Benjamin was so sweet and helpful! Some young people make us older folks feel like we’re a bother but Benjamin was super respectful and not at all condescending. I’ve dealt with Stephen at this store in the past and was pleasantly surprised that Benjamin gave me super service just like Stephen does. My customer service experiences here have been superior!

Stephen at Russell Cellular Verizon was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions (I had a lot).Also, this means more to me than anything when dealing with someone, he was polite, kind and respectful. I appreciated that so much. And he has a grand sense of humor!

This was the second time this year I needed to purchase of a.new phone. Both times THIS Verizon stores employees were willing to answer questions, suggested additional products to purchase while the discount was good, and actually CARED about me as a.customer. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes, no time lost from being NORDO because I had no phone. YES, I will be a repeat customer of THIS store because of the ease of purchase and the quality of customer service/care.

Never follow up with my cellphone upgrade and bill situation. Left my phone and was told no one could help me and my cellphone was left at this location. Store manager never followed back up with my situation. Different manager and investigation is needed.

Stephen was very helpful with finding me what I need, which was a screen protector for my FE. I thought that he would just give me the screen protector, but he actually took the time to put the screen protector on for me which I really appreciated.

Was with Verizon for years, no problems. Son talked us into packaging with him with Xfinity T-Mobile last year, so had me (mom) as dual owner able to do whatever I wanted needed. Husband died in December. I wanted to go home to Verizon, Xfinity wasnt so great and they made me use THEIR phone which was HORRIBLE ... because My EXPENSIVE & AWESOME phone has Verizon printed on it ... I guess, but sent hubby cheap phone too.Wednesday, last week while visiting 25 y/o grandchild out of town a Verizon store was REALLY close to her home so figured Id go get my Verizon back and reactivate my AWESOME Verizon phone lol.All I can say is God love Stephen and Alexis AND whoever they had, with Verizon on phone to help deal with Xfinity! THEY WERE REFUSING TO RELEASE MY NUMBER BACK TO VERIZON!ALL info was given correctly, Xfinity gave them the run around for over an hour! They said I wasnt authorized! Then, when FINALLY got that straight they said last four of credit card was wrong! Texted my son, he gave CC number. They said it was wrong! Called my son, he said it was RIGHT.Alexis and Stephen KEPT trying to get my number transferred. Id have to write a NOVEL to give all detail and frustrations! We wound up with 5 ... Yes FIVE people on speaker phone - Alexis, Stephen, Me, Verizon expert, and Xfinity (supposed) expert.After TWO HOURS I got SO frustrated I spoke up to the Xfinity person and told them If I have to get MY son away from his busy schedule to handle this, you are going to lose ALL these accounts.Well, go figure, amazingly they DID find the credit card number!!! BUT they took their sweet time releasing it to Verizon!!! ANOTHER 30 minutes! I was SO tired!I told my son about it all and HE cancelled ALL Xfinity he had plus took other two phones back to Verizon and even decided to upgrade phones! And YES he was the one paying the phone services tho I was co-listed.He wasnt happy putting it mildly.Also, after ALL that, Stephen helped me deactivate my deceased husbands phone ... I was a wreck. They were SOOO sweet, SOOO professional and SOOO caring.You will NEVER know how much I appreciate your teams! Never! And you may never realize how brilliant they are or how they will professionally but sternly stand up for your customers! Amazingly they were somehow able to take turns helping other customers through all this without EVER making me feel abandoned, lol.Since this has gone through my family Xfinity has lost SIX customers back to Verizon in Tallahassee and are going to lose more.Kudos to Stephen and Alexis ... Not just kudos but thank you more than you will EVER know!

I have been with Verizon since alltell for over 20yrs. The Thomasville authentic Verizon store is so inept, rude, incompetent and unimaginable as a business structure in general, I either go through corporate or the auth dealer store. This unless, no other option will I dare step into the Thomasville verizon store. Its shameful that a customer for yrs would rather do this than go through an actual corporate store. This being the ONLY Verizon store that has EVER treated me and my family so poorly in my lifetime, often making us want to switch providers. That is so sad. It starts from top down from their managers to employees. This auth dealer treats us as a regular ext of corporate should. 4 stars

My son’s 64 GB red iphone completely crashed within 3 days of purchase and we took it back. They had no more red phones in stock. The manager traded it for a black 32 GB, knowing that we wanted/needed 64. She told us it was a 64. By the time we figured this out, we could no longer bring it back. Don’t trust this manager.
