Cricket, its the last youll get.

Cricket talks about NO CONTRACT but they lock your phone for 6 MONTHS EVEN THOUGH I BOUGHT MY PHONE FROM BEST BUY UNLOCKED. CRICKET SUPPORT SAYS IN ORDER TO UNLOCK THE PHONE IS TO GO THROUGH CLAIMS DEPARTMENT THEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 2 HOURS THEY WANTED ME GO HANG UP. BUT I IN ASSISTED TO STAY ON THE PHONE. THEY ARE GOING BACK AND FOURH SAYING ITS LOCKED/ UNLOCKED THEY DONT WANT TO UNLOCK MY PHONE BECAUSE I WANT TO SWITCH OVER TO VERIZON. TELL ME WHY IF CRICKET IS NO CONTRACT HOW AM I LOCKED INTO A 6 MONTH CONTRACT PHONE SERVICE WITH THEM VERIZON/ BEST BUY TOLD ME THEY LOCKED MY PHONE IN THERE SYSTEM. ALSO THEY LOCKED A FEW OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS SERVICE IN THE CONTRACT. THE WAY WE GOT OUT OF IT WAS WE DID A TRADE IN WHITH VERIZON AND GOT NEW PHONES... BE CAREFUL IF YOUR PHONE IS UNLOCKED BECAUSE THEY DO LOCK YOUR PHONE IN A 6 MONTH CONTRACT. SINCE THEY DID LOCK IT AND I HAVE THE RECIPIENT FROM BEST bUY SAYING I BOUGHT MY PHONE UNLOCKED ITS TURNING INTO A LOSS SUIT. SO THEY BE HEARING FROM MY LAWYERS BE AWARE!!!!!!

Worst place ever.... not only we were double charged, and con into getting a new line when i had already had one so they could charge again for activation charge and the new month when I only wanted to upgrade my phone but at the end I ended up paying for activation for a new line also charged into my card all charged twice
