This store is clean and inviting. Clarissa was a true delight when it came to being courteous and accommodating to all of my needs! I will return because of the experience she provided!
Today was my 2nd time visiting this location and both times were negative experiences. I wandered every isle in search of a product with no one ever coming to assist me. One other customer even asked me if I worked there. Staff was present but paying no attention to be present to assist their guests. Felt like Julia Roberts in the movie Pretty Women. Not sure why everyone felt the need to be so condescending at this particular store but I will remember to try a different location next time

I honestly cant say enough about my hair stylist, Rocky!!! I have been going to her for about 2 years now and she exceeds my expectations every time. She is very accurate on what cut, color, treatment is best for my hair at that time. She has such a great personality and I will never go to anyone else!!
This is my second time going back to Amanda for my hair and she’s honestly the best hands down! Worth every dollar spent! She’s very helpful, gives great advice and so much info that really educates you on your hair and how to take care of it. Amanda is the only one I go to for my hair she’s so great and attentive. Definitely the only person I trust now to touch my hair!
I just had a bad experience with an incredibly rude employee. I’ve never had an establishment be so pushy and insistent on getting my personal information. I told them multiple times I didn’t want to give out my number or email. The check out girl Iliana was rude, aggressive, and extremely sassy. She even went so far as to call me rude for not giving her my number after asking to please just be checked out so I can leave (I had already said no 4-5 times at this point). I would suggest not going to this store. Why be treated so poorly when you can just buy makeup online?
My experience in ULTA at The Woodlands was amazing, thanks to Kaila Ball. I can tell she loves her job and the company she works for, by the way she treated me. She offered me her help with a radiant smile and went beyond the extra mile to ensure I had a great customer experience, which she absolutely accomplished. Great costumer service! i normally shop on Ulta’s website only, but now I want to go in person. Kaila Ball was incredibly helpful and wonderful when I was shopping for a last-minute fragrance gift. she went above and beyond and was just all-around awesome!
So disappointed in the way I was treated when I simply asked a question on where a certain product was located in the store.When I went into this store I asked one of the employees ( Black hair, tall, Middle Eastern) if they had The Ordinary skincare brand. She rudely barely pointed to the direction while saying Im going to make it brief and then proceeded to look at me and my sister and say Youre Bold. I do not understand why she would say something like that to me when I asked politely. If the brand is a brand she clearly doesnt recommend, then she couldve easily given other healthier option or explained why its not a good product. Not just walk away.I will never be returning to this store.
10/10 do not recommend the salon side of Ulta. Not sure who cut my hair (some red headed lady) but she was extremely rude and did a terrible job. It def makes the salon as a whole look bad
The location offers lash services just not to me on a Saturday for my moms birthday dinner. I recommend going elsewhere.

I went to get a certain brand of eye cream yesterday and the girl recommended a different brand which is a common occurrence when I shop here. She went over the different brand which supposedly had the eye cream in it and other products. I get home and the item does NOT have eye cream in it! Seriously, now I have to go back and return it. From now on I will politely decline when they want to show me another item. I have a brand/item I like and they are always steering me to something else. Why? This time not even what I went in for.
I went to get my eyebrows tinted by Sierra and she was sooo nice and gentle! She made me feel super comfortable and I almost fell asleep sitting in the chair while she worked. She did a great job

Ulta Beauty has a large stock of all types of beauty items. Hair, makeup, nails, hair tools, and they have a beauty salon. I do not shop this store very often. It is so hard to find someone to answer a question or to help you find a product. The biggest issue I have is with some of the products themselves. They are missing the caps. Some of the spray hair items will be missing caps. A couple of times I asked someone about the cap for the item I wanted and was told that most of the items didnt have them because people took them off so they just left them that way. Um, okay. It would seem as though some type of remedy could be set in place. If people are taking caps off they could easily be putting something inside of the bottles. Another issue at this store is the cash out line. They can have four registers with four cash clerks attending them and the line will be backed up beyond the merchandise shelves. I am at a loss as to why this occurs. I see no reason for it. It takes them so much time to check someone out. This is not an isolated incident. This is every time I have been in the store. I used to visit the previous store down the street and had so much hope that the new location would be an improvement to these issues. Apparently not. Maybe they need new management.
I love the ladies at ulta! I’m a bit of a tomboy and I’m so clueless as to hair and makeup but every time I go in this store there’s always someone to help me and make great suggestions based on my needs. They even explain to me how to apply certain products. I always leave ulta with something new I learned and some amazing products! Best customer service staff EVER!

I love Ulta products, and the customer service their employees provide. I always have my questions regarding products answered in a friendly and informative manner. Many of the customer service representatives go above and beyond helping me and others by demonstrating applications, discussing the various products that can address the particular concerns I have. They make you feel very welcome from the minute you walk in with a friendly hello, until the moment you leave with your new beauty arsenal. Highly recommend this particular store.

