Sales rep could not even tell me the price of their plans or how much data comes with them. Very Mickey mouse operation. Dont waste your time. Go to Verizon, much better coverage too!!!

A few months ago i was basically scammed by this stores employees. Be very careful when it comes to offers. One night i went back to the store and tried to claim what they have done. They did not wanted to speak to me because i was not happy. The two guys that were there that night basically kicked me out of the store. I almost lose it that day. But 200 dollars is not worth my life. They can keep the 200 dollars they need it more than me anyways. I just dont like to be lied to. I have been with T-mobile for years now and had no issues except this time. Im very disappointed in this stores customer service. Also i tried to reach the manager and the calls were hung up on me. When i finally reach her basically she didnt do anything and Im still waiting for her call, which i know it will never happen.
Arrived at location with numerous phone issues, I was greeted with great enthusiasm and energy. David took charge in professionally correcting all issues along with Kristen the manager whom showed great empathy for my situation. I am thankful for this staff and all they have done for me. Additionally Mike was great as well!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. Wouldnt help me at all with getting a new phone. Youd think a phone store would be eager to sell phones. I needed to be added to my familys account as an authorized user to buy a phone, okay, but they wouldnt help at all with that. Telling us to go home and do it online.

Came to this store for an insurance replacement after a horrible experience at the T-Mobile store in the Killeen Mall. Micheal, our T-Mobile associate, was very professional, empathetic, knowledgeable (and honest when he wasnt sure, a quality that is greatly appreciated) and had us in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes.

I have been with T-Mobile for ever it seems. I only go to this store to purchase my phones and tabs. With the help of Alexis my last transaction was seamless. Its people like her that make the experience enjoyable. Ask for her when you go in. Also a side note...I got the note 10 5g plus and where I did not have service before I now do. I absolutely LOVE this T-Mobile. I have had great customer service every time I purchase a new phone, or upgrade to a different phone. Gilberto really gives superior customer service. He was so patient even though the store was packed with lots of customers. He provides excellent care and is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He is honest, professional and doesnt try to up sale which is very appreciated. I hope he gets Employee of the Month, he deserves it!
Worst store I ever been to in my life. Not even just a cell phone store. Any store. Went there to spend a lot of money, and was told one thing by a retail associatas manager, Fernanda. When I came back, she acted like she didnt know anything while her co worker said something completely different. Somehow, since I want to spend money, I have to also pay to get it shipped in ti the store cause they were out. Them being out isnt my problem. How am I responsible for shipping? Gtfoh with that. I love T mobile too. Almost canceled my business over them. But I found the best store in Texas and it sure isnt them. Never in my life will I go there again. And I advise anyone else not to either. Run far and fast from them.
I walked in on an early afternoon I was not expecting to spend any money at all I did not spend much but the representative Isaiah Pardo was very friendly and not necessarily unprofessional but he was more of a friend versus a business to customer relationship thats what really helped me purchase my new device and he helped me every step of the way telling me everything about it pros and cons for everything that I need it for. Given that he was more of a friend to me is what really gave me that top-notch experience the fact that I walked in he didnt even know who I was and so forth and took his time every step of the way thats customer respect you know its something that he gave to me that it doesnt mean that Im owed respect it was the fact that he cared and took his time those are the small things that people dont understand you actually have to give you actually have to try and acquire with other human beings given that weve lost that touch in life its very rare and when you find it at stop not service to me I love both of my new devices there theyre excellent to me its its astounding what they do for what I need as exactly what I was looking for its everything I wantedGrammatical errors are from voice to text and Im not gonna go through and fix them all. Bit of a dated post, went on 7/6/19. Eddie was very helpful in getting my mother set up on her new phone, transferring her info-contacts, messages, photos, etc; and helping me with a memory card. Very professional employee.
Service was good. The associate helped me to determine that I had the best plan. I still dont understand why they cant give full service at the store. I still have to call to get the most support. Why?

I bought 3 phones from this location on 12/22/2018. I highly recommend this Tmobile location. Jennifer went above and beyond to make this transaction go smoothly!!! She even fought for me to recieve a $450 credit for an old deposit i never recieved back! She was so professional and patient!!! Even the sales manager gave cool blinking new years glasses for 2019 for me and my 3 kids. Just an overall fantastic experience! Thank you!
Extremely rude- Employees need training on customer service skills. They will be nice selling you things, but they are rude when doing anything beyond that- especially if you need help with an issue. It would be nice if the staff could act as though you were not a burden on their time.

I love T-Mobile. But I dislike the T-Mobile store in temple tx. The lady was using her phone in front of me and tells me give me a second haha. Extremely rude. I was asking for an iPhone case thats affordable and a decent one. She kept forcing me to buy that most expensive one and tells me you can just pay for it monthly. She was rushing me so she can use her phone. I miss the T-Mobile store at the temple mall. They at least help you and not force you to buy something you dont want.
Everyone in here is always super nice, helpful and informative. They treat you with respect and they are all very patient. Unlike att where Ive had some very sour experiences with being treated like a burden. Good ridance att and hello t-mobile!!

They never really know what theyre talking about. They lied to me. Im now paying 1,000$ for phones so my credit score doesnt drop. My bill is 70$ more a month then it is suppose to be. I was tricked and lied to and am very upset about it.
I had fantastic service! I called earlier questioning a 6 grand prime phone, and for my E signature mail on my Galaxy 5 phone. when arrived I had exceptional great quality sevice. Employees was polite and Bobie helped me with everything I needed and got it all set up for me. Now I await for my new 6 Grand Prime phone in the mail.Thank you Bobie!

Excellent customer service and support. Whenever I have a problem with my phone, they are able to fix it and they look for updates on my samsung. I always leave happier than I came. Our lives are on the phone contacts, Facebook, texting and family photos.

The experience in the store was HORROROSA !!! We visited the store twice on Tuesday, October 17, 2017. Only three employees and we had to wait to receive a small orientation. We decided my family and I go back to the house and return with my husband to the owner of the account (Johnny Ortiz Lucena) client of more than 10 years with 4 lines and 2 years ago we moved to Texas and went to make a change of numbers and acquire new units.It was necessary to wait more than an hour to be taken care of. We asked for an offer from Samsung to buy one and gave away one, but the young woman who attended us had not told us that it was an offer for new lines and that if we wanted the offer we had to buy a line even if it was canceled 6 months later. The units were not available and to put them in order was a CHAOS. But the Worst thing, what unworthy me, offended me and disrespected me was that the shop was listening to an offensive, vulgar and obscene music. Where there was talk of sex, vulgar words and denigrandes for a woman.I asked the employee that if he understood what the song was saying and very smiling and funny he replied that if he understood it (Bad Bunny music) I told him that the music was offensive if he did not fear that the clients They understood and he answered that he listened to her because there almost never were people like us who understood Spanish. Imagine neither going nor going again. Another companion who was there asked the companion this was what you were waiting for it to happen so as not to put on that music anymore. If I had wanted to make a complaint for Sexual Harassment and everything was worse. That beautiful experience was what I went through in this store.
