Ameen and Aj were wonderful! They got all of my furniture in and set up really quickly while still taking time and care to make sure nothing was damaged or anything was scratched up. They also arrived early! Another great experience from them and The Rustic Mile!

Caveat emptor - they will sell you junk then claim it is the rustic look while hiding behind their no returns policy. We purchased eight dining room tables from them and what we received was junk. These eight chairs cost almost $4,000 and took 14 weeks to make, when we arrived at the store to pick them up we noticed all had been damaged in transit. While noting all the shipping damage we saw the poor quality of the materials and workmanship. Broken wood; scratched, torn and stained leather; large wood compound patches and wood separation were initially explained as rustic before the management admitted to the poor quality of the chairs. They then quote their receipt where you are told there are no returns. If you have to buy from The Rustic Mile only buy something from the floor that you can thoroughly inspect before the purchase. There are many other rustic furniture stores, you are better off shopping elsewhere.

Love my furniture! The quality and price of the furniture is great. Due to the 2021 freeze we had to renovate our bedroom. Thomas coordinated the delivery of our furniture with the completion of our renovation. Customer service was excellent and delivery personnel were awesome,. From the time of purchase to delivery, I felt I was valued as a customer.

We purchased a dining table set, an ajustable bed and barstools and the team have been Great, making sure All have been exactly the way we want it. The furniture is beautiful and well made. Came in way earlier then exspected.

Delivery guys were very friendly and very professional. Set the table, chairs, and bench up and made sure we were satisfied with it all. Asked if we wanted them to put some floor savers on the bottoms of the chairs for us but we opted to do so ourselves, so they left us enough for everything. Great job!

The table is absolutely stunning! After visiting the store in person, and seeing some amazing dining room tables, i went online to just look around. Found a gorgeous table that I purchased. Dottie was very helpful and informed me of the process very well.Buying a large piece of furniture like this without first seeing it, definitely has its risks, but I knew after I saw the quality of the inventory in the store, there was nothing to worry about. The table surpasses my expectations and was delivered weeks earlier than planned.The delivery was wonderful with Amine. He was extremely professional. An absolute fantastic delivery.For sure I will be buying more pieces here for my home.

Thomas and Dotti went above and beyond, to help me furnish an apartment in Baytown with only a few days notice. I was not able to get to their store, so they sent me pictures and took the time to answer all my questions. The delivery showed up exactly when scheduled, and made the whole experience a pleasant one. The furniture is lovely and so are they. Hats off to the both of them!

Purchased items I was told on sale. Also had sign with clearly marked item #s and prices. After paying for bed and dresser I realized I was charged $100 more for bed. Brought to the attention of the store associate. Signs were printed incorrectly (cheaper) then should have been. Store realized the mistake and honored price as advertised. Apologized for mistake and made it right.Very happy with quality of furniture and will shop there again.

We purchased 4 chairs and two barstools nearly 9 weeks ago. We are promised a delivery of 6-8 weeks. I was told this week that the 4 chairs should be here in two weeks (that makes a delivery time of 10 weeks). I was also told they do not yet know when the barstools will arrive. I indicated two days ago that I wanted to just cancel the barstools. I have not yet received a response. There has been zero communication from the store since they got half of money more than 2 months ago. They tried to get me to pay for all of it up front - glad I didnt. Very disappointing that the delivery can be this bad. I was planning on getting a few more things for the house, but their complete lack of customer service has me scared to give them any more money.

Rustic furniture. Mostly stained or unfinished pine. Some cool Texas wall hangings and table lamps. Weve purchased 3 furnitures pieces so far.

I love my bedroom furniture that I purchased. The Delivery drivers Was terrible . One of the guys that was delivery my furniture pants was falling down and he didnt have a belt on to hold his pants up so as they was carrying my dresser into my home his pants was falling down so he drop my Dresser on my tile floor and damage the bottom of my dresser also damaged my tile floor 1 piece of my tile cracked into pieces they had to pay someone to come out repair my tile. but they never ask to replace my dresser that they damaged. They didnt give me a discount. I still need to purchase nightstands to match my Dresser and bed, but believe me it wont be from the rustic mile!!!!

Shannon and his whole crew were great to work with. They took time to understand what I was looking for and help me get it at the best price possible. The furniture itself is quality and solid wood for just a little more than you would pay for particle board items at IKEA. I will definitely be buying more of our furniture from them in the future.

Great furniture and service

Not thrilled with the service. I ordered a dining set. I just called to see if there was a delivery date. Lady seemed annoyed and said we call you when there’s a date. She asked for my name & said well you ordered on the 13th & today is the 10th so no your table is not ready (I never asked if it was ready). Then goes on to say it takes 4-6 weeks. I let her know I was only following up because the sales gentleman told me 4 weeks. Then she goes on to say the furniture is made in Mexico then shipped & continued on with the process (I never asked any of these questions yet she was still going on & on. I was only calling to follow up.) A simple answer like we will call you once it arrives would have been enough. I don’t need sassy remarks.

Very unorganized when it comes to delivery, my dining room table just sat in the warehouse for a week. I was told someone would contact me to schedule delivery and no one ever did. We had to call them and get answers. This place is a joke communication wise

Horrible experience! I purchased a piece of furniture that was back ordered for at least 4 months. I realized I could not wait that long to receive the furniture so asked they refund my money. They would not refund my money without charging me a hefty restocking fee. A “restocking” fee for a piece of furniture I never received!! It took days and several phone calls to get a manager to even call me back. I will never buy furniture from this store again and they had little regard for losing a repeat customer.
