This store has a pleasant staff. Very helpful. A bonus, they dont try to sell you anything. Believe it or not, a specialist helped my 83 yo mom and she left happy and satisfied. Thank you.

Spent two hours waiting just to talk to someone and there was only four people in there. The two people they were helping us and the guy in line behind us. The guy in line after us just left. All we wanted done was to get a Apple Watch reset and they couldn’t even do that. They told us we would have to set up an appointment with Apple.

I recently switched to T Mobile. I went online to do the switch and that was a mistake! I ended up going to a store after I received my SIM cards in the mail.. which I should have done to begin with. Once I got to the store I was helped by a associate of T-MOBILE named Chris. He had trouble switching me because my old carrier was not making it easy for him. I will have to say Chris went above and beyond to help me with this process. He was very informative and patient and answered all my questions. With the exception of one Customer service rep..The people I had to deal with on the phone and online were rude and acted like I was bothering them. One lady in the porting department told me I had “2 minutes “ to do what I needed to do. But Chris and the nice lady that was working with him went above and beyond! They made me happy that I made the switch! People online and the reps who answer the phones should take a lesson from the two associates in Thomasville NC. They are the best! Thank you Chris !

I Switch from straight talk to T-Mobile today. The Rep Pora and Andrew the manager was very helpful. The customer service from this location (by walmart) was phenomenal. Pora was so helpful and knowledgeable you can tell she has been there for a while loved working with her.Andrew the manager fed me great information on a lot of things that T-Mobile had going on. I will be sure to work with them again.

Dont catch them if they got somewhere to go. One employee helped me for 5 minutes, said let me see if that promotion is active, walked in the back room, came out 5 minutes later with her purse amd walked out the store. Someone else came up and had to start all over. And that one lost interest in helping me when.i asked why my deposit for Jump On Demand was twice as much for a phone that was the same price as the one I had. I like Tmobile, but I will definitely find a different store

Im not an easy win, but Eddie showed the professionalism & dedication that a representative or ANY person in management should have. Very informative (100% truth) and most of all, his patience with my indecisiveness made me a new T-Mobile customer. Thank you to the staff & a big kudos to Eddie!!

I am very happy and highly satisfied with the GREAT customer service I received from Chris the assistant manager. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and was able to answer every single question I had to ask. He took his time to help me each and every step of the way, and he also seems to love his job. Very efficient, great customer service, and very helpful! This is the first time Getting service through Tmobile period and I am very happy with my new iPhone 11!The prices are waaaay better than the last service I went through and HAS DEFINITELY SAVED ME ALOT MORE MONEY THAN MY LAST PROVIDER(AT&T). And even if it was the same price as my last provider I’d be more willing to pay to Tmobile because they just have sooo much more to offer and no hidden fees or surprise fees that mind boggle you when it’s time to pay up! I definitely STRONGLY recommend Tmobile to ANYONE! And that’s just facts!

Had great service here. I was greeted as I walked into the store and asked if I needed help. The workers were very polite and helpful. I was assisted very well at this store really recommend it to others.

I had a great fortune of finding this store. Ive been to many other T-Mobile stores and Ive not been treated with respect. Unlike others I enjoyed the service here with many hardworking employees that helped my find exactly what I needed. I will be returning here in the future.

Went to this store because my phone is not charging. Sarai, Travis and Jorge went above and beyond to try to assist. They even called customer care on my behalf because of the particulars of my situation. Although my situation was NOT resolved by multiple tiers of customer care at the call center, I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and the genuine effort they put in to try and help me out. I was on the phone with customer care way past closing time. We never felt rushed. They felt my pain and tried rep after rep to try and get a satisfactory resolution for us. How I wish that associates at the store had the flexibility and means to take care of this issue instead of having to speak with 5 agents over the phone and yes... having to replay the issue EACH time. We were at the store on the phone for about 2 hours.To Sarai, Travis and Jorge... again we say THANK YOU!

Went in and brought a phiebbfirnmy daughters birthday and was helped with everything I needed. The lady and man who took care of everything were very friendly and knowledge about the phone I was buying. Will definitely use this store again for future needs.

I switched to T-Mobile at this store from VZW, they told me they would pay for my disconnection fee if I switched. So i did. Well after i traded in my VZW phone to them I received a $200 prepaid card. They told me I would get this AND another card for my phone pay off. Ive been waiting 3 months, getting the run around, today they tell me that was a promotion and you cant have both. T-Mobile needs to do better with teaching employees and customer service reps. Its like no one can help me!!!!

We arrived at the store at 8:38pm to purchase an accessory for my phone. The fence was pulled down over the windows and the doors were locked. When my husband tried to open the door he found it was locked and the employees made hand signals and shook their heads in a “no” motion informing him “were closed.” He was back in the car by 8:40 still 20 minutes before they were scheduled to close. We then tried to call and they would not answer the phone. Needless to say we won’t be taking our business to this store anymore.

Do not go to this store. The manager refused to sell me a phone unless I financed it. I will be contacting t mobile about the shady business practices happening with Mobile Store Operators LLC.
