Good visit. Tried a new Italian style turkey sausage and it was good. Due to past experiences Im a little extra cautious about getting fresh fruit (i.e. moldy strawberries 🤮 ) but my grapes and bananas were probably the best Ive had in a long time.

Walmart is great! Customer service and product are always great and priced well love the clearances..Only thing I may say is reception is really bad inside any Walmart Ive been in . So Im not able to look up anything .. other than that . Its great !!thank you

Im having problems with having products sent home. When theyre sent home they dont always make it and then the return for credit which is no good cuz I need the food Walmart said theyll fix the mistake soon thank you goodbye

This Walmart has it out for young people. When I use the self checkout I’m watched like a hawk. Today I purchased myself a cart load of items. When I was done checking out, the lady said she didn’t see me scan a few items? Look. I understand the world we live in, but we can’t go accusing every teenager we see of stealing. That’s just not right. And yes, I did scan all my items. I just walked away from her as I found it completely ridiculous that she would even imply such a thing. The people working the doors here luckily are extremely nice comparatively. The lady at the door seemingly understood that her coworker was trigger happy with calling people thieves (something you shouldn’t just accuse anyone of), and checked my receipt (nicely) and I left. All I ask for is a little respect, like the lady at the door gave me.

Its nice. Better than many of the other Walmarts I have been to. Well organized and friendly crew, stocked well.

Im not a big fan of WalMart but was pleasantly surprised when I visited this store. In Texas all the WalMarts are super centers, clean and new with a nice grocery dept. A lot of the stores in California are still the old style, gloomy and dirty with few groceries, not very appealing. I really enjoyed visiting the Temecula store and will Shop there again.

Great customer service. Worked with the automotive department who was very professional and communicative. I will continue frequenting this location for sure.

Went to go get a small bookshelf. I liked that ALL the entrances were open and we werent herded in like cattle lol🤣.I really liked the price of the bookshelf its from Mainstays. Cant wait to put it together!

Wow! Where to begin with the best experience in my life!!! I’m a freshly divorced 97 year old! I came in looking for a lipstick, for my new account picture! Cougars n Buckles! I couldn’t decide what shade to get, one of the biggest issues in my life . But a young sweet strong lady came in to help! Her name was Brittany! She deserves a raise! Man I love eating at B’dubs!! Anyways my lips look beautiful thanks to hot sauce another young man helped me find in produce ! His name was Ricardo! Good fine people at Wal Mart!

Every time I go shopping here, it gets worse. Long waits to unlock a cabinet for a dollar flashlight. Empty selves everywhere. Long lines at checkout. They want everyone to use self check out. Bagging my own groceries. Going to start ordering from Amazon and eBay and doing groceries at Stater bros.Dirty bathrooms.

My brother and I go to this supercenter from time to time for our shopping. Recently, we ran into one of their cashiers on the day shift that goes by the name of Taylor. His customer service skills were absolutely phenomenal. Very friendly and patient with towards others. Someone deserves a promotion! Wubbalubbadubdub!!

Had pick up scheduled for 7-8pm tonight. Went to pick-up & check-in an couldnt at 7:50. Yes, pushing it but I was there b48pm! The closed b4 8pm so I couldnt get groceries. I wasnt late. I just feel if you are supposed to be open till 8pm then stay open till 8pm. Definitely upset

Disgusting. Wanted to buy jeans among other things. Weekend, so got there about 7:30 am. Dressing rooms locked noone had keys that worked. Walmart is so worried about theft and cutting costs in every way. They end up demonstrating their total contempt for the costumers .

This store just keeps getting worse and worse by the day. Glad this isn’t my go to store. Staff could use a whole new customer service training where they are taught to actually provide good customer service.

We love the convenience of grocery pick-up. The workers are awesome but the Walmart app needs a lot of work. There constantly seems to be issues and I would think big conglomerate like Walmart would have the funds to ensure the app is running properly and that they had proper Wi-Fi on the side of their building when you arrive so you can inform them you are there. Besides all the app issues its been pretty convenient.

It was fine but at night they restock everything so the hallways are crowded with pallets of products to be restock. Other then that I found everything I was looking to buy.

I used to work here for a year and a half and my experience was terrible. Management was bullying me, Greg the store manager did not care, (obviously) and continued to move those people up.Over a year later,after I quit Walmart, one of the people who I had reported made a fake Instagram account, sent me my own private photos(he drew me like a creep), and admitted to STEALING them off my phone while I was intoxicated at HIS house with liquor he provided MAY2020. At the time of the incident I was 20 years old and he was close to 30. I was the only regular employee, there were 4 managers there in that apartment at the time of that incident, all over 21. I was completely unaware that this manager (C.R.)went through my phone and violated my privacy.I contacted HR ethics, but no response from them. It’s not worth my sanity trying to pursue this, I know it will go no where.I still see him working there. He has attempted messaging other people who work there as well, but I can’t do anything about it. Walmart does not care about your safety if you do not benefit them.As a customer, you most likely will be able to get away with almost anything so you have nothing to worry about. The parking lot allows trailers for overnight stays. The store is usually crowded and will probably have what you are looking for, but so much more goes on behind the scenes. Be kind to the employees, you don’t know how much of a difference that can make in anyone’s day.

Spending the day with my mom brought me out to this Walmart. Although the store was full of people, they seem to have a pretty good supply of everything we needed. From produce to craft supplies, they had it. Some items I had never even seen at any of the local Walmart stores. Iguess it all depends on the neighborhood youre in. Think outside the box🤔

I visited the Bakery today to order cupcakes. Jasmine assisted me and she could not have been more helpful! She was so pleasant and efficient; going out of her way to help me design the cupcake decoration to perfection. As we were leaving, my daughter decided she wanted a Carvel cake for her birthday and Jasmine offered to personalize it with a birthday message. My daughter kept saying it was the prettiest handwriting on a cake she has ever seen! Kudos to Jasmine for being an awesome employee! Thank you!

