Shop BBW regularly. Didnt find the sleep (Vanilla&Lavender) body butter, Its been a while since its been stocked anywhere.

I always find myself roaming in here for a candle or 6 and usually end up leaving with everything but.🤗 They usually have good coupons for the body care and you can try the soaps if you like in the sinks. I stock up every other month because the kids love the gentle foaming soaps.. AND I DO TOO! The associates are sometimes knowledgeable about the sales and sale dates to keep you posted and are always willing to help if you have questions. I just started bringing my own bag to keep everything together😎 they have a wide selection of smell goods and even a nice selection of mens products as well.

I highly recommend this place when you are getting to know a new friend. The way they react to smells that I like and dont like kind of let me know what they are going to be like as a person in the long run. Also its really fun and I always find something good no matter the season. Please bring back lemon pomegranate cream as a smell

I love this store. The day I went they were having a great sale. But then again, theyre always having great sales. The Body Cream is my fave. I love the Japanese Cherry Blossom scent!!! Very nice employees.

I work here and it’s always super busy, even on weekdays. We’re constantly moving and going. If we’re busy doing one thing and a customer is by us/ask for help, we drop anything to help! We’re constantly restocking product for customers! We can’t control what we get so if we’re out, we have to wait until they ship us more. We’re all helpful to all customers! It’s our motto to help everyone that walks in! We have greet, talk to and help EVERY customer that walks in! As for the one review about changing your address in stores, it’s difficult to do it on our system because it doesn’t go through correctly and that’s why we suggest you do it through your account online. Sometimes we have huge lines and maybe he was trying to hurry but if you work here, you’d understand. We are all nice and friendly people. Sometimes overly nice. All my coworkers are AMAZING, sweet people. They treat everyone like you’re best friends and it’s an amazing place to work!

They only sell candles, cologne, perfume, lotion, and soaps... they should really rename to body and bath works because i thought it was a gym. Im unimpressed.

I dont have any pictures to post but if you guys know about bath & body works you know how this goes of course we know the Chinese or should I say yeah Chinese cherry blossom is my most favorite but then they aromatherapy oh my God eucalyptus is number 1 fade the sleep number 2 and also you guys should definitely check out the candles Black tie is my most favorite one so you dont buy there and dont forget to download the app and sign up for the emails because the specials will blow your mind you never run out of your favorite

During the pandemic this location is way too Lacks I went to another location in Dallas not only did they had you waiting in line and social distance with the amount of people in the store it was also mandatory that you use hand sanitizer before you went into the store in Dallas the one in the Woodlands not so much Pretty Dirty to Me

This place is one of the best.. only downside for me, is that i dont like all that pumpkin, spice, and cinnamon scents when walking in. But all else was great. As long as i stayed away from the front right side of the store... lol... Service was pleasant, knowledable and friendly.

I wouldn’t go back. The gentleman that helped me, didn’t want to help me change my address in store. He told me to do it online because it’s quicker. In my experience I wouldn’t recommend telling a customer to do something themselves if I’m able to fix the problem myself. To me, I think he was just being lazy. In my honest opinion. Also the lady I asked a question to about a product seemed too busy to even help me out or give me an accurate answer. I asked her to help me find a wall fragrance and she said they didn’t have it. Seconds later, I found it myself. Never going back.

This location at 529 and Highway has the best customer service hands down. The staff always greets you when you walk in and are so helpful. The new location is so pretty.

The workers are so nice its kinda scary. No human is that happy they are clearly dead inside but nice place love the perfumes

This store has moved from the second floor to almost right underneath the old location. Head down the escalator mid mall, and its across from James Avery! Much better layout, they have scaled down a bit and made it less overwhelming to navigate through. Always a helping hand waiting at front to guide you in what you are looking for! Easy shopping here.

Some people may really like the attention of sales people helping them with their purchases. Just my preference that I dont particularly care to be interrupted throughout the store but it was well stocked and had pleasing displays.

Great selection but for the amount of money u pay for the body butter it isnt enough thats why I gave it 3 out of 5 stars cause u can go to Victoria secrets and pay the same amount and get a bigger jar of it.

My wife loves the place and my kids do too if you are ever bored buy a gift card and give it to them and you will buy yourself a few hours of Peace on a weekend.
