Free but decent fix for my flat tire. I dropped off my car there 8:30AM due to flat tire issue (a nail on my tire). They fixed the flat tire issue within 1 hour with no charge. Even though I did not purchase my tires at RepairOne. I asked the technician, Chris, that why free. Chris said that they dont charge for this kind of quick services (flat tire). Good staff, decent services! 5-Star for sure!

Just moved to TX and had to get safety inspection. Super friendly and fast. Asked if pressure in my tires could be checked after driving 1400 miles here and they did as a courtesy. Even printed out info to get car registered for me. Great experience.

I highly recommend Repair One, we have been going here for years and think they are pretty awesome. John and Jason are amazing with customers. I’ve been to other repair shops before but these guys feel like family, I have come to trust them, with our cars and by extension, our lives. They don’t tell you you have to fix something every time you get an oil change, which some repair shops did and we found out later they were suggesting repairs and replacements long before they were due, but not Repair One. They let you know in advance if they notice it will soon be time to replace something, so that limits surprise expenses. I went in to get my Check Engine light resolved, they checked for a couple days were not able to replicate the issue causing the code, explained that it was very minor, not affecting drive ability or safety and reset it, asking me to come back if it reappeared - it hasn’t reappeared. This kind of honest communication is what I would expect if a family member checked out the car, but not something I’m used to hearing from the other repair shops I’ve been to in the past. Love this place!

So far so good got the problem diagnosed. I was quoted One price charged a much higher price. I just paid the bill and wanted to talk to the man that took my vehicle in with the quote I called back the next morning and they refunded exactly what they should have. Apologize for the mistake. So thats a plus on my end

Anytime my car goes into the shop its accompanied by a sense of fear and worry. I was extremely impressed with the level of communication I received from the fellas at Repair One, especially Jon. They never rested until I could return SAFELY to the road! I highly recommend Repair One.

Last May my water pump broke so I took my car to Repair One to fix. After I got my car back from them I had smoke under my hood and smelled burnt oil. I took it back to them as the repair was still under warranty. Got my car back the next day and was told part of my valve cover gasket wasn’t secure and some oil was leaking but that it was fixed.Fast forward to this year I take my car to a different shop recommended to me by a family member for general maintenance. The team at the other shop had informed me the valve cover that was in my car was cracked and “repaired” with epoxy or silicone.Repair One mentioned none of this to me on either visit regarding my water pump repair. It’s unethical to put a damaged part that has a bandaid made of silicone back into a car, not inform your customers about what’s going on with their car and then still charge all that labor!!I’ve reached out to Repair One via their website regarding this issue and today is now day 5 without any response.

I went there again after another place failed my car for state inspection. They said I needed $450.00 repair for the car to pass. I called One Repair and explained everything and I brought the car in and less than 30min later my car passed with no repairs needed. I have used One Repair for over ten yrs and I trust them for great service and their honesty.

This place was awesome! I read a few reviews before deciding to bring my car in for repair. I needed my AC fixed as well as the latch on my hatch back. I mainly spoke with Jason and John throughout the process and these guys were very friendly, informative, and quick with communication. The pricing was very fair and well within my budget and the turnaround time was some of the fastest service Ive ever experienced with any auto shop. I will absolutely be bringing my vehicle back here if I need servicing again and will probably recommend them to anyone I know looking to get their car fixed in the area.

When I told John about the rubbing/grinding sound my car was making he told me to bring itin asap. He found the brakes were rubbing metal against metal, and he had the brakes replaced that day.

Very poor customer service. Took my car for service, they didnt let me know that they had completed the service, they had asked me for my phone number just incase they wanted to contact me, anyway they have my record since it wasnt my first time to go there for repair work . I called on the second day when I became concerned when didnt let me know when to pick tge car, they told me that the car is ready, I asked the person who gave me the car keys why they didnt inform me, he told me he doesnt know why..Am done never will I go there or recommend them.

Repair one fixed my vehicle, cleared my check engine light and did only the repairs I approved. They did not pressure me into spending more and listened to me on my overall goal and spending level. John was very polite, courteous and helpful.

This is the best auto shop in the area hands down. They are reasonably priced, incredibly friendly and helpful. They will explain exactly whats going on with your vehicle in laymans terms and let know what you need now and what is needed in the future. I love that they dont up sell you on anything. Theyll even give you tips on how to do certain things yourself. Theyre honest people that run a clean, smart, helpful business. Theyve earned every last award and commendation. Ive referred people to them and theyve all come away happy.

My husband’s car had a check engine light and was repaired with what seemed the necessary repairs to fix it. Once those were made and the light was still on, they determined that my husbands car may be still under warranty for a unique issue and the dealership would have to address it. They didn’t charge us the initially quoted amount which was much higher, since the check engine light didn’t turn off. We really appreciate their honesty and willingness to look for what could actually be causing the problem. Thank you so much!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable which left a great first impression. Unfortunately when I needed to get my state inspection, they were having problems with their machine. I was bummed that they couldnt finish the job, but Ill keep them in mind for any future maintenance needs.

