I had never been to a store like this before. Was a nice experience from start to finish. I was welcomed when I came in the door Jequel and Chareese were very helpful and mad me feel very comfortable. They had so many things and I will certainly return. Love my purchases and plan to bring some of my friends back.

Went in looking for something specific, the staff were quick to help and found everything I needed. Will definitely be back to purchase my hair supplies!

I am going to stop coming here as often as I do they never have the product I originally came for so I always have to get something else the staff doesnt know anything about what products work and what doesnt or even what they do and get the biggest additude when you ask questions and when they ask if you have a v.i p card and you say no instead asking would you like to sign up they look at you so dirty and say nothing definitely doesnt encourage me to want to spend an extra 10 dollars just go to the bigger hair store right across the street at least theyre stocked with product

My experience here was great. The store was clean and organized. Customer service was great. Getting assistance with items was done in a swift and polite manner. I would highly recommend this store to those needing hair and beauty products!

I would never go here again and whoever said good services please stop lying on your grave like that the lady with the huge nose and glasses was so rude they don’t even welcome you it’s just bad energy and negative attitudes so aggressive and had roaches crawling on the hair the lady just let it crawl and said it’ll be okay like omg horrible 😩I had a negative vibe when I left ... jlos have better services than this hood place I felt like I was at a circus 😫 so yea DO NOT GO HERE🥴AND THEY DONT WEAR NAME TAGS WHEW CHILE THE GHETTOO

Trying something different

Store had products incorrectly posted and cashier (Taina)lied and said she told me or the person I was with the price. The store chose not to honor the posted price do to “big” price jump. Posted price $5.99 actually priced $19.99.

Out of stock. Rude. It took 20 minutes just to check out. The clerks were unresponsive and inconsistent. I will not be back. I usually go to the Elegant on Fletcher which is much better. At least they are courteous and professional. I wish I hadnt wasted time coming here. They didnt have what I needed after I had to wait in line all that time to ask a question because the clerk ignored me. Very disappointing.

Excellent customer service as always! The girls are very accommodating. The best times to go are early in the day when its slow if possible.

Bad customer service. I walked in and I heard the man behind the counter say good morning. I assumed he was speaking to me. He said oh I was on the phone I wasnt talking to you. I was like wow and ignored him. I looked at the product and was helped. The girl was friendly. When it was time to check out the customer in front of me had some major delay. Instead of checking me out as her problem was being worked on I had to wait. Because I waited so long I second guessed myself. I should have left but I waited forever purchased my products and I have regretted it since. Sometimes its not about money, its about customer service. The one in University area has this store beat 110%. This store may be down the street from me but I will never give my money to them again. Get your attitudes together. Ridiculous. uggh.

Terrible service the girl ringing had a horrible attitude would even look at me and when my girlfriend asked her for help she just pointed to another employee.

If you don’t already know, NO ONE HERE CARES ABOUT YOUR TIME. They are very inconsiderate and waiting in line is usually a 20 minute wait even if theres just one person ahead because of the LACK OF URGENCY. Only thing they are good at here is trying to promote vip service that i will never invest my money into and taking their precious time. Plz take your money elsewhere, Thank me later.

Great selection of products and hair supplies. Dont expect good customer service though. My first visit there, no one assisted me the whole 20 mins I was in the store. If I didnt need the product I came for I wouldve took my business else where. If you ok with 2 star customer service then youll be fine
