This pharmacy takes absolutely too long to help someone in the drive-through sometimes you sit there for about 20 or 30 minutes waiting for your prescription the line can be all the way out the street and to me if the customers prescription is not ready pull them off to the side or tell them to come into the store no they hold up the line and people can be on their lunch break or coming from work and want to just get their medication and go home and the sad part about is if you dont pick it up they send you 15 different emails and try to call your phone 10 different times but yet you sit here and wait for them and they act like they dont care you go inside and this the same way theyre standing around doing absolutely nothey absolutely nothing to me Im gonna move my business to another Carrier because I do not have time to be dealing with Walgreens and their shenanigans

I am collecting all my prescriptions from this Walgreens pharmacy for last 7 years, recent months the wait time to pick the medicine is intolerable. If we call them to ask the status, they kept on saying one moment please for ever and play the music. It is better to change the pharmacy, not to waste the time here.

I went to pick up a prescription. There were about five cars in front of me. After waiting for a few minutes and not moving, I pulled out and went up front to park. I got in, one person in front of me, and got my script. When leaving some of the same cars were still in line.

Litteraly the worst pharmacy. They hang up your call without saying anything after you’ve waited on hold. they refuse to answer phone calls, keep repeating you on hold without so much as even saying “sorry please hold.” I don’t hate many things but i hate who ever works there that’s doing this

Worst Walgreens in Tampa. So many bad experiences here that I actually came to do a review of a walgreens. Every item in this store is marked a lower price than what rings up at the register. The staff is incredibly rude no matter whats going on. Walgreens, do better. The Pharmacy earns the one star for half the Pharmacy staff being friendly and actually giving a care.

The pharmacists are absolutely unhelpful and rude. Not only were they rude to me, but they were also rude to my Dr. who called in the prescription we needed for my diabetic, hyperthyroidism, cancer patient family member. We will NEVER give our money to another Walgreens and will be warning all of our friends and family to do the same. It takes NOTHING to be kind and helpful to people, yet the pharmacists seemed to go out of their way to give us a hard time about EVERYTHING we asked about. We will be sticking to the CVS across the street from here on out, at least their pharmacists seem to enjoy helping people.

I went to the LabCorp at Walgreens in Temple Terrace and I just want to say the lab tech Sherry was friendly and very skillful. She was able to draw blood from me on the first stick. She made my first visit experience a good one.

Just to say...It would be nice if when Walgreens pharmacy makes changes theyd let their customers know via a text message, email, something..Just a few weeks ago, the pharmacy was open until 11pm, now finding out theyre open until 9... When youre making changes like this, it would be really nice to at least let your customers know something.

Manager was extremely rude with no cause. I understand things are stressful but common decency should still be COMMON. Besides that yelling at a customer that has not raised their voice nor challenged you should never be accepted. While I may have adressed this already I feel others have a right to know what they may be walking into.

Rude pharmacist, i had just come out of emergency room cause i had very small needle like object in my stuck into eyeball it had made and incision on my cornea i was in pain and left my prescription with them.I asked her if they had something OTC for my eye to relive the pain.... She was very rude and juat told me to wash my eye. I know they were soon to close but that no way to speak to a hurting patient.She should go back to school and study engienring so she can talk with cold machines.She

This is the rudest pharmacy, EVER. Every single person that works at the pharmacy has a very bad attitude. They all need training in Customer Service! The Walgreens up the road is so friendly and has the best customer service, they always go above and beyond and have a great attitude, I would recommend going there instead of this place.

When going to this store a few days ago, the pharmacy drive through was closed with a sign to come inside. My mother was trying to pick up her Rx. Due to COVID and physical limitations, she was not able to go inside so she left.Today she called to find out if the drive thru was open. She was told that it was not, and theyd open it, but didnt know when yet. She asked if it was closed to COVID and the employee refused to answer.Instead, she was told that her only option was to come inside the store. She explained that she couldnt due to COVID and physical limitations. They told her that she had no other options. In fact, since its a controlled substance they told her she cant even have anyone pick it up for her. That part is a lie, as I oftentimes pick it up for her and all that is required is a license.Not only is this going against the advertised COVID guidelines, its also going against anyone with disabilities that depends on the drive thru. Supposedly this store offers curbside, but apparently those in need of medication are just out of luck for an unknown amount of time.

I created an order online to pick up 50 printed invitations/photos. They were ready quickly, but some of the wording was cut off. The young lady working, Rhonda, worked quickly to fix this issue! She was able to get the image to fit on the dimensions desired, and the invitations look perfect! I was also pleased with the special that was going on, because my order was 40% off!

Angelica was simply amazing and has made me a repeat customer. I ordered an 8x10 wood product for a funeral very last minute from the online app and sent it to this store. When I arrived the next morning to pick it up... The machine was broken. To say I was upset was an understatement. Angelica went over and beyond to not only make sure I got what I needed for the funeral. Not only did she print it larger for me, but because the wood product wasnt available in that size, she included a frame so it could stand on the table at the funeral, and gave it all to me for free for the inconvenience. She went out of her way to help me in my time of need and I cannot thank her enough. I will definitely be using this Walgreens again for all my photo orders.

