I walked in to the Verizon store 2 days in a row for help with my account. Both days I was told that I could go online and take care of my issues. So my question to Verizon is why do you have stores if you tell your customers to go online to take care of the issues ? Might as well close the stores, save $ paying associates, maybe you can lower the price on phone plans or phones period.

I came to the store to upgrade one phone but due to the awesome help from Huey Turner I left with three new phones for my family. Huey made sure all the info from my old phones was transferred to the new phones and he helped install the screen protectors for the phones. He answered all my questions. I’ve never had a better experience at a phone store before. Everyone should definitely ask for Huey when they need a new phone. He is the BEST!

Took my son’s new phone to be repaired after day five. Was told it would take and hour. Told them I’d be back in 1.5 hours. Came back and waited another 2 hours. Maybe it’s just the branch. Don’t waste your time getting serviced here unless you have ALL day. Fu@&king ridiculous!

So Huey became my companys phone guy about 3 years ago. He has always been there for all of our needs. He has the heart of a teacher....he takes his time and never gets ruffled, no matter what comes his way. Id like to give Huey the highest rating available, and say I recommend him to all my fellow realtors and friends. I stopped by a couple weeks ago having trouble with my phone, in short it was messed up, old, screen cracked and my elipsis jet pack almost obsolete. I was due for an upgrade or something newer. Our experience with Verizon in Thomasvillle was flawless....Huey is on point....my wife and I dread the phone renewal process, especially when we’re changing providers.....we’ve been with AT&T for 8 years and because of a work discount for Verizon we checked it out....the plan was better even without the discount....Huey had us set up completely and so far we are very happy with our service....if you come to Verizon in Thomasvillle see Huey....

Due to an unexpected death in our family we needed to go to Verizon to speak with a representative. HUEY TURNER was so helpful in trying to get this matter cleared up for us with a large amount owed by the deceased that his elderly 86 yr.old mother could not pay. After waiting 2 hrs & Mr.Turner helping us we were told to expect an Email from Verizon & when the death certificate came in 2 weeks later we were to send a copy of death certificate to the emai address that we provided, but no e mail ever came to us from Verizon. We came back again to Verizon & asked mr.Turners help to get this situation taken care of! We appreciate his help so much!.He has been a God send for us!!..Thank you!

Ive been in here a few times, and every single time Ive always been made to feel not only welcome, but wanted. Im greeted by staff who go above and beyond to help me in any way, even if its with an issue. You just dont get customer service like that most places anymore. Most recently, I had the absolute pleasure of working with Stephanie and Ethan-- I came in with a bit of a doozy and they both worked hard to help me solve it, never once making me feel unwelcome or like I was bothering them. In the future, when Im asked by friends or family what store I recommend, itll always be this one.

I had an issue with my bill and I came into the store and they were great. They looked at my account went through everything changed my plan added safety mode so I never go over and also help me change my address and took the time to make sure everything on my account was the way it should be. Joshua Spell was a great help explaining and updating our Verizon plan. I was able to get a new phone, transfer the data, and switch phone plans in a timely manner. We worked together for two days and he made the process a breeze. We came in 30 min before closing and he willingly stayed late until we were all set with the new phone! His positive attitude and perspective was so welcoming and encouraging. I highly recommend anyone with any questions or trouble to seek him out!

I reached out to Huey on his vacation and after talking to him, I still waited 4 days without my phone until he got back. My phone was broken and they were able to upgrade me to a new phone without having to pay off my old phone. The service was great and they really discussed everything with me so I would understand. This will be the only store for Verizon I will ever go to in the future.

I came in with a broke phone and Andrew helped me pay off my old phone and get me a new phone. He looked at my bill and was able to save 15.00 per line by updating my plan, keep in mind I have 5 phones so that was a savings of 75.00 per month. She and Jeremy were working last night and they were very busy - She was not able to get to me until right at closing, but she did not hesitate helping me when she could have very well told me that it was closing time and I would have to come back tomorrow. I had a bill that came in with a 255.00 charge that I did not understand why. The gentlemen Andrew helped me call in and get this false charged removed and my bill fixed and resolved. I was really worried as this is automatically drafted monthly and I did not want this big charge to come out of my account. He took his time and made sure my bill was fixed and resolved and it would be the normal cost of 60.00 instead of 300.00. Going forward I will make sure to only deal with him and I am so thankful that this was fixed promptly and immediately.

