Caitlyn and her coworker were very professional and nice.I wanted to upgrade my phone and am so happy they had the model I wanted not like other stores.They explained everything I needed, set up a perfect plan for me including some discounts I did not even know I could get, and now I’m very satisfied with my new phone. So glad I went there!

Erika Is horrible. Was on the phone and she hung up on me and called me a liar. Also said that the Waco AT&T store were liars too. When I asked her why they would lie she got mad and hung up on me. When I called back and asked for a manager, there was not one there today. The guy that answered seemed scared and even admitted that she was wrong and was telling me the wrong information. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ERIKA! Never hang up on a paying customer.

After years and years with Verizon, I jumped ship! I jumped because of the amazing service I received from Joshua at the Temple location by Scott & White. I went to Verizon first, lets just say I walked out without a phone and the service was next to nil. Joshua is absolutely an asset to AT&T and Im stoked about my new phone and service.

Needs a technician on site its becoming a problem when phones are not working and your poor employees has to try there best to answer the questions to the best of there knowledge. They do an outstanding job to try to help the customer.

Went to the store with a ton of problems but Joshua got me solutions. Definitely had a great experience setting up a line with Joshua. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and set me up with the best deals possible. 10/10 would recommend him.

Very helpful and understanding. They were very busy, but remained awesome.

I made an appointment to update two iphones and a samsung. We walked in and were immediately helped. We purchased two new iPhone and a Samsung with updates and picked out accessories, got set up for refunds for the two old iPhone and were done in a little over an hour. If you have ever tried this at most ATT stores you know how impressive this is.

I went to another AT&T and they told me they couldn’t help and sent me to the The Geek Squad. (Which isn’t even open due to covid) so i tried this AT&T. The sales lady helped me with patience and understanding. My wait as soon as I walked in was much less than 5 mins. I am very satisfied with my experience. Yesterday I tried my GPS not realizing it needed to pare with auto. I stoped at the store closer to the town I was in and in 5 mins. The sales rep. Had it done for me.

Called this store as the other was too busy to answer their phone.Talked to the new manager Dillon & we came in immediately. He helped us upgrade early, and get black Friday deals on top of that. He spent over an hour helping us and I wouldnt go to anyone else! We appreciate everything he was able to do today!

Dealt with a lazy female. Was told they had product and when I got here they had nothing when I husband said he called and they said they had stock she magically had it.

Internet is absolutely terrible not worth the trouble. The hotspot on my phone is faster than the internet service here and you have to pay a 100$ installment fee just for them to come to the box wherever youre staying and connect a cable. Best service they have in this area gets you a max of 14mbps if youre lucky and 6mbps if you arent.

My son broke his phone and I went into this store to check out my options. Dillon was was excellent in helping us not only get my son the phone he wanted but my husband and I were also able to get new phones as well. Dillon found discounts and credits that we were eligible for. He is very friendly, knowledgeable. I will definitely go back t Ill this store. Thank you Dillon for all your help!

Decided to give this store another shot cause the other store was so busy. The experience was incredible, the new manager Dylan did a full breakdown of all my bills in order to see where we could save to help towards the cost of my new phone. The entire staff was different and friendly, never thought Id have fun at an Att store. They treated me more than just a number and sale, I wont be going anywhere else!

The young lady who helped set me up with a new phone was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact she was the only employee there and I had to wait too long.

Awesome store! normally when you go into a store and are just needing help with customer service issues the reps dont want to help you. not this store! the girls were friendly and helped me with all of my questions, they tried to sell me directv, but i live in an apartment. they went above nd beyond, cant wait until we can get the att streaming in this area!

I went to get a new phone and immediately wanted the iPhone 6. As soon as I decided, one of the employees who is against Apple totally wouldnt let me decide and told me to get an LG. Then two other workers who were pro Apple began a debate without realizing it was my choice. I finally took the LG, Which Ive had problems with before, and I went home. The same day the phone started heating up and dying quickly. Two days later, I came back and got the iPhone 6. I was not reimbursed for the $35 screen protectors I spent on the other phone. I put my iPhone 6 in the box and drove home. I walked into the house with the phone in the box. I charged it, played on it a bit, and then I got to looking at it. It has a chip in the top left hand corner with a crack halfway down the screen! It was so small I had to shine a flash light on it and see the crack down my screen. I will go back tomorrow and get a new phone and I will not pay a dime. I also will not be coming back.

