This place is an absolute joke. We place an order on the internet for a package deal of two televisions. They called us back 3 or maybe 4 times to work out the details. They set up a delivery window for today between 2-4pm. And took our first month payment in advance.....Now at 3:30, nearing the end of their delivery window we get a call that they could not rent to us. Not because of our doing but tell us that the apartment building that we live in is blocked to rent anything at the Thomasville NC store. Doesnt seem like a legit excuse to me because here we are new tenants (moved in last Friday) and we are being held accountable for someone elses actions. And no specific reason, we were told was that our apartment building is blocked. Dont matter that we had to rework our schedules to be here for the delivery. My wife had a drs appointment at 2:30 we werent going to miss that, so I took a day off work taking almost $150 out of my pocket for no reason.If anyone is currently renting from this place or plans to here In the near future save your self the money and aggravation of dealing with any of the staff at this store. Go to ARRONS OR LEISURE TIME OR BEST WAY all of which are cheaper and a better company model to deal with.Rent A Center can go to HE&& You will never see another penny of my money ever again. I will never come to give you any type of business even if you give me the TVs for free I would tell you to shove them somewhere not nice.I cant wait to speak to corporate and see what they have to say about you turning away business and it was over $130 per month.The lady we dealt with is the most incompetent person I have ever dealt with. After all the phone conversations and her trying to make it look as if she was doing us a favor by giving us a bigger tv for the second one. Sorry lady the deal on the net is a 55 and a 50 so you locating the 50 for us was part of the original deal. Not u doing anything great or above and beyond you pathetic job.And like I said to you on the phone you are the most incompetent person In the world, if the apartment building is blocked to rent stuff then why would the internet allow me to place the order your a damn fool lady and I honestly hope that someone someday at that store gives you what you have coming.

Honestly, if there is another Rent A Center near you, I would go to it. Completely by pass the Thomasville one. Most of their stuff is junked because when people bring it back, they dont check it and just give it to the next person that happens to come in and hopes they dont notice. My S5 I got today was completely junked after being assured it was brand new. I took his word and checked when I got home. My fault for not checking, but when you think someone is being honest, think again.

I know my bill is due on sat....I dont need phone calls that wake me up to ask what time Im coming.....Ill be there when I get there.....STOP CALLING ME LIKE IM LATE.....SHOULD HAVE NEW BETTER

Thomasville store is the best!

I really like the store, but the overseas customer service I do not like.

Called before I drove from Winston and was told that the computer I wanted was $800, upon reaching the store found out that it was not only used, but over $1400. Just go somewhere else.

Horrible place to rent from Aarons is alot better and alot cheaper too and alot better product