This shop is awesome!I needed new brakes and it turned out a few more repairs. I was fixed up in no time. After I left I needed to return to the shop . Apparently there was some air in the brake line. They fixed that right away and I was given a free oil change on my next visit, for my trouble. Great customer service and competitive prices. I went into repair one auto for an inspection, initially. I had just moved from Utah and didn’t know that the check engine light was an automatic fail. They were kind enough to terminate the inspection and explain to me that I wouldn’t pass due to my check engine light. Then they showed me the codes it was pulling and explained each one to me. They described which ones were more concerning and gave me a referral to a transmission shop. I went back a couple weeks later to get a full look over on the car, which was free. They were thorough and John was kind enough to take me out to my car and show me the concerns and give me opportunities to take photos if I wanted. He explained everything to me up close to the car, and took his time with me even though they slipped me in last minute before closing. then they gave me a printout if work needed and taking extra time to note where I can save money in my situation. The customer service is incredible and they are really trying to educate and empower their customers so that they can take good care of their own vehicles. They also were looking for ways to help me save my wallet. I couldn’t be more grateful for the quality of care I was given.

My old transmission had over 220,000 miles and failed abruptly Repair One offered repair alternatives then quickly performed the requested replacement of this major part. The cost of the repair was consistent with the estimate and the work was completed ahead of expectations.

I had taken my car to another shop prior to Repair One. The other shop had told me everything that needed to be fixed and quoted everything with a sense of urgency. They quoted me bare minimum almost $900.At Repair One, they did a much better job at explaining which things were actually in need of urgent repair, why, and what things would need to follow if the original problem was not cleared up by the original repaired part. Although there is a possibility of needing to go back for further repairs in my case, they were able to do the most urgent repair for apps. $190. As someone who doesnt really understand cars and who has a very limited income, I appreciated the way this was handled far better that the $900 shop.

These guys are the best! I had a warning light flash up on my dashboard. They looked at it immediately. Turned out the tires were just low on air. Had my timing belt replaced there recently and they threw in a free inspection report. Very fair place and the staff really looks out for you. They also have a free shuttle service. Cant say enough good things about them. Id give them 6 stars.

I highly highly recommend Repair One - The Woodlands for several reasons. I need my strut assembly on my car replaced, and they did a fantastic job.1. Not only did they quote me $1,000 less than Brake Check, but they got my vehicle repaired in less than 4 hours, without a schedule appointment.2. The employee, John, was extremely helpful and informative from our initial phone call, during my drop off of my vehicle, and during my vehicle pickup. Not once did he try to over-sell or use a scare tactic to getting me to get additional repairs, he was the exact opposite. Informing of what repairs needed to be done next and what he would recommend.3. They provided a shuttle to bring me back to my office. An unexpected offer as I was originally planning to take an Uber.4. These guys had the courtesy to include a bottle of water when I got back into my vehicle.I have been to several other repair shops and have never been as satisfied as I was today. They told me it would be around $400, over the phone, when I actually took it there to be physically looked at, boy did the price change. Now they say it will cost over $1100. I dont like being lied to about what is wrong with my car, instead of just fixing it, they want to completely replace all the parts, which some are still in great shape. I dont think so, they will NEVER get my business. Luckily I found a repair shop that was HONEST, and I will be taking my vehicle there to be fixed. Thank god, I didnt have Repair One in The Woodlands, Texas fix it. This other place is $600 less, and honest!! Why replace something, if it does not need to be, $$$$$$, of course. What a rip off!! It gets harder, and harder to TRUST people these days!! Dont wanna get your vehicle fixed here, unless you wanna pay BIG $$$!!

I have taken my car here for general maintenance several times and have never had a bad experience. Today I brought it in to have them check it over for me before going on a road trip. They thoroughly checked the whole car and gave it a clean bill of health, and explained the one thing they found (slight misalignment that was not urgent) and assured me it would be fine until I got back. They not only did not charge for this check up, but also presented be with a little travel bag for the trip filled with necessities for traveling and other goodies! A very pleasant experience! They have always been very accommodating, efficient and honest in their services.

I highly recommend John and the team here at Repair One. I just relocated to the area and needed to get my Odyssey in for its 60k mile maintenance. They did a great job, including identifying and fixing some minor problems. The most amazing part is that they noticed a cover missing from the front axle, and instead of telling me theyd repair it, they called Honda repeatedly to figure out if it was under warranty. They did figure out that it was under warranty for only 200 more miles and 2 weeks, but Id have to take it to the Honda dealer. And they called me back to tell me that, even though they werent getting any work out of it. Fantastic conscientious service!

I brought my car in for a state inspection and they were able to fit me right in. As I was standing in the lobby, the tech came in and noted that my 3rd brake light was out. He asked the manager if he should complete the test and the manager told him to check and see if they had the light bulb in stock (and to replace it if they did). When my inspection was complete, there was no charge for the light bulb and they told me not to worry about it when I inquired.Repair One is very customer oriented and is focused on building long term relationships (and it shows).

This is about the only car place where you hear phrases like: Your car is still under warranty, you should really have the dealership do this for free. Or All your fluids look fine.