Need new glass case cover replaced (they said) also none in store. Said they should have one in by Friday. (We are out of town) said they would call us to come by as soon as they get it. This is going on 3 weeks, no call do date.!

I want to give a huge shout out and thanks to Huey at this Verizon location. I went to Walmart to purchase a phone, which was a huge mistake from the beginning, every aspect of the process was messed up. I was not given my pin number in order to access my account, I was overcharged and just got zero help with fixing their mistakes. Huey himself got hung up on multiple times when he called on my behalf. In the end Huey got me in a new phone, with my number transferred over and even saved me money. He was absolutely amazing and I couldnt have asked for a better representative to fix all this for me. We upgraded my sons phone a week ago. We dealt with Huey, and I was more than impressed. I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted. I knew I wanted an android. I normally go with Galaxy but I was shown a new phone ive never heard of. I guess it was my fault for not asking to see a galaxy but I feel lile the sales men pushed one particular phone on me, which seemed nice but is honestly annoying, and way over priced for the phone.

There are few times as hectic as starting a new job - especially when you need a quality cell phone you can dedicate solely to business to hit the ground running. Seth and his team were exceptionally helpful in getting me the device that would be most compatible with my new employers office tech and would have all the essential functions I needed and the extras that I preferred. In receipt of an Iphone 8 plus I proceeded to change it from the old carrier to Verizon which is my carrier. This adventure began February 26, 2020, in Thomasville at the Cellular Sales Verizon Store. The young man helping me was Bricen. Not being able to have the other carrier unlock the Iphone was quite frustrating as they said it would be done 3/4 times before actually being done on March 25, 2020. Friday March 27, 2020, I was at the Eastchester Cellular Sales store to have the phone activated. Bricen was not at work yet and Mike finished his multiple attempts to do that for me. Let me be clear, everyone at the Eastchester store was quite helpful and because of the earlier attempts by Bricen the phone was activated in less than five minutes. Bricen is most professional, helpful and expert in customer service and will be my go to person in the future.

My phone went out and I had to have a cell phone tonight. I went to our local Verizon store. I was greeted by a guy named Nathan but I told him I needed to see Huey Turner. It was Hueys day off. Since my phone was inoperable,Nathan gave me Hueys cell number. I told Huey what I needed and within 5 minutes he was at the store and took excellent care of my phone needs. As always Huey was awesome and I am very pleased.

Taylor in Thomasville has the worst attitude I have ever seen in a place of business. While the store was busy at 20 mins to close I do understand you want to go home as well. She was helping a customer at the time but her customer went outside to smoke, as she hatefully informed us. Told us we just have to wait or come back to make a cash payment. She stated its closing time and were very busy, you will have to just wait. Now.... As I had a very bad experience with her I was also bringing in a new customer for Verizon because we love your service. She was snappy with my son, husband and myself and her appearance was awful. Im a casual girl but she looked as if she just got out of bed. I can give a 5 star rating on Liz, Cody, Huey, and Drew. No matter how busy they always take a second and say that they will be with us ASAP. My father in law cant read or write and Drew was awesome with him. My experience with Liz today was awesome. I have never seen a persons attitude as bad as Taylors. I didnt exactly know how to rate this review as it was bad with Taylor and great with the other employees.

I dropped my phone last Wednesday evening and shattered the glass. The phone would not respond to touch after that and I was worried everything would be lost. It was time for me to upgrade anyway, so I went to the store in High Point on my lunch break. Omar was very helpful and knowledgeable. He told me the features of a couple of phones and then worked with me to get my new one setup. Since we couldnt access the old phone by touch, he told me we would need a special adapter, but there wasnt one at that store. He knew the Thomasville store had one and said he would be working Friday night. I went Friday after work and Omar was able to access the old phone and recover everything for me! I just wanted to let you know that Omar did an outstanding job and was so friendly and professional.
