Almost bad experience turned great! My kids and I walked in, the guy at the door greeted everyone else but us... lol 🙄.... Then we waited and waited and waited for someone to notice that we needed assistance, once someone did he was on point... super fast... super friendly... everything! Another guy came over to help me when the first one got tied up and the service was the same with him... fast and friendly... at check out same service fast... friendly, did his job by upselling socks (Ive worked in retail and as a manager I LOVED THAT)! He held a nice and quick convo with me, stayed engaged while ringing me up and wished us a great holiday... Ill be back to spend more money because of those three! When we walked out 500 dollars later the guy at the door was still there...gave me a salty sounding goodbye but whatever.... His peers made my day tbh so they still get 5 stars from me on this review! Thanks guys!

My grandson is a basketball fanatic. Lives in oc near Brea Mall. Buys his shoes here because so much to choose from and in stock. Last time he bought bright red air Jordans and loves them. Easy to spot him on the court too. Love this store always stop here first.

This Champs is my go to shoe store, the employees are very cool and helpful they are always there to tend to your needs as soon as possible and are very friendly. Highly recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible and unprofessional customer service. I was not greeted when I came through the door. When I was ready to check out an employee was literally standing next to the register playing on his phone and said absolutely nothing to me. Another employee had to come from another part of the store to get me checked out. Won’t spend my money there anymore.

What total and utter garbage service, and also just outright rude employees. Apparently youre not allowed to ask questions about shoes at a shoe store. I asked a simple question to one of the employees and he responded with a stern No and walked away from me like he didnt even care. Not the kind of service you want to get anywhere you go. And honestly I dont usually take time to write these reviews but god damn this one just had to have been said. Its also not the first time Ive recieved terrible service at this particular store either. I understand all retail jobs blow but at least if you subject yourself to the job might as well fake it, right?

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!I walked in the store and was not greeted from any of the associates. I seen three of them on the clock but not assisting any customers. One associate was adjusting shoes right next to me and still did not say anything. After waiting for 10 min for a shoe that they didnt have in my size, he didnt offer to suggest another option. When he handed me the shoe he just walked away like he didnt want to help me. I was shocked that he would just stand there and adjust the shoes like I was not there nor needed help. I was really unhappy due to the fact that I shop at Champs often.

Many options for shoes and good service

Just like everyone else says, bad customer service i went in on a thursday night before closing and asked for some shoes the guy said they were closed. I was dissapointed and said ok and walked out then i looked over and saw some people checking out and a few still browsing the store so i checked the time and they still had 5 minutes till closing so i walked back in and another guy told me the same thing.I tried to call during the week to speak to the manager and no one ever answers the phone. Its just a bunch of kids working there just trying to get thru the day and make their minimum wage they dont care about the customers.

I opted to have my order to be delivered to this store for safety reason, and when I got my order, the package was already opened? So, I asked who opened my package? The associate responded that they needed to check if the size was the right one?

I went in to buy my son some shoes and I couldnt get anyone to help me.

When you look up this champs store and its operating hours it tells you it closes at 8 pm on Sundays and it doesnt It actually closes at 7 lost on a sale there
