Lauren was so very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She had my mom try several different mattresses to find just the right ones e for her. Not pushy about the sale. Lauren just wanted to fit my mom in the right mattress for her. I will definitely go back to her for my mattress needs.

Let me first start by saying how great Paul is.. I have been to so many Mattress Firms, and this was the first time the sales man/woman was not pushy. He was super helpful, listened to what we said, showed us exactly what we needed and made the checkout super easy. Karin is amazing! Ive bought mattresses for more than 30 years and the only question Ive ever been asked is: How much do you want to spend?Karin asked my wife and me about how we were sleeping and asked specific questions about our sleep style and how each of us felt when we got out of bed. She also asked if we had back problems or other aches and pains. She then directed us to a mattress she felt would fit us based upon what she learned. The mattress didnt feel quite right and she listened to our feedback about what we didnt care for in the mattress. She then suggested another mattress which felt better but not perfect. The third suggestion was the charm and ultimately the mattress we purchased. Karin explained the technology in the mattress that explained why we werent feeling as comfortable in the first one. Because she understands the technology in the mattresses, not just the price, she was able to steer us to a mattress that felt perfect!I appreciated the fact that Karin took time to educate us on the technology in the mattresses. She also created a relaxing environment and encouraged my wife and I to spend at least 7 or 8 minutes on the mattress so our body could adjust to it. She was also careful to ensure we used the same pillow on each mattress. Karin explained that changing the pillow will change our perception of the mattress and we needed to control the variables so we selected the right mattress. Karin even brought my wife a weighted blanket so she felt even more comfortable and like she would feel at home.While we were at the store, another family came in and I was impressed that Karin was able to give all of us the attention we needed. She is a true professional!I had no idea of the different technologies in mattresses and how they influence our comfort and sleep. Karin did a wonderful job of educating us on the technologies and based on our feedback was able to direct us to a mattress that I am certain will serve us well and be very comfortable for many years! If you want to improve your sleep or the sleep of friends or family, go talk with Karin. She will take the time to understand what you need and offer suggestions on what will meet your needs.I t has been a long time since I was in a store and the salesperson wanted to understand me, instead of just trying to sell me something. I encourage you to go visit with Karin. Youll walk away better educated and feeling valued! And you might even find the perfect mattress like we did!

They say you can return a mattress if you dont like it for a 10% re-stocking fee, but that is a lie. My mattress did not fit my bed and they would not return or exchange it with something the appropriate size for my bed online. I bought the smallest height of mattress they had, but should have measured! You will not be able to return or exchange for something that will work for you. They also lied saying they didnt have any other mattresses at other stores. Also, this mattress is so hot to sleep in. I didnt turn my heater on last night and it got to 62 degrees in my house and I was so warm. Its NOT a temper pedic either. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Talk about customer service..this place is amazing. Sherry called me after mattress was delivered to check on things. I happened to mention a small glitch with delivery and BAM she took care of it. Bought a couple mattresses there a while back. The salesman kept trying to upsell me, so I left and came back another day. Another guy made the sale. I really cannot stand salesmen who wont accept a no. I know some people think thats what theyre supposed to do, but I for one find it obnoxious. Just be friendly, answer my questions, provide a quality product, and make sure I get what I need. Thats how you make happy customers.

They had a great salesman, Chris Thacker. He was very informative and friendly. I didnt feel at all weird taking forever on each mattress, because he paced his discussions really well. Of all the sales people I talked to, he gave me the most information about the warranty policies, which is welcomed. I like that they sell really good mattress covers (to prevent stains and whatnot) such that your warranty should remain intact.

Great experience at the Lake Woodlands Mattress Firm. Came in to buy mattress protectors and ended buying mattress protectors and a NEW mattress. I high suggest you go talk to Brooklynn, she knows a lot about mattress and we bought more than what we were looking for!

I really dislike mattress shopping, mine was old and my back was hurting but the thought of pushy sales people was keeping me from walking in the doors, this place proved me wrong. Lorene was so professional, warm and friendly. She knows her stuff and helped us find our new Tempurpedic that we love. We even went and tested sleep number but Lorene won our hearts and backs. My partner and I have opposite tastes as far as our bed firmness goes and with Lorene’s help we found a good one for both of us. Thank you for your wonderful customer service and for a great buying experience.

First Experience: This place is an absolute mess. They delivered one part of my matress/set to one store and delivered the other to a different store. Didnt offer to have it delivered nor brought to the correct store for pick-up. Told me to go pick it up myself. So I did and just wrote it off as an accident.Whatever, it happens....right....you would think.Second Experience: My girlfriend purchases a matress on a Friday and the delivery date issued for pick-up was for the following Monday. Sounds really good right...or is it?Monday came and NO matress, same went for Tuesday after we attempted to pick it up AGAIN. Told it was on the truck.Skipped Wednsday pick-up due to bad storms. Send out a truck to pick it up today, Thursday, and guess what NO MATRESS.Was told ITS NOT MY FAULT and to drive to Lawrenceville (their local warehouse) and pick it up myself. What the hell? Heck no. This isnt my problem, its yours! What a joke.Our advice. Stay the hell away. Far, FAR away. Zero customer service, Zero coordination and Zero more business for this company.
