This is my go to store every time I go they are very nice. Juan was super nice and patient !! Stina also helped me out and made sure i got all the best prices. I am going to comeback soon and have my husband switch over! Alfred was very informed about with phones... overall happy!

I went in to get a phone that was up to date & ended up walking out the door with a BRAND NEW iphone 12!!! the sales rep JUAN was so incredible i had to call corporate & ask them to please consider making him a manager. i love the customer service & will be going back again for another phone in the future!!!

They always up the price at time of payment and thats not counting the activation fee. They lady at the register said they could only text me a receipt due to covid-19. Dont trust this place they will cheat you some how.If youre able to buy online thats probably the best way to go.

Alfred was very nice got me in and out when i was purchasing a phone and even hooked me up with good prices on cases. This is always my top Cricket location to go to.

The sales rep ADRIANNA is so sweet & knowledgeable. her customer service was so superb i literally had to call the area manager & ask her to PLEASE CONSIDER giving her a raise. ive never witnessed such good customer service in my life. i swear on the holy child of jesus christ that i will recommend each soul i run into on the streets to cricket wireless at this location!!! keep it up guys!! #SmileOn :)

All Im going to say was just a complete bait and switch so I did not go through with purchasing a phone and switching plans. I was told that my monthly would be lower if I did the direct pay and then was told that it could be switched and taper down in 3 months $50 but had to start off at 60

Sold me wrong cases had to go to another cricket to swap out, although she gave me a free screen protector for the trouble she put it on wrong and over my front facing camera.

Got a phone back in December and was very upset with Alfredo he added the insurance to my account without me saying yes so I had to pay it... During the sale also pushed me into buying something else when I said I can’t he just got rude and started to seemed like he didn’t want to help me anymore.... Wouldn’t be recommending this store going to be going down the street...

Just ran in quickly to check to see if they had a phone case for a small LG phone, but they did not. Recommended that I try Walmart as I had been several phone services. Very friendly and helpful.

We went into this store to change over from boost. We got the phones we wanted. Gave the employee Alfredo my debit card. He swiped the card then said hang on I have to restart the internet. Internet came back up. My account showed it took the money..around $200. But Alfredo said their system didnt accept it it shows pending and until it gets credited back to my account so Ill have to come back and do it all over again. Asked for a regional manager. He called one. We did not get to speak to this person. Nor would he give us his phone number. He hung up and told us the same as before. So not only did they take the money from my account but we didnt get the phones they took the money for. Very unhappy. The employee was very uncaring about all of it. Do not go here

I got tired of paying too much for AT&T so I decided to switch to Cricket since they use the exact same network. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 that I bought from AT&T earlier this year. I was on a Next 24 plan but I paid it off in order to be able to leave. Why pay more for nearly identical service? My experience porting my number over to Cricket was almost perfect. The staff was knowledgeable, professional and courteous while also friendly and engaging. The only hitch in the process was waiting for AT&T to process the release of my number to Cricket. All in all, it took about an hour, but again, that was only due to slowness on AT&Ts part. So far, the service is identical. Same number of bars in the same places, but for significantly less money.

I dont use cricket but had to take my mom to get her phone turned back on. Very nice staff however I knew more about it than they did.

Went in to get help getting files and data off phone because older lady. .The girl behind table said yes you need to delete files which I had already tried.Thats why I got my daughter to take in.She said she was rude.

Gatbage phones. Had to go back twice for a phone i originally discovered was defective.did the exchange and the second phone is defective as well. Having to make multiple trips to the store just to get a phone that isnt poor quality!!

I had a problem down loading a AP and she worked through the system and nailed it! Now I can do my banking online, she was great!

Justin has always helped me whenever I needed help wheather it was with my bill or the phones on my account.
