I had a wonderful experience with Brandt and Mattress Brands. I was able to not only get an amazing price on my new mattress, which I am already in love with, but also incredible customer service.When I was unable last second to make the trip to Conroe to pick-up my mattress, Brandt made it work to get it delivered to me the next day (mind you I live in Austin...which is 3 hours away). You dont find customer service like this much anymore and I highly recommend buying your next mattress here. Highly professional and just an amazing shopping experience overall.

Chance was a very knowledgeable salesperson. He was very friendly, helpful, and used low pressure sales. We bought a mattress, slept on it for 45 days and decided we needed to exchange for a different one. He made the process of exchanging it so easy. The customer service was top notch!

Found a mattress I love for only $50 more than the cheapest available in Conroe. Even better, didn’t have to wait a week for it to be delivered. The boss wrapped it up, delivered it himself after close, carried up to my third floor apartment door for me, and left me alone. I’ll add that I’m not that pretty, so you know that’s plain good customer service.

First, let me say that the Nectar Mattress we purchased is OUTSTANDING! I didnt realize how much our old mattress was affecting my body.However, I will say that if you live in the Houston area, do not buy from The Woodlands or Conroe store. I would purchase directly from Nectar Mattress online.The salesman, Joshua Elliott, does not honor his word. After doing some comparison shopping, we decided to go and test one out. Once we decided this was the right mattress, Josh let us know they offered the same price as Nectar online (which was correct). He also shared the mattress protectors and sheets were on sale. And my husband asked if he offered a military discount. Josh said he could throw in an additional $50 off.Because this mattress was for our RV, we wanted to measure everything to ensure it would fit in the space. So, we offered to come back the following day to make the purchase.The next day, I came back by myself and purchased the mattress and everything seemed to check out. Later my husband asked me if Josh gave us the discount. When I checked the receipt there was no $50 discount as hed promised the day before.So, I returned to the store to bring it Joshs attention and he said he couldnt because the sale had been closed. Then proceeded to get me to try to spend more money suggesting he could give us a discount on another purchase or buy one, get one. I told I was only interested in him honoring his word. Honestly, we didnt care about the money, but he could have offered us a set of sheets to make up the $50 difference.Then he said that they sell the Nectar Mattress cheaper than Nectar online (which is a lie). The day we inquired in the store, he specifically said they offer the same price as Nectar (and I verified it right there in the store). At that point, I realized that I was dealing with a sleazy salesman. Anyway, if you buy a Nectar mattress, just deal with the company online. And if you prefer to buy one at a store, dont buy from Mattress Brands in the Woodlands or Conroe. If you inquire before buying, get everything in writing!!!Other than the selling experience, the mattress sleeps great! My back has thanked me every night since we brought it home.

Hi my name is Martha Herrera and I set out today to put a bed together that I had purchased online a couple of weeks ago… My brother-in-law came and put it together and I realized that I needed a boxspring. I had a pretty stressful day trying to get everything organized and put together it was 6:30 in the evening and I called mattress Brands in the woodlands Mall, and spoke to A gentleman named Chance, and I had expressed to him how important it was for me to find a low profile queen box spring, and needed it delivered. Chance called the location in Conroe and spoke to the owner to find out that they had one in stock… So I called the Conroe location and spoke to the owner myself and within 45 minutes, my Low profile box spring was delivered to my door.
