As a beginner in make-up, I had no idea where to start. All I knew was that I wanted a natural but flawless look. Maggie is amazing! She went above and beyond from picking out the perfect color foundation to showing me a starting skin care routine. I felt comfortable asking her questions and she was so patient with me. She had so much knowledge on the products. As soon as I got home, I went and tried everything in the order that Maggie suggested and I felt amazing!!!! Even my family, who knows well enough that I dont wear makeup, were genuinely surprised that my make-up looked good. Maggie if your reading this, just know that you are doing a FANTASTIC job and I will definitely be back in the future. Thank you for your help!

My boyfriend went in today and spent an extensive amount of time hunting for the list of products I sent him to get. When he called to ask me questions I could hear more than one person helping him. That was awesome, he is very thorough in everything he does and I know he asked a million questions. So thank you guys so much for helping him, he is such a sweetheart and Im glad he had a good experience!

I love coming here and not ever finding shades that I need. I couldCome here several times a month and nothing. It kinda sucks considering I’m always here.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful but Evelyn stood out among everyone she was very helpful listening to my concerns and finding things that best suited me I didn’t feel like she was pushing any products that I didn’t need I feel like I left with all the things I needed and then some seeing as I was looking to switch some things up and for some new things she was also very informative on all things going on at Sephora 1000/10

I visited your store today and the girl in front of the door would not let me in without a mask. I used to shop here frequently but not anymore. I can go anywhere in the mall and no one requires me to wear a mask. Masks do not stop viruses its a proven fact. From now on I will shop elsewhere.

I had a HORRIBLE experience here today unfortunately:/ The employee named jeenie who was outside the doors today ( 9-17-2020) at 2pm was extremely rude. All I asked her was how long my wait would be as I didn’t have a lot of time and just needed a simple answer and right away she was rude with her little head set saying please wait. I waited then with no further response from her as she was ignoring me, I asked again. She finally stated but in a rude tone that she had to check first then proceeded to tell me to wait on the far left side of the door. She then proceeded to tell me the spew about what we customers need to do before she lets me in due to covid scares and even asked me before doing this if I ever been to sephora after they reopened, I stated yes I have twice since then and knew what was expected of me entering the store. She then kept trying to tell me about the, Dont touch this or that and I kept telling her I already knew to please let me enter. I was on a time limit and she was doing this just to be rude and controlling like she didn’t even want me in the store all because I originally asked how long the wait would be as I was the only one outside the door. When she kept the attitude up and seen I was upset due to her rude behavior, she FINALLY let me in and as I was entering, a guy with a black shirt And black short hair who worked at the independent sales stand right infront of sephora Walked passed me saying “ don’t be rude, she’s just doing her job” when for one, he didn’t even hear the convo on how she was rude from the get go and was purposely ignoring me even though I was the only one outside. All because I said I know about the policies?? Like come on! Then when I explained this to my husband when I left the store because there’s no way I’m shopping there being treated so poorly, that same guy butted in mine and my hubby’s convo raising his voice and being super rude:/ I just don’t understand why a grown man would but into a ladies convo not once, but TWICE when none of it pertained to him:/ they both had such disgusting unprofessional behavior and due to this I will NEVER return and will probably cancel my credit card and be done with sephora all together.

I would like to give kiddos to an exceptional employee at this location, Leah the fragrance expert. She went above and beyond during our visit to help my fiancée and I find a perfume and cologne for our wedding day. She was very knowledgeable about different scents, brands, and notes. She was extremely helpful during the entire visit and easy to talk to. I ended up finding a perfume I fell in love with!!! I’m so thankful for her help and wanted to recognize her for doing an AMAZING JOB! Thank you Leah!

Craig and Elizabeth provided amazing and wonderful service about two weeks ago the day of my baby shower. Elizabeth made me feel special and did a superb job on my 60 min make up service. It was an emotional day and Im glad to have been at this store!

The location inside Jcpenney does not do makeup. Which needs to be clarified at appointment. The sephora inside the mall gets 5 stars. Danielle was amazing. She was very attentive and made me feel beautiful. I made the appointment for my wedding and I couldnt have been more pleased with my look. I received tons of compliments and my makeup remained on point until the end of the night. Thank you Danielle!

