The manager Bryce at the woodlands location is extremely unprofessional. He was screaming on the phone to an employee for forgetting to clock out. He was extremely short with me explaining what was going on with my inspection. He made me very uncomfortable insinuating that I was lying about jump starting my battery which I did not!!! I did have my car worked on the day before my inspection. I did not know I needed to wait a few days before having my car inspected. I would never recommend this location to anyone simply because the customer service was so horrible.

I went to that place for the inspection of my car and just because the brake light on the right side was with a small broken line, the man told me that it was not passing, I asked him when you saw that you knew that you would not approve it and he said yes, I told him why you didnt tell me before you made me pay, he said because I cant tell you. I spoke to the manager and he told me that I had to pay. I paid I went to the Cristisnos brothers and they told me that is not a reason, my son called them and told them they stole my mothers money, just because she is a woman, the man lowered his voice and told my son tell She who comes we will return her money. They are abusers. I will never go back to a place where they steal. I recommend Christian Brothers they made my inspection.

Had a tough experience under previous management here, but they honored the significant discount for return services, and even threw in a tire rotation that I badly needed. They were not pushy on recommended services, and were very polite. Took maybe 20 minutes or so even without appointment. Clean facilities, and plenty of outdoor seating if trying to social distance. ;) Will return, love the location. Thank you Jiffy Lube!

I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube location for years. Ive been a very loyal customer. I get all of my inspections, battery changes, and oil changes there and the price has never been as alarming as it was the other day. I went in on Tuesday for a regular oil change and was very disappointed. While the staff is always friendly and polite, I felt like they tricked me this time. They didnt review the prices with me before they started which they always do and even though the attendant asked me if I wanted the SAME oil as last time and I assured him that I did, they put a different kind that cost twice as much as it usually does. Then when one of the staff told me the cost of replacing my windshield wiper pads, he didnt tell me the cost was PER wiper and that was an extra charge. I ended up walking away with an over $100 bill. I didnt dispute it at the counter because they had already done it and Im usually not confrontational but I was pretty shocked and upset. I went home and told my boyfriend about the charges and he assured me it would have been a FRACTION of the cost at another garage.I feel like they tricked me into paying more because I dont know a lot about cars and am not sure on all the prices. That really hurt my feelings given Ive been going to them for almost 10 years and have a great history with them. I dont think Ill be returning.

This place is superb. I’ve had my cars serviced here for several years and have always been very pleased. My experience today topped my expectations. I left downtown Houston this evening and the engine unexpectedly overheated resulting in some automatic shutdown of systems and a warning to turn It off immediately. I pulled off twice, long enough to allow it to cool down some so I could get closer to home. I called the Jiffy Lube and even though they were closing within 45 minutes, they said to bring it there and they could at least check some things to ensure I wasn’t going to blow up before I could get it taken care of. I arrived at 7:17pm and they very pleasantly checked it out and topped off some low fluids. Despite the fact that they were ready to lock up and go home, they didn’t make me feel any worse than I already did for showing up so late. They were quick and helpful and professional.This may be the only review I’ve ever posted, good or bad, but I’ve been exceptionally impressed with the service repeatedly and wanted to thank them.Laura S

Arrived early based on online opening times, but like most businesses, they have adjusted their hours and online posting did not change. Definitely needs to happen. However, the attendant James, arrived early to open store and prepare and he apologized for my inconvenience and completed the service I needed. I was surprised since he could have easily and fairly let me come back. His professionalism and attitude was amazing and rare and I applaud his effort. Very informative of what all I needed done to my truck. I am not the best at keeping up on all the filters and rotations.They provided a good timeline on what was necessary, needed or future concerts. I have never had any issues with Jiffy Lube and have gone to them for my inspections, Oil Changes, brake pad replacements and filter changes. All of their employees are beyond friendly regardless of which location you go to. I highly recommend them.

Went in for an oil change and inspection, and the staff was very sensitive to social distancing, and gave me multiple options for having the services done while maintaining physical space, including not even getting in my car. Best jiffy lube i ever experienced i been going there for the past 5 years love it.

It has taken me a couple of months to decide to write this review. I had an old Chevy Silverado, and was recommended to go to this location by a family member. One day, I went in to get my brakes checked. I also want to say that I had been in at least 4-5 times in the previous month. They turned me away saying they did not have the staff at the moment. So I went to the location on sawmill where I was told my brakes were completely gone and I had to replace the rotors and the brakes. I also found out that my wheel well was very bad and they had to replace it. I could have caused an accident due to these issues. Somehow, in the multiple times I had been in to this location (for oil changes, looking at a check engine light, etc) they missed all of this. I do not recommend this location.

