Very Rudy, I was polite waiting on her to take her time with one customer, clearly ask how can I help you, my response was just to ask questions about the plan and service I can wait until your done with the customer, employee responding what are wanting to know? As if she was dealing with a customer I find that to bad service....top it off when I walked in there was no hello welcome to cricket I will be right with you in a moment....all my years one thing Ive learned in customer service, greetings, and not making customer feel as why you come here, please teach of greetings, if youre dealing with one customer please take care of them before jumping to the next

My cell phone service was through cricket wireless. Had pretty good service for the most part and the employee was always really nice and respectful and always made sure everybody was taken care of.

Absolutely the best customer service ever!! The employees there now, especially Tiffany, deserve a raise!! This is probably the best crew thats been there since opening this building and yes, Ive been with Cricket that long!!!

Your employees stuck in a 40.00 charge for a cell phone cover.i told them I didnt want it.they would not refund my money. Ill let other people be the judge for that. 40.00 cell phone cover.thats. reduclious

Owner of this location please contact me. Im a former cricket employee and customer with unlimited service plan. Came in and gave Elizabeth over 150 dollars for a new servuce on a galaxy s7...phone doesnt work and lissett .Cant fix or issue refund . phone was NOT tested upon payment completion. Will report to cricket hq and bbb.

I had the worst experience here ever... I signed up for service for two lines and I went home didnt have any service in my home at all or outside at all... they told me I had service in this area but didnt... The manager was a lier and was calling corporate a lier... She had no business being a manger..they have a 7 day policy and didnt honor there policy ...120.00 dollars waisted.. if u want good service stay away from Aya Kathir Store Manager.., I think corporate should fire her before she steals from more customers...