The staff at this pharmacy are triflin. Sorry but thats the best way to describe them. Always have attitudes (including the pharmacist)(black lady) I use to frequently go because its closer to my home but Id rather take the extra few miles and go up the street. Not a pharmacy they run it like a trap house.

This is the worst Walgreens Ive ever tried to use. I ordered a photo book yesterday, had to call 3 times and was on hold for at least 10 mins each time for them to finally say their machine wasnt working. Rude. Unprofessional. The black girl with dreads or long braids with gold clips in her hair was horrible and nasty to me.She left me sitting in the drive thru after she told me she could not fill my script. Terrible customer service. Don’t know why she works there. I just had a severe surgery and I can barely drive. I’m in pain, and needed my script. Not needed was to be treated poorly.

Recently switched pharmacies because this location obviously does not care about their commitment to better health and customer care. Three of my last four prescriptions filled here have been filled with nothing but headaches. They will tell you your prescription will be ready at one time and even after you show up a couple hours after the time they told you your prescription will be ready (I get that pharmacies are busy so I always allot them extra time to fulfill their orders) except they will tell you that you will have to wait at least another hour for them to pull from safe (controlled substance) and fill. The last time this occurred (last month) I was told by the pharmacist herself that my prescription would be ready no later than 11:30 am, I showed up at 2 pm only to be told it was not filled and that I would have to wait an hour. Luckily since this was the third time this happened, I voiced my frustration with the tech and she asked me if I would be more happy with waiting 10 minutes (even though it should have been filled 2 and a half hours ago at this point lol) but I said sure and it was filled within two so I will give her that. On top of that upon switching pharmacies (all I will say is that they are on the same street and cannot confirm nor deny that they are in the same plaza) I was informed by my new pharmacy when asked to confirm my copay I was paying with Walgreens that I was overpaying and doesn’t know why Walgreens was billing my insurance so much (it is exactly 2.55 times cheaper at the new pharmacy in the same plaza). My prescription hasn’t even been filled at my new pharmacy yet and I’m already 1000x more satisfied with them than I ever was with this Walgreens location. I do not try to review a place negatively often but this was more than warranted and I’m glad others have felt the same way upon reading other reviews, I will also say I am disappointed in this location for not responding to those other negative reviews. They may have had a more competitive edge when they were 24/7 but now I’d recommend saving yourself the headache and fill your prescriptions elsewhere as there are four pharmacies on this intersection alone :).

DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREENS EVER!!!!!!!!! AWFUL!!!!!!If I could give this pharmacy a worse review, I would. I sat on hold for an hour on the phone. The staff is absolutely awful. Ive been waiting to pick up my allergy medications for a week now. They say they still havent heard from my doctors office... funny thing is, it was their take care clinic that prescribed it! Then, I after being put on hold several times, I was hung up on. Asked to speak to a manager, was told that they didnt have one. Asked for the corporate number, was told that they didnt know what it was. Got put on hold AGAIN! This time for twenty minutes, when one of the staff members decided they were sick of hearing the phone ring, so they took the phone off the hook and I could hear everything they were doing. Awful, awful, AWFUL! Then Miss Simpson decided to argue with me about the corporate number and not giving it to me. Telling me I was wrong and all that good stuff. Well, congrats lady, I called and reported you, specifically, to your home office. Hope you hear from them soon.DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREENS EVER!

Been shopping at this Walgreens since it opened on the corner. Its Walgreens, a chain, not your friendly neighborhood pharmacist.The staff has always been decent, the store clean. Is it Shangra La? No, but its decent and beats the hell out of CVS prices.Looks like many of these negative reviews come from oxy shoppers........

Ive never had any issues here. Well stocked store, friendly staff and good service. Open 24/7. The pharmacy takes long to fill prescriptions but only during busy hours. It is better to call ahead of time and only go to pick up the meds inside the store. Only one person runs the pharmacy drive-thru so it gets slow during peak hours. One bad thing is the homeless people loitering outside.

Use only if you are dying and have no other choice.Surly workers who apparently think they know more about your insurance/prescription coverage than you do when the real issue is lack of product (I dont think your insurance will cover this - Oh, I was able to get it processed, but we dont have it in stock.).After being put on hold repeatedly, hung up on by pharmacist (not technician, not pharmacist staff). Nasty and rude. Avoid at all costs.

Was initially told my prescription would be ready at three, that was at one. Called the pharmacy to check if it was ready, took them a while to figure that out bur no, anytime after four they say. I leave home at four and now I have to wait a little longer for them to fill the prescription they were supposed to fill hours ago. All the while my girlfriend is in misery after having a cesarean and I have to tell her it still isnt ready. Just a little longer babe. Sad.

Ive been struggling to get my prescriptions from them ive called 6 times over the past 2 months to get my prescriptions. ive GONE PERSONALLY TWICE to the STORE and then the women over the phone said to go to cvs and i did when i went it was a waste of time they said walgreens hadnt even contacted them for my medicine. When they dont have a medication, they dont make any effort to get it, and they dont follow up on the patient, for an ophthalmic ointment I waited several days without success and ended up transferring my prescription to another pharmacy and incredibly smaller.