In late January of 2019, I went to this location for an oil change. In the weeks following, my transmission started to shift roughly. When I went for my oil change, the technician recommended that I have my transmission fluid changed as he said Ford recommended trans fluid change at 30K miles, even though my owner manual said 100K. I initially thought they had let some trans fluid out either intentionally or by mistake - which would thus then cause me to go back to have the trans fluid changed. I went to another garage and they discovered my trans fluid was at least 2 quarts low. I went back to this Jiffy Lube location and discussed my situation with James - the manager. They determined that when they did my oil change in January, they inadvertently loosened the trans fluid drain bolt and fluid was slowly leaking out, which could have caused significant transmission damage if it had run totally dry. James was very apologetic and professional and offered to drain and replace my entire trans fluid at no cost to me. Needless to say, I was very impressed at this level of responsible customer service. I will be sure to go back there for my oil changes in the future. Kudos to this Jiffy Lube location!

My windshield wipers were 4 months old...they said one was rotted....not true...... they said my air filter needed to be changed... not true. it was very clean and WHITE. An apple to apple comparison is that WalMart would be about $20 cheaper.And now, the manager replies but fails to address the issue. The guys in shop are paid commission to sell you stuff you dont need. Hey, whats an extra 20 bucks here and there

I had a good experience going in for my state inspection, and a not as great experience going in for an oil change.The gentleman who did the state inspection was really nice and made sure I knew that the Kroger nearby had inspection stickers at the customer service counter. Yea they try to sell you more than you come in for, but I had no problem until their mechanic told me that he had never seen the error code my car was giving and that I should Google it. I usually do not give a negative review but I am Extremely upset with the whole Team that worked on Saturday (May 25 - 2019). I bought a groupon just for the reason that they advertised about their signature service that includes multi-point inspection, glass cleaning, floor vacuuming, tire inflation etc etc. I always go to my dealer for oil change but due to time crunch (said 15% oil light) and distance to dealer shop I decided to purchase the groupon. We waited more than an hour and the car wasnt serviced and then within 5 mins it was all done. I was checking from the glass of break room. The only time they came to me was to sell more services. I was shocked when they just appeared from nowhere with the keys saying its done - I went and noticed that floor was not even cleaned. Told them and they said lets do it - came back with a formality as the third row seating was still not taken care. They even gave a senseless reason why it was dirty - they said they did it but when they took out the air filter the whole car got dirty - Wow!!! Was very upset as I thought that I purchased something for a value price but the cost got more than double as they said it needs synthetic oil and thee coupon covers for regular. Well I understand but it seemed so vague when they asked me what to put on the sticker as Honda doesnt recommend anything. Well if Honda doesnt recommend anything then why does the other dealers put a sticker and why on earth are u asking me what to put. To add more to it I felt cheated as I still have the oil light that says 10% remaining. You are running a shop under a brand name and you do not want to do your duties properly - I really felt that they wanted to just go home and were in a Holiday mood already. When I asked them about vacuuming - they took it very lightly ...brought semi cleaned car and said have a nice weekend in a taunting manner....Horrible. Even when I was trying to understand the adjustment of balance along with groupon...they were giving reasons why they dont prefer all these groupons and rather prefer buying directly. Well who is advertising these on groupon...not me...Extremely Mad with this TEAM

Went to get an oil change first thing in the morning. Not busy. 4 times somebody came in and not once was I acknowledged. When I finally was, after asking, I got a oh I dont do that from a tech who then disappeared back into the workshop. Taking my business elsewhere

James is the manager on staff. Real nice guy and set the expectation that it was 30 min wait till an inspection could be done when I first got there, thats handling supervising well. The problem is 1 hour later still not done and THERE WAS AN ISSUE WIFI WAS DOWN and many people did not have cash. James should phoned someone or I dont know work visciously to get WiFi to work. I only had a debit card and credit card. .they made no attempt to correct it and I was forced to walk to a bank to get cash. I already had to come far because out of north Houston locations that was the only place on a Sunday that had an inspector for state inspections. COMEON million dollar company, I can correct wifi issues. Get ON IT. Get corporate involved. What about the old couple that was not informed on time and was screwed from leaving, the work was already done on their car. No cash, this is 2018 not 2001 get on it theres tons of competition. If I were any staff i would CALL CORPORATE TOMORROW MONDAY AND MAKE SURE IT DOESNT HAPPEN AGAIN, its not a common issue ANYWHERE and they said it happens often for them