Everyone was super nice and welcoming. I came in about an hour before they closed and they didnt try to rush me off at all. Two young ladies helped me search for skincare products and gave me great recommendations! To be honest, I fully expected to be ignored by the staff since it was so close to closing time but I was pleasantly surprised. I will surely be coming to this location more often!After reading some of the reviews for this location, I think I must have been lucky to not meet the manager of this location. Im a dark-skinned woman but I did not experience any racial profiling at this location.

DO NOT get your hair cut or colored by a lady named Rocky!!!! I wasted almost $500 at this place! She did not do my hair the way I asked, despite my telling her and showing her pictures of what I wanted. She is incompetent and unable to do complex dye jobs, but PRETENDS like she can, she did only half of my hair when I told her CRYSTAL CLEARLY if she didnt have time to finish it that day I would come back tomorrow vs. doing half then and half later, she PURPOSELY did half anyway forcing me to come back the next day! I dont like to do bad reviews but this was one of the most terrible experiences Ive ever had at ANY establishment, Ulta should be ashamed having such low class people working there, theyll never get my business again and Im posting reviews ANYWHERE I can about that louse Rocky, BEWARE, YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter and I were initially excited about the expanded selection of this newer relocated store until about 10 minutes after we were inside the store shopping and realized we were being racially profiled. I am all about providing great customer service.. however when we are noticeably being followed by employees of the store as we browse, and asked 8+ times in less than 5 minutes if we “need help finding something”.. I believe we’ve obviously surpassed the ‘good customer service’ threshold.. Needless to say, great selection or not - I won’t return. We aren’t treated like that at Sephora.. or anywhere else for that matter.
Went in to pick up an online order. Store looked very clean and organized. Plenty of personnel standing by ready to help. I was out of there in less than 5 minutes.

I found the perfect hairdresser. She is amazing and gets my color right everytime. When Im done with my hair, I can get all my beauty needs. They have a fantastic selection of makeup, perfume and styling tools. Love my Ulta in the Woodlands.
Ulta at The Woodlands has the products I use, however, they run out of it in the store, so I usually buy it online. I wish there was a way to check before going in and finding they are out of stock.
I HIGHLY recommend Jill. She is Fantastic! She really listens to what you look you want to achieve, and gives you just that. The balayage she did on my hair was so well blended, soeven, and really complimented my skin tone.

Ulta the store is fine but do not, I repeat, go to their hair salon. I sat in a chair and watched the hair dresser attempt to blend my hair with some layers to “frame my face” only for him to cut the front chunk of my hair on one side 6 inches shorter while another hairdresser cut the other side of my head because “the end of his shift was nearing and he wanted to get drinks” so she helped him to speed it up. One could label this as an unfortunate mistake however the entire time he kept telling me the healthiest thing to do for my hair was to flat iron it ever day and reprimanded me when I said I air dry my hair which just shows total incompetence. I write this over a month after it happened because the rest of my hair reaches half way down my back and one 2in wide chunk at the front isn’t even long enough to stay tucked behind my shoulder.
The staff was friendly and welcoming. We were offered help by four different staff members and when we had a question I was helped immediately and offered the product that wasnt in stock to be shipped to me free even though I live in another state. The MAC associates were a great help and wonderfully friendly as well.
I went to get a hair cut and Im usually very nervous, Courtney sat me down and we talked about what I wanted she listened gave me her input and got to work I loved the after and they was she made me feel more comfortable about explaining what I wanted an her giving me her opinion on what would look good..... Ill definitely be going back to Courtney since she does coloring as well as to get a trim later on.

Customer Service was beyond professional the manager today was so very very unprofessional. The girl beensha was clueless as to how to answer my questions. I was in there to exchange one of their bottles of perfume I received as a gift and it broke inside. The pump did. They acted like I was a second class citizen . Like it was coming out of their pockets it’s not my fault it slipped the pump that is. And no it was not empty cause I couldn’t use it! For the inconvenience I was more less punished. Racist maybe? I will never shop there again!!!!!! Shove your points ! CS needs a turnover !!!!

