Poor communication skills. I would not recommend. I was told if you do not like the mask that you have, you can come back in within two weeks of picking it up and exchange it for a different style. What they do not tell you is, you only get one exchange for free. After that it is 110.00 to 150.00 per mask. Well this is my first time with a CPAP machine so how am I to now what works best?