This Sephora was so helpful in an issue the Sephora in conroe would not help me with. Conroe Sephora wasn’t even friendly about it. The employees and managers at this Sephora, woodlands mall stand alone, were awesome and personable. Will shop here before any other. Thank you!

Kaila Ball has a wonderful personality and a no pressure professional approach. She was so happy and helpful. While she helped me choose the right cologne we talked about my life in Australia. Its 9am on Sunday and I drove 35 minutes to get to the Sephora beauty class only here find the the Woodland location canceled the class and didnt notify me! Over and hour of wasted time! I had been going to the classes at memorial mall and theyve been amazing but I missed the skin class and the woodlands was the only one scheduled for this month. BIG MISTAKE switching. So disappointed that they didnt call or email to say they were canceling! I double checked my email and the reminder email had the right date and location and said Youre enrolled. See you in class I received that email 4 days ago. The girl on the phone told me they changed it last week! So why did I receive a confirmation email 4 days ago?!?! If you want service, make the drive to memorial city mall instead, easier parking and superior staff.

An associate names Rebekah helped me and my friend out and she was awesome! If anyone needs help with skincare make sure you find her she’s amazing!

My friend and I came to Sephora this Wednesday at woodlands mall and we got with Brooke and Brooke did my friend make up while I asked questions. Brooke answered all of my questions clear where I understood and she is very educated on skin care before utilizing make-up. I felt like I was in a make up class. I had a awesome experience and she is so bomb. Even her make-up was bomb. We need more Brookes in the make-up industry.

Has gone downhill. Ive been going to this Sephora for 10+ years. This location used to have employees who were friendly and helpful now when I go in NOONE asks if I need help finding anything. In fact the only time they talk is when asking me to move because they need to reach over me to get a lipstick or etc

Would not shop this Sephora again. I understand they are all about making a sale but I have very sensitive skin and I appreciate that Sephora usually allows samples before purchasing to make sure you would like the product and to keep me from buying a product and having to return it because my skin disagrees with it. However the lady that waited on me refused to give me a sample and told me she would let me try it in the store and then I can purchase it and if I dont like it when I get home I could bring it back. Isnt that the purpose of a sample/tester? Anyhow, I guess if they work on commission its all in making the sale not so much about keeping a customer.

Just had an amazing experience and must share! The main Sephora turned me away when I asked for a mini makeover to try on foundations (because it was too early-10am 🤷🏻‍♀️) So I came into this Sephora inside the JCPenny and Lily was soooo friendly, made me feel special and really knows her stuff! Who knew I was using the wrong shade all these years. They have definitely earned a new customer.

I went in for a make over 😩 and my experience started ok but as the session continued it got worse and worse my “make up artist” did not know what she was doing she said she had 8 years experience LIES ALL LIES! did not know how to outline my eyebrows did horrible on my eyeliner and my lipstick! She stated blending the countour was not necessary😳😥 I looked liked a drag queen with the lashes she put on me!!( Nothing wrong with drag queens but not the look I was going for)! I could of done a better job myself! Oh well you live and learn I got home removed all the garbage she did and did my own make up! 😪🙄😕! And was late to the party!

This place is a mess. I took my girlfriend to get her makeup done they wrre unorganized, the lady was in a rush, they used tester products on my girlfriends face, the brushes werent even clean, they didnt tell us the price of a 55 dollar eye lash!!! And on top of that they didnt give her the look she wanted. Im honestly highly disappointed. I NEVER wrote a bad review but im highly disappointed in this Sephora especially since its in the “woodlands” my girlfriends experience with getting her makeup done in the Willowbrook was VERY different from this experience. Disappointed

I went in last night trying to switch up my foundation for the most at any sephora I go to I have a good to great experience but not at this one. I was wanting to get a new foundation and get matched but the ladies didnt seem to want to help bc all they said was stay with the one you are using. The one I am using isnt giving me the finish hence as to why Im shopping for a new one I will not be going to this sephora anymore. One lady didnt even seem to be listening to what I wanted at all horriable customer service

The sephora is a lot then the other sephora but has better staff and their a lot nicer. But I still hate all sephoras because they are the equivalent to cancer except for this sephora but it still needs improvement