Went to walmart on Murrieta Hot Springs. TLE to get tires. A man was waiting more them 2 hrs for a simple oil change . The staff eas rude and confused. San to 79 so. TLE the staff was polite and curtious. Will bring my business here

Bought handful 5 items with 1 $25 Applebees gift card at 3:09 pm but left the gift at the checkout station. Been trying to get hold of customer service after getting home and learning of missing gift card. Nobody from customer service picks up my call. Longest time the phone just keep ringing was over 10 minutes. This is so sad.🤨🤨🤨

Today, first-time visitor to this location.Want to purchase an inexpensive, corded headphones (cover ears) for a hospital TV. Found a couple different products that would solve the problem. Salesperson in the electronics informed me that the product (headphones) would not work in a TV. I requested to open the package and was denied told wasnt allowed. I purchased the product directly at the electronic desk, went to open the box and the box wasnt sealed so I requested a new unopened box.I returned to the medical facility, opened box and installed headphones. The product once installed has no issues with connecting and sounds great!Staff here should not mislead buyers by talking about products and uses they know nothing about. Didnt need the BS conversation, headache or my feeling of having to defend my purchase of the product.

We really enjoy the curbside pick up! We actually started using it before COVID hit. It just makes “getting” groceries that much easier! Pull up and they load it in your car! They are always very nice, friendly and helpful. Their substitutions can sometimes be odd, but all in all a great service!

I have visited this location several times over the past 2-3 years.. All of my shopping experiences have been good. I can find what Im looking for. The store is kept clean and well stock. The customer services counter experiences have been quick, is timely and handled professionally. This when I need to return items or exchange Ive always had to good experiences.

I was extremely disappointed with the pick up service. First off the guy(Miles) refused to use my reusable bags. Then starts just piling everything in with zero common sense of the weight of some objects. After he finished, I pulled into a different spot to rearrange my groceries and put my cold food in my cold bags... hmm common sense. While rearranging I find the bag of sparkling water (6 33.8oz bottles) on top of the bag chips... The 3lbs of onions and other produce on my bread, squished it flat, paper towels were tore up. I am just baffled by the lack of training that these people have. Or its just the lack of care. I wont be using the online services again. Being pregnant, I thought it would be great... guess not. My lesson was learned to just do my own shopping if I want it handled properly.

Horrible management.Ive been trying to get a hold of a manager by phone for over an hour. The only person that would pick up on literally every extension available was the pharmacy. And they arent directly connected so, even though she did her best to get a manager for me, not even a single person in the entire store was available. I can guarantee that if I drive down there, I could find at least 5 employees near a phone doing nothing. So theres really no excuse for not answering.

I had no idea they had a Gluten Free section at this Temecula location! I have not seen this in other locations. I actually came home with some snacks and so far they even tates great! Will purchase again. I cant wait to bake the cake😁

They have grocery items that most other grocery chains do not, and for reasonable prices. Gave it 4 stars be a use they are often out of the items I need.

Here are the following items I was shopping for that were locked away in glass cases requiring me to summon a store employee with a key:- velcro back brace- white cotton athletic socks- USB flash drive- alcoholNo big ticket items here. All of them were under $20. I skipped getting some because I didnt want to keep waiting for a store employee to show up.Walmart, maybe you need to switch to the Service Merchandise catalog showroom model. In the meantime, Ill be looking for a different store to shop at because I dont want to be treated like a shoplifter just because I need socks.Im rating you 2 stars since you did actually have the items in the store even though I couldnt be bothered with the hassle to puchase them.

Usually crazy busy, and parking is horrible. But beyond that, this Walmart is pretty good. They do a good job of keeping their regular items stocked. Quality of produce/meats is of your typical Walmart, which means its average.

This is one of the best Wal-Marts. The staff is friendly and the store is very clean and well stocked.

Thankfully, due to our summer heat, theyre tasting better now.Count on their watermelons to supply that watery, rehydrating sweetness you deserve. 2 cups of diced watermelon = 1 cup water (*if Im not mistaken).Dont consider Walmart a Cheapie-Cheap store as it is not.. With confidence purchase the Walmart Brands to save your $ Bucks. Its NOT like a Dollar Store, . 99c store - which have very few offerings.Whether you want a cell phone, CDS, Diapers for your little one - clothes too, even shoestrings & Flip Flops (Zories) for summer..they wait for you here. One of the biggest walmart in the area which is open 24/7 with all households, groceries, auto and gardening items available all time.

Getting someone to open the cases sometimes takes like 30 mins and sometimes the lines n the front our out of control.. other then that the stores clean and organized as well as the employees are way helpful finding stuff

You lock up alcohol which is weird to being with you have to push a button to get helped 10 mins later someone comes to open the case then no signs anyways for some reason you also cant buy said alcohol at self checkout not worth saving change muti million dollar company this is how they operate insane it seems they want people to buy alcohol from them so they dont want to advertise what a hassle it is

I was looking for a specific vacuum. I visited one Walmart but they didnt have it, so I was directed to the Temecula Pkwy Walmart - thankfully they had it! During this trip my daughter randomly got a bloody nose. One of the associates was so nice and so helpful and got it cleaned up right away.

If you are going to accuse self checkout people of not scanning produces maybe you need to get rid of self check our and go back to hiring cashiers! You dont pay us enough to double check to see if it actually scans. If it beeps I assume it scanned!
