We are 100% satisfied with all aspects of service we received. From our phone call inquiring about a new stereo and removal and replacement of window tint to the exceptional install, we were fully informed and updated. The tint job was tough because the old tint was difficult to remove but it was completed before expected and the quality work was great! The stereo is just what we wanted. We will definitely return with our other vehicles as needed.

They were amazing. I had a terrible time with another shop earlier in the day and they got me in right away, tinted it fast, and it looks good. I would definitely recommend them and I actually did the same day. They were cheaper than the other shop as well.

Wife took my truck in to get a little powered sub installed. When I got my truck I noticed alot of muffle and rattle, looked at the sub and noticed it wasnt properly mounted into my truck. The screws werent all the way in, the sub itself was on top of all the wires, hence the reason the screws couldnt screw all the way, and now I have 2 holes in my truck carpet. This is one of those common sense type of things... The reason why I put 3 stars instead of one is because of Ryan. He was willing to fix the mistake and look at it HIMSELF, even though he wasnt the one who installed it. I appreciate that and I give a business alot of respect for wanting to fix their mistakes. I will, however, do further business with audio solutions, but only through Ryan.Edit: I decided to just take matters into my own hands and mount the sub myself. Sounds 100% better and no rattle

The 3 positive reviews here are from people connected to this shop, do not be fooled.Work not done as requested and item stolen from vehicle.If you value your equipment I would advise against getting work done here. I had a 4 channel amp installed in my vehicle and the factory amp, rather than just being bypassed, was completely removed from my car and not returned to me. Of course it magically materialized when i asked about it a couple weeks later when i discovered it was missing.Also, they dont take any notes of any kind when you are telling them what you are looking for. So, as in my case, i requested new speaker wire be run to the door woofers and tweeter separately so i could run the components active and individually amped. They used the factory wiring and didnt give me a new run to the tweeter so i will have to either do this myself or pay ANOTHER shop to do the job correctly. I wouldnt let anyone at this store touch my vehicle ever again.

This is hands down the worst tint job I have ever seen. Not sure if it is the product they use or the installer (only one) but there were bubbles all over every window. Took me a week to get back in for them to fix it. I left the second time with a few less bubbles but there are bubbles in almost every window. I will have to take it to someone else to fix and going to have to pay for this twice.

If you are going to get an interlock and have to have it serviced this is hands-down the easiest place youll find in Arizona makes dealing with Az interlock companies as easy as it possibly can be, dont be stupid and go to some Outback Nazi outfit that will have you running through red tape. Buyer beware!!!!!! I got a system put in a while a ago when this shop was in chandler under the name of rollin car audio and they most likely jacked my system afterwards, they used a dmf material instead of wood to mount my amp so that it would be easy to rip out, it took me a while to find them again because they opened up under this new name, multiple other people I have talked to who had installs through them have reported the same, Again buyer Beware!!!!! Dont be a fool like I was. this may not be the owners fault but whoever he had working for him at the time was definitely the culprit.
