Not only does the store have a ton of different variety of games, but the guys in the store working always are more than willing to come and ask if u need anything or talk about different games with you! I am in GameStop legit a few times every single week almost and while I may buy a game that doesnt work when I get home every once in a while..most of the time Im always satisfied!! The lexington location isnt that bad but Tville store is my go-to store period!!

They had a decent selection of games. I was trying to find some MHA and other anime merch, which they didnt have a lot of. They were limited in their Funko Pop collection as well! Other than that the store was very clean and well organized!

Brought a game.. It didnt work.. They replaced it... IT didnt work either.. And even though I got a insurance plan and everything ... They wanted to credit me half the money on another purchase... Not give my money back or even a little less .. But under half on another purchase .. I definitely just got jipped for 50 bucks and never even got the game to download .. Never again !

They dont have many games in stock,,,I went up to the counter 3 times,,,with stuff I wanted, they scan it,, then say they dont have it,,,gave me a headache

The staff is so friendly and nice. I had gift card that was bsd. They made it right . I have 3 times in a week.

When I went Inside the store, on 02/18/2020 everything seemed fine. The Associate asked what brings me here, The reason was I wanted to sell my Nintendo Switch(Used but still in the box complete). I put the box with the system inside on the counter and he started sorting the contents ( which was fine). Then he proceeded to throw my box over his left shoulder to the floor before Id made the deal (the manual was still inside). I told him that the left joy stick on the system was stiff. He then said that my system was defective and he could only offer me $95.00.Im never going back there again.

The employees are always fun to talk with. They all lives games and are always as helpful as they can be. Only reason I don’t do 5 stars is because the employees are limited as to how much they can help sometimes with refunds and other transaction issues because of corporate rules

Game stop is excellent. The employees care about your needs. I went in there and told them the game I needed. They gave me the game and explained how I could return it with no problems. The store was very clean and organized which is a big plus because with my OCD it made it very easy for me to locate a game.

Helpful staff, got 100 dollars for my ps4 slim because the controller was faulty.

I love Thomasvilles Game Stop. The employees are always friendly and know so much about the items we buy. That helps a lot when buying games for young teens.

Ive had decent experiences here, and ive had some horrible employees that were just flat out rude or talk to me like im stupidBut one employee by far my families favorite is a tall bearded man named John always sweet, knows his stuff, helps us find the perfect games for my autistic brother, informs us on what might be to hard for him and what could be easier helps make sure we get the best for our money and their deals, and best of all, even if i go without my brother he will come ask how hes doing and if he liked the last games we got as he sincerely cares about the customers he helps.Will also take the time to look up certain games he likes in the system to see if they have them for my brother, and will grab a couple games in our price range that he thinks would be perfect for my brother(and or me) and bring them over to my mother and I, explain what they are about, what they are similar to, whats the best part about them. Doesnt treat us badly in anyway, helps answer and explain just about any question my mother has all around just a helpful gentleman. I highly recommend if you go here. To ask for johns help!
