Great customer service! Cody worked with me to find the right phone for what I needed and for a price I could afford. Angel helped take care of all the paperwork and any questions I may have had. He even installed the new Hum device I purchased in my car for me. If you need assistance with anything Verizon, this is the place to go!

Sarav (Sam?) was very kind, professional and patient. We needed to get new 6 lines activated ( Some new phones, some trade ins and some were just switched over) He made sure we were comfortable with the plan we got, the phones, the price points and all the features. It was pretty time consuming and he either wasnt annoyed by the questions that Im sure are redundant for his position at this point Or at least he did a good job of hiding it lol.We called a little before closing to see if they had the phones the online agent told us we could pick up there. We thought it was gonna be a quick in-and-out and that we would transfer all the info at home. Turns out the online agent never actually set anything up and we basically started from scratch in store. We were so embarrassed and offered to come back the next day but he said it was fine and that hed get through it quickly.Highly recommend

The employees at this location are always knowledgeable and eager to assist you regardless of whatever the issue may be. I usually dread walking into any cell phone store, but I haven’t had a bad experience here as of yet. Sometimes there is a wait, but that’s to be expected given the nature of the business. Definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of assistance.

It was all great when they sold us the phones, told us all about the warranties and being able to exchange new phones if they broke unexpectedly! Then it went downhill whenever a new phone actually broke. They told us the don’t do exchanges (after telling us they do when they sold it to us). Sent us away to another store, only for them to tell us we need to exchange at the store we bought it from. We went back to this location, and then the same workers who said they don’t exchange switched their answers to “Well we do exchange but it has to be approved by our manager.” Very unprofessional, don’t lie and send people on the run around. Then the manager set us up with an appointment to exchange the phone, and when we finally got there, he told us we have to wait. Horrible experience, workers lied to our faces, and the manager made empty promises. Go to a different Verizon location as this one is a third party and has different rules than an actual Verizon store.

We walked in a little after six thinking Verizon closed at 8. Sam greeted us with a smile and helped me get everything I needed. After being there almost 45 minutes I asked him when they closed. He told me they closed at 6. I felt terrible about walking in so late. Sam was friendly and kind the entire time. Never made me feel like and inconvenience when I clearly was. I will definitely return!

Sam recognized I wanted a phone similar to the Motorola Droid Turbo I have had for several years. I would have had to order the same, but I needed a phone now. Replaced it with an LG. He set up my phone very well. Very calm in doing so & very respectful. They became very busy after 17:45 while he was serving my needs. Would recommend this 2 person Verizon.

Terrible experience trying to get a replacement phone within the 30 days. Called tech support for help and they placed an order for the wrong phone. So I called back and they said to visit the store and salesperson I talked to and they would replace the phone. I came during a break from work, they told me they could not help or do a replacement, and told me to go to another store. The other store was a corporate store and they too said the same thing. I had an appointment set up with this store and nobody seemed to know/care to help. I called the manager at the location we bought from, Nate, and he said he would have to call a manager to get approval for a replacement, and was told he would call me back. I never received a call from him until I called him to know about the status of replacing my broken phone. He said that he had it approved and that he would be at the store at 9:30-10am the next morning. I was unavailable so I asked if my girlfriend could pick the phone up at that time. He said it would take an hour so I had him be sure that it was ok that my wife be there at that time so that I could have the phone as soon as possible. The next morning at the scheduled time, my wife arrives to only be told by the manager that she would have to wait until he was done with 3 customers, which was extremely upsetting as this would be the 3rd “appointment” that was either never made, or was ignored. She waited at the store for 30-45 mins before she was helped, even though we had an appointment set up because we had no other manager willing to either call me or help me. I switched from T-Mobile in hopes Verizon would treat me better. The sales person told me all the amazing things I would get for switching (for example, he told us that Verizon would help pay off our balance with T Mobile, $700 trade in value per phone, free Hulu subscription, also the fact he is the one who told us that if our phone broke within 30 days to bring it back and they would exchange it but then is the same one who turned us away when we needed it exchanged), none of which I have seen proof of other than a rebate which took a few weeks to even get submitted. I was given 3 different answer to my problem, and none of them resulted in any actual help until I finally had to escalate the situation.

I went in to find out why my data was used up, I have several Video conferences a week and show PowerPoint, thus I use my phone hot spot. Ufortunately This resulted in problems when I would run out of 4g data.After reviewing my account, I have 2 lines with the Get More program, the CSR not only provided an explanation and a solution. I now have 2 Jet Packs and enough data and speed to meet our needs. Thanks to Angel and Cody!!!

I went there yesterday to get my new Apple Watch after I had some “technical difficulties” and the service was great! walked right in and solved the issues I was having & the people there are very interactive. Sarav was very helpful in talking to us ab the different products and what he uses them for. The manager as well was superb! Since I was having troubles he helped me figure them out & even discounted one of them. Very good service & people!

I went to the Temple, TX. location to purchase a charging cord for my Galaxy S7. Unfortunately, they did not have one so I decided to upgrade. Cody,(the Manager) suggested the Nokia 8V 5G UW. Ive been a Verizon customer for more then 10 years. After Cody set me up with my new phone and plan my bill is actually going be less $$ each month. If youre in the Temple,TX. area go by there stores. Im sure youll be as pleased with the service youll receive as I was.

Angel was extremely helpful. My husband and I went to the Verizon by Cracker Barrel and wouldnt allow my husband and I both in at the same time, so we called the Verizon off 31st. Angel answered and said we were able to both come inside to discuss adding my number to my husbands account as long as we wore mask. This made it very helpful for me and my husband both being able to discuss things quicker. Angel helped me find contact information from my previous provider and was very patient as we were on the phone a the other provider...they took forever to give me my information. Angel was very helpful setting up my number for Verizon and helping my husband and I get our new phones set up with everything and it was super easy! He showed me how to take a screen shot which Id been missing from the older phone I was using! Thank you for taking your time with us and for your kind words of encouragement as we spoke about our dogs and the baby on the way! We are loving our new phones! Thanks Angel!

I cannot say enough good things about this place!! Best service for a Verizon store in all of Bell County, I would say. I’ve been with Verizon for years and the service that Cody and Angel gave us was second to none! There were issues with my account that were not in their control, Cody and Angel were relentless in their attempts to help us. Over the course of a week and multiple visits their quality of service never wavered, it was completely worth the wait to work with these gentlemen, who went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. I recommend this store and those two employees to ALL!! 100 stars!!
