The only reason I even gave the star I gave was because I had to in order to post! No stars deserved unless they are negative! It took me months to get out from under over $4K of debt for equipment sold to me that was broke when I got it, replaced so many times that they REFUSED to replace it again and NEVER actually worked! The ONLY reason I got out from under this is because I happened to catch a corporate level executive by chance and explain what was going on.The local store and the regional manager ONLY care about $ and not bringing anything beyond their level of management even if it leaves you holding the bag. To top this all off, I bought the maximum protection, warranty and set-up available for the entire thing to include an in house warranty of 10 years!To top it all off, when the sales agent called and I informed him that I put in a dispute with the creditor to investigate while refusing further payment because they can’t legally force me to buy a product that was broken from day 1 and never worked, he got nasty and blamed me! I have NO understanding why anyone would want someone like that representing their business!The chain blamed the manufacturer and the manufacturer blamed the chain. The whole time, they were trying to DEMAND payment with NO in reparation! The bottom line is that once it’s in your home, NOTHING else matters to these vampires except getting your $ in spite of ANY circumstances! Don’t expect ANY kind of a break here regardless of ANY mitigating circumstances. I wouldn’t send my enemies here!

Patrick, the store associate, at the store located inside The Woodland near the Mall was very helpful and helped identify the most cost effective mattress for my guest room. I was able to try out the specific mattress that l was thinking of buying.I called back later to place the order and I was able to do everything with one simple call and pay via link emailed, and get delivery scheduled same day or next day or whatever day I chose. Deliver to the front door was no charge, which is a great option as I was just replacing the mattress and did not need any help setting it up.

Felt so welcome, and also the staff is really helpful in helping you find the perfect mattress. Mr. Patrick was amazing, you can tell he really love what he does. He made my husband and I feel welcome. He knew the products and took us through everyone of them so we can get a feel of the mattresses. At the end of the day we ended up buying an awesome mattress. I will buy here again!

Worst ever, order mattress, delivery kept changing. Finally requested refund and now the company said it takes 10-14 days. So unfair. It took one day for the company to get my money and it takes half a month for me to get what is mine.

Today. we bought our second mattress in the past year from Laura at the Lake Woodlands store. We went back to the store looking for her and were so happy to see her! Not only is she very friendly, but she is also extremely knowledgeable on all products they carry.We had bought a BeautyRest from Mattress Firm back in 2014 that was sagging and had become uncomfortable. We followed the warranty claim directions and are happy that Mattress Firm is picking up and taking our old mattress back and offered us a credit toward a new mattress. Called to cancel delivery, but had difficulty getting a live rep to facilitate. Contacted this local store (who we should have visited to begin with) and spoke with Manager Matthew Alley. He was patient while listening to the mistakes we made on our end and got the delivery cancelled immediately with a quick call. They say you can return a mattress if you dont like it for a 10% re-stocking fee, but that is a lie. My mattress did not fit my bed and they would not return or exchange it with something the appropriate size for my bed online. I bought the smallest height of mattress they had, but should have measured! You will not be able to return or exchange for something that will work for you. They also lied saying they didnt have any other mattresses at other stores. Also, this mattress is so hot to sleep in. I didnt turn my heater on last night and it got to 62 degrees in my house and I was so warm. Its NOT a temper pedic either. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I purchased a beautyrest black firm back in May from Rooms To Go. It ended up being way too firm and causing severe cervical pain. Unfortunately, Rooms To Go’s return policy only allowed for returns within 7 days. I came in and explained my situation and exactly what type of bed I needed. Matt was very helpful in finding the right bed for me and staying within my price range. I was shown all of my options for my price range and comfort level. Matt was very knowledgeable of the beds and providing education on which mattresses would provide the proper alignment for my spine. I went to Star Furniture prior to coming to Mattress Firm. Star Furniture was very pushy by comparison and only seemed to care about selling. Another plus is Mattress Firm’s return policy of 120 days. I will definitely return to mattress firm in the future over other furniture stores (Star, roomstogo).

It is quite refreshing to consult with a salesperson who is knowledgeable without being aggressive; who listens well and offers compassionate, instructive wisdom in what can be a confusing process of purchasing the proper mattress, as the technology has really evolved. Such was my experience with William at Mattress Firm in The Woodlands. Tired of sleepless nights and a weary, sore body, I visited Mattress Firm with the hope that I could be led in a proper direction to meet both mine AND my husbands needs. William delivered! After listening and asking questions for a few minutes, he led me to the mattress I ultimately purchased. This is our fifth night on the mattress and I have woken up each morning knowing I have had a restorative nights sleep. I followed his instructions meticulously in helping the mattress to loosen up and buying the appropriate sheets and mattress cover. I fully expected to have that break-in period wherein your only hope is that the mattress you bought will someday feel as good as the one you laid on in the store. Not so! From the first night, we have been cozy sleepers. Thank you William!The delivery went without a hitch. The website eventually narrows down your original window to a 30 minute time period (via GPS real-time tracking of the driver on his route), so not waiting around all day long for your delivery. The men were efficient, friendly and neat! Hauled away the old....no extra charge.I would encourage anyone shopping for a good mattress to visit this store. There are mattresses in all price ranges and the sales personnel are exceptional. Ask for William....you wont be sorry.