Went in today 12/26 around 1130 and no one was even out in front, you would have thought everyone was at lunch. A female finally comes out and I mention I need help with number sync and she says neither her or the other associate know how to do it. Had to drive 30mins up to Killeen store for help and Jared was awesome there.

I have a small business account with AT&T. The new manager Dillon has been outstanding to work with. I highly recommend using AT&T for your small business mobile phone solutions.

The worst phone company we’ve dealt with. We switched from boost to have better service and we regret so much. They messed up all our numbers, said we had zero down to switch and won’t make our first payment until 30 days and they sent us a bill in 1 weeks of over $500!! They only waved half of it that had to be paid in 2 weeks. Then they sent us another bill which was our monthly that way $356 when we were told it was going to only be $120 for 2 phones that we brought over to us. All they care about is there commission. Definitely switching back to Boost they are cheaper and customer service is excellent. Our mistake for switching.

I will never return to this store nor will I ever recommend this store! They are rude, pushy, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. I am shocked at how AT&T can allow this store to even be affiliated with their name! We purchased two new LG phones (against our better judgement) after the salesman continued to push them on us! We were lied to regarding the monthly installments we would be charged, we purchased two screen protectors ($44.99 each) in which the salesman admitted he broke upon installing. He did not remove it and give me a new one, simply informed me that I could register it, get a new one for free and install it myself. When we got into the car we realized he had also broke the second one while installing it but failed to admit it as well. When we decided the phones were nothing near what the salesman had promised, we notified customer service on 611. We spoke to a manager on the phone and she told us we were within our buyers remorse period (the last day) and to return to the store for a return. After returning to the store of poor service, we were treated even worse this time. They refused to accept the returns, refused to replace the broken screen protectors that were broken by their employee before we even left the store, and when we asked for a manager- were told he was the manager and talked to as if we were an inconvenience and a bother to him. When we asked him to review our conversation with customer service, he refused and simply cut us off and stared at us refusing any assistance. He even went as far as to put a calendar in my face- pointing and counting slowly in a very demeaning manor. We left the store notified customer service and dealt with them directly. Currently we are attempting to have the doubled installment payments refunded (by the store where we purchased them at) in which we were dismissed stating that they never offered the plans we agreed to. I have never been treated so poorly by a business and I regret that they even received any monetary or statistical numbers benefitting this establishment. Managers/Owners should be ashamed of their employees behaviors! I will never use a AT&T RETAIL STORE again. Buyers beware they have different obligations and policies than AT&T! Save the headache, wasted time & money, go online or to the corporate store! I hated to even give these guys 1 star. Horrible terrible service!!

I took a friend to get her phone hooked up & after they charged her up front for the service she was then told that the phone she had wasnt going to work but they could not refund her money! She then had to go purchase a new phone also! Just think they should have told her that before they took her money!

Ive been to this AT&T store three times. Each time we have received prompt courteous service. This is my store of choice in this area.

AT&T contractors putting in fiber cut our spectrum internet cable so we do not have internet right now.

I just want to go ahead and say how wonderful these employees are, and would like to mention them by name as I have been here a few time the past couple of months and they are all so extremely helpful and friendly. Paul and Kolby, the assistant managers here, are so helpful, friendly, and so extremely good at what they do. Dillon, the manager, is even more so and he should be proud of both paul and kolby. Not only them though, he should be amazed at how well his new hire, alisha, is performing, she is doing such a great job even as a new employee for the store. If any of you employees ever read our reviews, I just want to go ahead and let you 4 know, thank you and all that you do for us, dont mind any of the negative comments from months ago because we all know you all hadnt taken over the store yet. I definitely 10/10 recommend this store to anyone who may be searching for the right place to go! Have an amazing day!!!

They were rude. The employe that I was given after being told it would be about 20 mins wait (45 mins) was chomping on his gum, told me I was lied to by the customers service and then continued to not listen to anything I was telling him.Worse store EVER. If I were the manager I would look into replacing individuals that work in that store and remind them not to send your customers to Verison.

Its nice to talk to people who treat you with respect. Solved my issue with a smile and got the door for me.

Camped out here for the iPhone 4 overnight - manager was really nice and answered all my questions after they had already closed the night before. Had no problems, and would highly recommend this store of the corporately owned store.