Staff looking at me like I don’t belong and giving me looks from head to toe. I’m literally 8 months pregnant and I’ve never been treated so low. I will NEVER EVER I repeat NEVER go back to this location. I’ll go to sephora or even Walmart before I ever come back to this location. Corporate needs to be called. AND STAFF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. HORRIBLE experience with manager, extremely rude and arrogant. I had a few questions in regards to makeup and she just blew me off like if I wasnt there. She kept looking at me weirdly, and didnt understand why until I came here and read some of the comments. They shouldnt have a manager as the face of the store if shes gonna be racial about customers. I had good money to pay at this location (since now its closer to me) but I cant believe how HORRIBLE and little this person made me feel. If this keeps going on, shes going to end up sooner or later on a video and plastered all over social media, I personally dont think it will be good business for Ulta itself. I love the store, amazing items but poor management. Get this person out of here before she keeps running customers off. Sephora does NOT condone this type of attitude. I will give this store another chance in the near future but this time I will be prepared and undercover, so people can actually witness the way the manager acts and maybe just maybe, ulta will finally wake up. Had an appointment for a blow out and make-up with Trey on 1/11/2020 at the Ulta The Woodlands, he did such a great job. Had many compliments through out the evening.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had an appt today 1/14/2020 at 4:20 pm for an eyebrow tinting and had the most unprofessional experience in my life. I left out of there looking like a fool after spending over $30. I’m at a loss for words for the lack of customer service that’s happening here. The girl that did my eye brows did not seem like she had any clue what she was doing and totally destroyed my face and I have yet to be contacted back by management. NEVER GO HERE.

I wanted to exchange my estee lauder foundation for a different shade . I was greeted by Katherine . As she was color matching me she asked what products i used on my face . I told her about my exfoliater and we both agreed it wasnt working for my skin. She recommended the murad one. She had great conversation and just really knew what she was talking about as far as ingredients and taking care of skin . Ive never had anyone at ulta be that genuinely nice and/or knowledgeable towards me.
Had a 20% off coupon that I used twice and they said I could use again until December 24. Had $250 worth of merchandise and was told I could not use the coupon again even though I was told earlier in the week by their sales associate that I could. Left everything and went to Sephora - I would much rather pay full price at a place with exceptional customer service.
Both times that i went to this store i walked out upset. I had a really hard time getting anyone to help me and i had to go search for someone. on top of that their attitudes sucked!!! 👎👎👎👎👎 Keep in mind ive spend over $250 both times. Thats it for me and Ulta, never again. There are pleanty of other stores plus duh online ordering..... i will still get mine honey! 💅💄👜
Really despise Being watched like a hawk. It was obvious. Makes one feel singled out as if I were trying to steal. Not once was I offered help, yet everyone els sure was.... Mind you I paid almost 300$ on my purchase. I liked the older location. They had older sales rep/ makeup artist that would help out and ask if you needed assistance.... not sure if it’s just me but the younger ones just have an “eh” attitude.

Stopped in last night to pay on my credit card. The lady at the front was so bothered that she was even at work. I politely advised that I was just stopping in the pay my card off. She then replies we dont take payments in store. I advised her that I have several cards with Comenity Bank and am able to make payments at other stores. Also informed her because of this I would probably get a late fee because I didnt make my payment earlier in the day because I felt confident I was able to make it instore. She then threw her hands in the air and made big eyes at me and said well what goes on between you and your credit card is your business, not mine. I honestly was so shocked at her lack of customer service and rude response! I then said well thats unfortunate that for a measly balance of $55 that I now have to pay $55 plus a $25 late fee all because you cant take a payment. He last response was yea sorry we are not that sophisticated yet. Then whole experience absolutely ticked me off. I will NEVER step foot back in the particular location EVER! Her customer service was absolutely awful!

Everyone in there is super nice and helpful. One of the makeup reps sat with me and talked about all my concerns and worked with me for a couple hours trying to find products that worked and matched my skin tones. Which is hard enough but she did AH-mazing.

As someone who is not educated in the world of makeup and beauty, I have felt stupid multiple times in the store due to staff. Recently, I came in to return a serum that left my face sticky, and the manager was able to return it without a problem and offered to help find a staff member to help me with finding a new one. The girl I was given to showed me an expensive product that was outside my current budget, and when I told her, her response was how cheap do I need to go?. Not what is your budget, or let me show you a few other products. She then took me to the Neutrogena asile and said she knew nothing about it so we just stood there. She mentioned another product that just came in and asked if I wanted to see it, and I said yes. I waited for about 5 minutes when I noticed she was helping other customers in the expensive side of the store. So apparently I didnt matter because I couldnt afford a $60 dollar serum. Luckily Lindsey came over to help me and she was awesome. I booked a facial appointment this week because of her. This was a saving grace and I hope to see ULTA step up their game. I get the get commission but a lifelong shopper earns you more money in the long run.
Im disappointed that what shows up in stock at this location online isnt actually in stock. I felt like I was bothering the store employees when asking for help and then I wasnt able to find anything good as a replacement. Now I have to go somewhere else.
Super helpful staff and were able to get my eyebrows waxed and lashes put on within 10 mins of me walking in. Every staff members that helped me find things was very friendly with big smiles.
My favorite hairstylist at the salon, Amanda, if you looking for a great haircut or a new hair color, she’s the best, I’ve been her client for over 5 years and she never disappoints me, she always understands what I really want, that’s why I trust her all the time!!
