Saba Motors is the best mechanic shop in Texas City! Their work is exceptional, customer service is outstanding, prices are very reasonable, and they always have your car ready when promised. You cant ask for more than that!

Lets start off by saying the custoner service is good. But I recommend if you drive a BMW, Mercedes or any other foreign vehicle, I would recommend you find a mechanic that specialize in these vehicles.The issue with my vehicle was not fix but I was charged with what the mechanic suggested needed fixed.

Absolutely the BEST service I have ever had! I began coming to them a few years ago due to a later model car I had. The owner was always very knowledgeable and always explained all repairs in detail. As a single woman, he never tried to price gouge me at any time. Fast forward to today and his son, Adell, is a walk in his footsteps. I came in with an A/C repair and he managed to fit me into his schedule while I waited. I would refer everyone to entrust their service. You will not be dissatisfied. Where i usually get my oil change they put mobile one oil in my car. Because the other place waa busy i came to saba for an oil change. Ask them if they had mobile one thinking it was oil. The desk person said yes. When i got my car back it was syntheic. The desk person failed to tell me it was syntheic instead of oil. I got upset. The customer service did not handle my situation right. Came back at me telling me not to raise my voice and did not apologize for the situation. They did not try to calm me down. Very hostile coming back. They did not take accountability that the desk person failed to tell me it was syntheic. The guy was telling me its better for my car. I told him that my car takes oil. The other place uses mobile one oil so i thouht itwas the same thing. I hope nothing happena to my car.

No one likes going to the mechanic, I personally hate it.. But if you do need one, Id strongly recommend Saba Motors. These guys are quick, reliable, honest and very friendly. I drive from North Houston to see them as they never disappoint and provide quick quality turn around. I think the managers name is Adele, the guy knows what he is doing, trust me on this one.

They are straight with you on what your vehicle might need and the staff is the friendliest around. They arent trying to hustle you and they do a terrific job with your car! Horrible! Seriously! I have a Chevy.The owner charged me $300 to fix with my check light engine problem. I went to pick up my car, and my check light engine is back on. I took it back, then pick up again, and my lights comes back on!!!! You know what he did? He got angry that I told him I dont trustHim, and he aggressively took the tester out!!!! And walked off!!!!Do not come here!!!!

Honest mechanics here. They didnt charge me just for a cursory glance and computer-hookup of my car like most other places do, and the mechanics didnt try to upsell me junk I didnt need. I would highly recommend this place; I think Ive found a new mechanic myself.

After over 5 years of taking our vehicles to Saba we are sadly having to end our relationship because of non-service.After spending 3 weeks at Sabas for a brake problem on my 2012 Mercedes Benz Smart car, we were told the parts could not be ordered, that they had tried 3 times....BS, they did nothing with it.We took the car home, got on the phone with Mercedes Benz North Houston parts department, got the part numbers we needed; then went online at the Mercedes Benz replacement parts, ordered the parts, the parts came in within 5 days, my husband had everything on and fixed in 1 1/2 hours.Shame on you SABA!!!

They took over 2 hours for them to change my brakes and no one else was in there.Then they wanted to charge me $300. They charge double the price and take twice as long. Will never go back for inspection or registration either.
